• Aa2014 (6/5): Bad mattress, good apartment - Great apartment overall The mattress was in a very poor condition ( too soft, I could feel the overused springs poking me). It needs to be replaced.

• Stephan (4/5): Unacceptable communication with the owner. Uncounted requests to receive invoice. - Location. Communicating with the owner to obtain an invoice required for a business trip is an endless process. The owner refused to communicate in English and seems to have heard nothing about translation options like Google Translate or similar. Even after contacting the very helpful and friendly Booking-support, the owner remained silent. After long and repeated requests, the owner finally sent the invoice. All in all, a terrible experience. For me: Never again!

• Ekström (8/5): Very good - Simple, great way to stay over in Brussels. Close to EU-institutions. I will stay here again. I did not find any welcoming instructions or booklet. You can figure it out but it would help if this was available.
• Peter (8/5): Very good, clean comfy, appartment. - Following on from the keys questions, the building has a an electronic key pad access, I was sent the code and access was very easy. Nice appartment, very comfy bed, all needed kitchen equpment,everything for a good stay My one suggestion would be leaving a a guide to the appartment for the guests. I had to e-mail the hosts to get the wifi password, which could have been left in a basic page of info.
• Cora (7/5): We had an enjoyable stay, very comfortable bed, fabulous bathroom. Easy access to the building. - We did not have breakfast. I don't think it was included in our deal. The location was perfect for sightseeing and getting about the city. The lights in the living room were very poor. The kitchen units were very high up. Someone smaller would have difficulty reaching the cups/plates etc. Although there was a coffee table, there was no table to sit and have food at. Stairs were very steep, no lift.

• Martha (5/5): Passable - Great, convenient location and clean appartment. The Wi-Fi was not working, we contacted the owner and said that was impossible, anyway we had to use our mobile data. The water tank of the coffee machine was broken, so the water was spilled all around the kitchen, each time I was trying to fill it with water. Also, there was only 1 fork and very little equipment in general.

• Hülya (4/5): Disappointing - It was a great location, walking distance to the Schuman station, very close to the European Commission building. Customer service could have been better. I have been asking for my bill for the last couple of weeks since my return, they email me with promises of "we will send it to you today, as soon as possible"..and no receipt on my email after 3 weeks already. Customer service is not the strongest, would not recommend it if you need a receipt for reimbursement.
• Alan (6/5): Apartment was basic, very sparse furniture and not reflective of the photos in the ad. - No breakfast The photos in the advertisement did not reflect the actual property I stayed in on the 4th floor, not a big spacious property I expected. The entrance stairs vert grubby.

• Mowgleee (8/5): Authentic stay in Brussels - Easy check-in, clear instructions Someone entered the apartment while we were outside (without prior warning). We noticed it when we realized the towels were re-arranged. Nothing was taken/stolen, but it was unpleasant to know that someone had full access to all our belongings, felt like a violation of privacy.

• Stevie (8/5): Businesslike in the EU Quarter - The location is great if you need to visit the EU Quarter, it's in the middle of it. The Jourdan Square is also close with its famous bars and good restaurants (reserve a table in the Origine restaurant just a few corners from the accommodation). The room itself is very clean and nicely, albeit sparingly, furnished, the bed is especially comfortable. The bathroom is modern, the bed linen and towels new. The code-based check-in is comfortable, but you have to remember a 6-digit code that replaces the key. The wifi password, however, was not provided, had to contact the host. The bedside lamp did not work (no bulb in it), the desk lamp was broken. There were no hangers in the bathroom. With these minor observations, the impersonal check-in process and the scarcity of furniture, the apartment was a bit lifeless and businesslike.

I often travel to Brussels for work, but this is the first time I have stayed at such a pleasant place at such an affordable price. I will definitely stay here again!
• Maria (5/5): Noisy and dusty. Avoid this property if you need an invoice. - Location. Getting the invoice is a really-really-really stressful process. I asked numerous times to provide me with an invoice, and I shared all necessary information upfront. The property owner sent me 5 times a wrong invoice, even the last one has errors, but I simply gave up. Dusty appartment (you need slippers), dark and noisy (thin velux) on the 4th floor. The appartment is smaller than it appears in pictures. Has scratched walls, needs painting. Narrow stairs to the 4th floor, difficult to carry a checked-in luggage.

I really like the daily cleaning service and also the heated bathroom. An extra blanket would have been nice and also some option to have warmth in the room, as it was very cold during that period.

• Oskar (1/5): My stay was disappointing due to the property's failure to provide the promised invoice and lack of - I stayed at this property during a business trip and was assured that I would receive an invoice after my stay. Despite several attempts to contact the property via email, I have yet to receive the promised invoice. The management has been completely unresponsive, which has caused significant inconvenience. If you’re traveling for business and need proper documentation, I would recommend avoiding this property. They do not honor their commitments, and the lack of communication is very frustrating.
