• Toole (9/5): Great location, great pet friendly apartment. - The location was excellent, the apartment was everything we needed, plus they allowed us to bring our 2 small dogs. Kitchen was well equipped but could of used with some serving plates/dip bowls. Bedroom was large with computer table. Shower and bathroom were also great. Laundry was very handy to have. We couldn't fit the Ute in the under cover parking, the garage only allows for 2.1m vehicles and under.

• Cazmataz (9/5): Phenomenal stay in Philip indeed! Look forward to returning :) - We were attending an event at Chifley Oval, so the location was perfect for us. It is also right next to Woden Westfield, so it was easy to pick up supplies. We had dinner at an excellent Indian restaurant called Le Monsoon, just downstairs from the apartment, and the building is above a pub called the Alby, which seemed popular but closed quite early. There were plenty of options for eating out within an easy stroll! The bedroom has a very comfy king bed, and the sofa in the lounge was folded out and made up for my daughter. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you needed if you wanted to self cater. The apartment was clean and everything was thought of. Communication from our hosts, Kyra and Tyron, was excellent throughout our stay. The cleaner needs reminding to check the coffee machine between guests. As a regular coffee drinker, hubby was keen to make himself a latte, but the milk frother and machine had been left dirty by a previous guest. It didn't put him off and he soon had it all cleaned up, but it might be something they aren't aware of.

It was also in a very central location and we were only a 10-15 minute drive away to where the Canberra balloon festival was taking place! The hosts were very responsive as we had left our medical equipment, and they were so quick to respond and reassured us that we could go back and collect it. Would 100% stay here again :) Everything was great.

• Jane (1/5): Fire danger/ health issue. - The area was nice, The air con was filled with dust looked like its never been cleaned, turnt it on and had dust come out at me, also couldn't stop sneezing ended to book more accommodation as I couldn't breathe in the the environment, had such a terrible experience with the host, that argued with Me instead of trying to help, hope noone else has to go threw this.

Mattress is quite hard. There is a coffee machine but no milk provided. Curtains are not blocking light, the room gets very bright in the early morning.

Some basic instructions would be good for those not familiar with the touch pads. Would suggest that if owners are unable to be contacted that they have a back up contact. Found myself locked out of the building. Seems the remote fob was faulty. Owners did eventually respond and sorted a spare set key and I was grateful. However in desparation, Mr Minute came to my aid at the local plaza, gave it a twiggle and when I got back the unit my fob worked.

The security was second to none and made me feel very safe in an unknown area.
