• Rodrigo (6/5): Normal - Ubicación excelente Lamentablemente me esperaba un departamento en mejores condiciones. Para el precio que tiene no estaba del todo limpio. Muchas cosas no funcionaban , faltan cosas de aseo , y al menos un trapo para limpiar si cocinas o si caae agua . Las ventanas no cierran del todo y entra luz Z la verdad el departamento lindo y bien ubicado pero muy mal mantenido y sobretodo por el precio que uno paga por noche

• Malgorzata (8/5): Great location but poor state - Incredibly well located place. We got everywhere walking. There is a place where you can buy breakfast, 20 meters from the apartment and a few great restaurants within 100 meters. Cute balcony. Very easy check in and check out process. One of the bathrooms gets clogged all the time. You have to contact the host every few days and then fixing it takes some time. We ended up using only one of the bathrooms most of the time. The apartment had torn bedsheets and a few other things that did not work. It is rather torn. Oh the other hand, it is an old building so you might expect that. The cleaning could be better. We had some items left in the fridge from the previous guests and the shower floor felt rather... sticky. The process of discarding the rubbish at the ed of our stay was stressful as the instructions were not clear.

• Gordeladze (7/5): Good - The location is fantastic, and the apartment is comfortable, with all the main attractions within walking distance. It's in a great spot, just a short walk from Vatican City. If it were a bit cleaner, it would be the perfect place

• Mercedes (7/5): It’s ok but could use some renovations and some care - Location is Great, the balcony is very cute and beds are comfortable. It needs some renovation, it’s quite old and has stained sofas/walls. Also some appliances were put in places where they could not even be connected and plug ins were broken. Bathroom is also very old. Some nice gestures such as leaving some coffee and extra blankets would have been nice. Internet did not work well and even though I asked for it to be reviewed the administrator did not even bother to answer my message. Also we were charged late check in but had to wait 15 minutes for the person to come open the apartment. If I’m being charged late check in I expect them to be there when I arrive. It needs more love and care. Also the apartment is extremely dark even with all the windows open (we did not mind because we spend all day outside) but it’s not nearly as luminous as in the photos.
• Darien (1/5): Terrible - I was charged twice for my accommodation. I am trying to get a refund for the amount that I have been overcharged and am being ignored. Very unhappy with this situation.

• Michele (10/5): Great location with all the comforts of home! - Great location, the apartment was very clean and comfortable. There is a lovely terrace off of the kitchen so you can enjoy morning tea and plan your day.
