• Ana (9/5): Céntrico, limpio y acogedor. - Bien situado, pequeño pero acogedor, muy limpio y personal muy atento. Al ser tan céntrico, se escucha el ruido de la plaza a pesar de que las ventanas aíslan muy bien. El sofá cama es un poco incómodo pero para una estancia corta, no hay problema.

Da die Wohnung für 4 Gäste möglich war es nicht möglich den Mietvertrag zu unterschreiben. Es blieb nicht anderes übrig als uns als Paar ein zweites Mal als Gast 3 und 4 zu registrieren. Dann waren möglich den Mietvertrag zu unterschreiben. Es gab nichts zu der Unterkunft auszusetzen.

• Laura (9/5): - Location was fantastic! Great view of the cathedral to wake up to, close to calle laurel, breakfast spots and bodegas. The train station was not too far on foot. We had lots of trouble with the automatic door knob lock, and every time we went tried to get in.

Es importante saber que no tiene persianas (aunque sí cortinas opacas) y entra un poco la luz. Las campanas de la catedral empiezan a sonar a las 8 de la mañana y se escucha en el apartamento.

• Annett (8/5): - Die Lage war optimal, wir haben beste. Unterstützen beim check in erhalten. Das Bad ist nicht wirklich komfortabel und etwas in die Jahre gekommen, die Dusche ist sehr klein ohne Ablagen.

Deberías/n indicar el piso sin ascensor (está en un recreo), el segundo considero que igual. Escalones altos e irregulares. La cama incómoda y la almohada dura; el sofá cama deben cambiarlo ya. Y se cuelan los olores por los conductor de aire. Alguien de otro apartamento cocinó anoche y al llegar todavía se quedó el olor en la habitación.

Le 3e étage peut être un défi pour certaines personnes avec des valises. Aucun ascenseur. L'endroit n'est pas accessible en voiture. Stationnement gratuit public à moins de 10 minutes.

Las escaleras son un poco incómodas de subir pero es un detalle de poca importancia cuando estás tan agusto en el apartamento.

It's A fully furnished apartment with cooking ware and amenities but no laundry.. The host is helpful to welcome us to enter the apartment.

• Carolina (6/5): Not as expected also 3rd floor no elevator - Location and flexible friendly staff It’s on the 3rd floor and no elevator with a staircase a bit dangerous for small kids. It states cleaning products are included but there was no sponge to do the dishes and no drying rack, also most of the dishes were dirty with traces of food, we arrived late and it was really inconvenient; most places do put a new sponge for you to use it’s a small detail that makes a world of a difference. The windows, specially in the bedroom are not noise proof so on the weekends it’s pretty loud during the night. Also the sofa bed frame is broken and fixed with duct tape so it does make a lot of noise. Also keep in mind that cars are not allowed in the center so for any apartment or hotel you will have to walk with all your luggage qnd things… after visiting I just think is easier to stay in the edge of the city and avoid the hassle.

You open the windows to the square and the cathedral - spectacular! Lots of great eateries all around too. Great tip for free parking! Wish it had salt and pepper, otherwise well equipped!

We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and the view of the cathedral was incredible. The host was also really friendly and helpful, and even let us drop off our bags early and let us in early once the flat was ready.

• Brian (9/5): Great stay in a character property with balconies onto the cathedral square. - Character and Location. third floor opposite the cathedral it has a great views from balconies. small functional kitchen. big TV in lounge. comfortable double bed. small functional bathroom with plenty of hot water. Friday and Saturday nights are very busy and the square creates a lot of noise, which we expected. exhaust fan in bathroom was not working. internal door need adjustment as they will not close properly. The water pressure in the shower can cause the shower head to spray water over the roof, maybe consider a changing the shower head to something that will better handle the water pressure.

Someone responded quickly to queries by text. The ‘free parking’ was misleading. It was in a public car park 5 minutes walk from the property. And the access arrangements were a bit confusing.
