För lite variation av bröd, några av de övriga produkterna var inte genomtänkta eller närproducerade. De kunde satsa mera på det, men tanke på att hotellet ligger på en privilegierad plats, har en rustik och storslagen spanskt arkitektur.

- eric (5/5): - Le lieu l établissement cadre superbe Des détails pas bien fini et surtout le restaurant très très cher pour un service moyen et contenu de l assiette en quantité passable au vu du prix. Avant de mettre les assiettes pensez à donner un coup d éponge sur la table.

Me gustó todo, excepto el tener que al salir con el coche a la carretera general, te hacen ir a la derecha para llegar a la rotonda y girar 180 grados; con la poca circulación que hay, y lo ancha que es la carretera,, podrian busbas una situación más práctica para el usuario. Esta claro que esta anomalía, no forma parte del Hotel.

- Allison (8/5): Good stay for one night with nice views of Toledo - The view was absolutely beautiful and the grounds were lovely. The restaurant was good but a bit pricey for what you get. The shower was great with excellent water pressure. We enjoyed the balcony. The location was good - close to Toledo and there was a beautiful winery close by with incredible views and gardens to explore. The room was comfortable but could have been larger and decorated better. It was a little cold but the views really speak for themselves. The bed could have been more comfortable. The staff were a little odd but we only stayed one night so it was fine. Would not vacation there but it was fine for a night before moving on to another location. The small pool was not clean.

В номерах пустой мини бар, неработающий сейф. В одном из номеров не было халатов и тапочек , фен с отколотой ручкой , во втором номере халаты были рваные . Завтрак не соответствовал описанию на сайте. Сотрудники в ресторане не знакомы с ценами на алкоголь.

Мы жили два дня на третьем этаже. И именно на третьем этаже практически нет окон. По сути, это мансарда с соответствующими окнами. Во вторую ночь приехал автобус со школьниками, которые всю ночь носились по отелю и хлопали дверьми. Персонал был безучастен…

- PASCUAL (5/5): Precios nada acordes al hotel - El aparcamiento A la habitación le faltaban algunos elementos básicos, la nevera estaba vacía, no tenía cafetera, los cristales sucios de meses sin limpiar. En el desayuno nos sacaron las tortillas quemadas en lugar de tíralas y hacernos una nuevas por lo que nos fuimos sin desayunar porque nos generó desconfianza.

Fácil aparcamiento al estar fuera del casco histórico de Toledo. Desayuno bastante completo. Buena accesibilidad. Muy bien ubicado para ir a Puy du Fou. Por el precio que se paga y teniendo en cuenta el gran tamaño de la habitación, se podría esperar que incorporase más armarios para guardar ropa o apoyar maletas en altura, también se agradecería un servicio de café de cortesía. El restaurante era correcto, pero sin más, nos decepcionó teniendo en cuenta su prestigio.
- Natalia (9/5): Comodidad - La atención del personal es excelente. Tuvimos un pequeño contratiempo con la cama de mi hija y lo solucionaron enseguida a pesar de que era por la noche. Las vistas desde la habitación impresionantes, se ve todo Toledo. Habitación muy cómoda. Parece que el hotel ha sido restaurado hace poco porque está todo impecable. Es perfecto si quieres visitar Toledo y poder descansar por la noche porque está alejado del bullicio del centro y es muy tranquilo. Parking gratuito. Sin duda lo recomendaríamos a nuestros amigos.

Y las instalaciones son perfectas, el enclave de gran belleza, todo Toledo a tus pies y además muy cerca, casi se podía tocar. La terraza maravillosa y super agradable, el desayuno y la bollería, riquísimo y el mazapán, recién hecho, incomparable. Gracias a todos los que nos habéis atendido, ha sido una estancia memorable.
