- Roland (9/5): Holiday start - Nice hotel with easy reach from the Airport either by bus H-1 or The metro line 9. The staff were very nice especially the young lady who served me the breakfast and checked me out. The room has a balcony and ok for a couple of nights or as starting base for your holiday. All very good for the price thank you.

- iz q (1/5): Looked promising but was a bad experience due to basics: cleanliness, noise, cigarette smke,downgrad - Staff were courteous. Cafe on the ground floor is really good, it has really good prices. Breakfast is economically priced. They make fresh bread. Hotel is very close to the metro. On the 1st night, instead of giving me my booked large family room I was downgraded to a double room (without any compensation) with them saying that as my family had not arrived, other excuses (room not available), so I would have to spend the night in the double room. I got there 3 am, was really tired. Room was not thoroughly cleaned. Bed sheets had hair on them. Next morning I got my family room but this room had a few problems: - The room was opposite the stairwell so we could hear everyone passing by the door. The stairwell have there metal frames on them to make them more walkable. Some genius thought going down the metallic stairwell jumping from one step to the next while making a tremendous amount of noise was a good idea after midnight. This happened every night and caused a lot of disturbance. Then there was no sound proofing on the room door as it had a 1-2 inch gap at the bottom. This room was above the cafe and through the vent in the shower I could hear all the conversations downstairs. Cigarette smoke was also deeping in. I only figured this out later on in my stay. We could smell it but were not sure where it came from. It would have been a decent price but these things made it a really terrible experience. Not going there again. So location, breakfast and cafe are good but lack of sound proofing, poor booking management, room downgrade without any redress, poor cleanliness, cigarette smoke seeping in, noise from the downstairs cafe and lound banging on the stairs made it a terrible experience.

- Abdulhafeez (7/5): - 1- المساعدة في إيقاف السيارة بجانب الفندق 2- نظراً لإعجابي بطاقم الفندق وإدارته، فإني أطلب أن تزودونا بعنوان الفرع الجديد في وسط المدينة الذي تم افتتاحه مؤخراً 1- انقطعت الكهرباء في الحي لعدة ساعات، ولم يكن هناك مولد احتياطي في الفندق أو لم يعمل، وذلك أدى لعدة مشاكل مثل: أ- تعطلت الأجهزة في الإستقبال وبالتالي لم يتم إيقاظي في الوقت الذي طلبته، فاستيقظت متأخراً ووصلت للمكان المتجه إليه متأخراً ثلاث ساعات، فكنت محرجاً أشد الحرج ب- لا يوجد واي فاي، فلم أعرف كيف أحدد خط السير لوجهي بخرائط قوقل، لكن أحد موظفي الإستقبال عمل لي إتصال عن طريق جواله مشكوراً 2- لا توجد علبة مناديل في الغرفة، فيرجى وضع واحدة في كل غرفة، ولو على شكل التي في مطعم سميت، المهم أي علبة مناديل، 3- عدم وجود علامة إتجاه القبلة

The hotel’s location is perfect, very close to all facilities and public transportation. The room was excellent, clean, and comfortable. This was my first visit to Turkey, and thanks to this hotel and the wonderful treatment from the staff, it became an amazing experience that made me want to return again, not only to the hotel but also to Turkey. I highly recommend it.

Однообразный завтрак (все 12 дней проживания завтрак был один и тот же), но есть возможность купить что-то там же в кафе при гостинице. Ужаааасная звукоизоляция. Было ощущение, что весь этаж жил в одном номере, настолько было слышно всё происходящее в соседних номерах.

And double-check that you’re getting the room type you paid for! The breakfast was from downstairs restaurant/not many options if you are vegetarian. When you book, ensure you select the "Full refundable" option.

Personal on väga rõõmsameelne ja abivalmis! Asukoht on hea! Metro on 50 meetri kaugusel, toidupood on on 10 m kaugusel! Restoran on samad ehitises ja väga maitsev toit ja personal on professionaalne! Tulen siia uuesti tulevikus! Kõik oli suurepärane!

- shazia (2/5): The stay was not very good at all... - Some staffs were kind Some staffs where being rude and the sink was broken and half of the shower screen was broken and wires are sticking out of the fridge and had to pay extra money for breakfast even tho we had payed for it
- Izabell Cristina (7/5): It was decent - Overall the experience was pleasant for one night only: •I appreciated that although we arrived earlier than check in time, the room was already ready & cleaned; •the room was decent; •the food at their restaurant was delicious. However, I do not recommend it for a longer stay because: •the staff still has to work on the professionalism side, because it does not seem normal to call at 11:30 p.m. to ask the client to pay for the accommodation (since we consumed at the hotel and we were not leaving anyway until we paid, it was only one night); •included breakfast was too simple; •the shower gel smelled like broached eggs; •I'm not sure if they have parking, although they specify that they have, because they said it's okay to leave the car on the street; •the pictures on the booking were more beautiful, although the room did not look so fresh and was a bit overused.

- Alla (10/5): Великолепно - Жили в отеле 2 недель, проживанием остались очень довольны. В отеле заказали трансфер из аэропорта и обратно, все очень пунктуально и комфортно. В номере есть холодильник, чайник, чай/кофе, и даже печеньки и вафельки. Уборка номера и замена полотенец каждый день. Интернет работает отлично. При закрытом окне шума с улицы вообще не было слышно. При отеле есть пекарня, где всегда свежая выпечка. Там же проходят порционные завтраки (яйца, овощи, фрукты, батон, масло, варенье, чай), все очень вкусно и разнообразно. У отеля очень удачное пасположение, рядом магазин Sok, примерно в 10 мин Мигрос, в 2 мин метро, это вообще идеально. Персонал отеля очень приветливый, внимательный, отзывчивый, всегда готовы ответить на ваши вопросы и помочь. В этот отель с удовольствием вернусь, когда буду в Стамбуле. -
