• Lonne Zwagemaker (8/5): Nice apartment in city centre - The apartment is very spacious and nicely decorated. There are two bedrooms, one with a master bed and the other with a small twin size bed. The bathroom is big enough and has everything you need. The location is great, right in the centre with shops and restaurants close by. The host was very kind and helpful. The kitchen doesn't have a lot of kitchenette. The floor wasn't very clean. The doors have glass panels in them so the light goes through them in the morning or when someone in the other bedroom puts the light on.

• Kristi (1/5): Do not recommend - It was quiet. Neither good nor bad but good to note there is only a staircase to the apartment. I do not recommend this apartment. First, we communicated our arrival time very clearly and had to wait over 30 minutes for the keys. He said he would be there at the time, then it was 10 minutes… When you walk into the apartment the smell hits you like a brick wall. It is a very powerful room freshener covering up old cigarette smoke. The photos are completely misleading. The roll away beds were broken and tippy. One mattress was incredibly thin and lumpy. Very thin sheets were put right over the mattresses. The bathroom is gross. There are very few items in the kitchen. There is a sign on the wall saying each coffee pod will cost you (unclear if that applies or not??).
• Anita (8/5): Good location spacious apartment - Location is good, apartment is spacious and air conditioned, tv and wifi. The bathroom is cramped, the shower cabin is worn out, and the pipes are old. Whole apartment furnishing is bit out of date.
• Adam (10/5): Exceptional - A beautiful rustic feeling apartment with a huge amount of space. In a brilliant location too. Right in the heart of the hustle and bustle eating scene around via dei tribulani. This isn't in the landlords control but it would be great for them to find and recommend a reasonable priced parking garage close to the accommodation as we got fleeced for parking during our stay.
• Monika (9/5): Great stay! - The location of the apartment is ideal, in the heart of Naples. Even if it is in a tenement house on the 1st floor so no noise from the street reaches. Yes, there is no elevator, but it was not a problem for us. The apartment is very clean, spacious, towels and bathroom cosmetics are available. A huge plus is the very comfortable mattresses on the beds! Each of us confirms this. From the apartment it is very close to all attractions, restaurants and a supermarket. I am sure everyone will enjoy the stay there! We recommend this place. We have been using booking for a long time and this was the first time we had some issues getting precise instructions regarding the address, check-in and how to receive the key. Despite asking about that several times, it was at very late hour right before the flight that we received instructions on how to get to the apartment. This is the only reason we give 9 and not 10 stars. This was unnecessary stress for us before holidays. Especially since each of us was flying from a different country.
• Mary (6/5): Pleasant - it was clean. Location was ok. There were a lot of steep and uneven stairs up to the apartment - no elevator. Difficult for people with mobility issues, or with suitcases. Property was fairly basic - unusual layout and fluro lighting. There was a bit of a wait for keys - cleaner was still in apartment - no keys left in key box. A slight delay in response from host.
