• SONJETTA (7/5): - La posizione, vicino a bar, ristorante e supermercato; il giardino con la piscina e il barbecue. Tutta la casa era sporca, vecchia e molto trascurata. Anche tutti gli arredamenti esterni erano rovinati/rotti, dalle piogge di questi mesi, senza la possibilità di metterli al riparo, i cuscini e materassi per gli sdrai erano bagnati e pieni di muffa.
• Michelle (5/5): Disappointing and not fit for holiday rental at this price - Good location, if you like the Marina side of Playa Blanca. Handy a supermarket just around the corner. Bedrooms and upstairs bathroom good. Kitchen we equipped. Good Smart TV and access to Netflix etc. We stay in Playa Blanca every year for 10 days, and usually stay at a villa which is spot on and about the same price as this property. There was no comparison, which was really disappointing as this town house has great potential if just looked after better. Living room - only space for 2 people to sit, had to use garden furniture for our daughter to sit on every evening, sort out the living room furniture looks a right state and no need. It rained and the utlity room leaked that bad that it ran down the walls onto plugs and then knocked of all the electrics, this happened 4 times in our 10 day holiday! The door locks got keys stuck in them, took me 15 mind to get the front door key out the lock, so I could go out. The furniture on the bedroom balcony looks like you woukd get rust all over you if you sat on it. If you want to charge £160 a night in Winter, tidy it up and sort out the issues. Could be a great property. I am a freelance travel writer and hoped to include a positive review and link to this property but I wont do this after our experience which is a shame.
• Michael (10/5): Very easy to settle in because of the property’s general excellent facilities. - Well situated - bar, restaurant and supermarket within walking distance. Comfortable - sofas, seating and beds all excellent. Kitchen well kitted out . Good showers and bathrooms. There were no noteworthy issues.
• Raquel (7/5): Bien, pero mejorable en pequeños detalles - La ubicación es muy buena. Playa Mujeres y Papagayo están muy cerca y por la noche no hay nada de ruido. Las habitaciones tienen ventiladores de techo. Hay un supermercado al lado Desgraciadamente tuvimos una invasión de cucarachas (probablemente porque coincidió con una semana de calor inusual), aunque en la villa había insecticidas para matarlas, por lo que imagino que no es la primera vez que ocurre. Eso condicionó mucho nuestra estancia. Las almohadas son mejorables, y hubiesemos agradecido tener a disposición productos de primera necesidad, como jabón de manos o esenciales de cocina. Son detalles que no cuestan casi nada y marcan la diferencia. El día que llegamos faltaba un juego de toallas, y aunque el propietario respondió rápido, tuvimos que estar esperando hasta bien entrada la tarde para que nos la trajeran.
• Suzanne (9/5): Beautiful, well equipt and clean villa in a fantastic quiet but convenient location - Very clean and comfortable. You get the privacy from the garden but you’re next to a cafe and a good supermarket. No noise from the cafe/pub at night. The kitchen had everything that we could possibly need to cater for our meals. Loved that you had decent glasses for different drinks and even nice cocktail glasses for the pool that were not glass. Good tv and very comfortable beds. The no air-con didn’t bother us as the ceiling fans were enough and you could open doors for a breeze during the day. Shower was lovely to If I could mention one negative it would be that you must have the locks on the patio doors in the livingroom fixed. I didn’t feel secure at night with just the little latch. The bolts were broken. My daughter got herself stuck in her bedroom in the night as the door handles on that small bedroom fall off. This is also an easy fix and didn’t spoil our stay, we loved the villa and the location

• David (8/5): Property fine although a little dated. Was not happy that free taxi from airport on arrival was not supplied as stated o - . Spacious. Clean. Not mentioned that property was next door to a bar and newly opened restaurant. While noise nuisance was not a big issue I feel we should have been informed before making our booking. Also there were no instructions on how to navigate TV into English language. Pool not cleaned during our week stay.
