Camera principale spaziosa e comoda. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Divano letto in cucina, non ho dormito benissimo perché c'è il rumore del frigo. Colazione minima. Secchio dello scarico del condizionatore in camera. Tutto sommato è stato un soggiorno soddisfacente, per chi non ha grosse pretese, vista l' ottima posizione e il prezzo buono sicuramente è stato un buon compromesso.

• Kasia (7/5): Jak na krótki wypad do Rzymu, całkiem ok - mieszkanie idealne wyłącznie do spania - w skrócie: bardzo dobra lokalizacja, dobry kontakt z Gospodarzem, sam Gospodarz to bardzo miły człowiek, udzielił nam pełnej instrukcji co do pobytu i obsługi sprzętów. Zorganizował na dwa dni słodkie śniadanie. Kawa bardzo dobra, choć kawiarka to miniaturka :) Obiektywnie: mieszkanie na pewno wymaga odświeżenia (słaba wentylacja w łazience przyczyniła się do powstania grzyba na ścianie), meble też już wymagają wymiany.

• Maryna (8/5): Чудова квартира для трьох осіб майже в Ватикані! - Нам дозволили заселятись раніше, дякуємо! Персонал дуже привітний, зустріли, все розповіли. Помешкання розташоване 10 хвилин від Ватикану. Тому було дуже зручно ввечері на екскурсії Ватикану, а вранці на дах Собору Святого Петра. Матраци були дуже комфортні, вода тепла була, чай-кава - все було. Є ліфт. Трошки не нова кухня, але все працювало.

La posizione direi che era ok, a poca distanza c'è sia la fermata della metro che del bus. Inoltre il proprietario è stato gentilissimo dato che abbiamo richiesto un check in tardivo... molto disponibile. Lo consiglio. Qualità prezzo giusta per me. Unica "pecca" è l'ascensore che è minuscolo... indispensabile visto che l'appartamento si trova al 5°piano...

• ALESIA (9/5): - Понравилось в общем всё! Апартаменты представляют собой спальня+ кухня гостиная+ собственный сан. узел+ свой коридор, но это в квартире, в которой есть еще один номер. Ты пересекаешься только в общем коридоре, когда выходишь на улицу. До Ватикана, сабора Святого Петра пешком 20-25 минут, до Колизея пешком 1 час 10 минут, до фонтана Треви 40-45 минут. Рядом есть метро, можно передвигаться на нём. Так же рядом есть рынок, супермаркеты, пиццерия и кафе. Нам понравилось, везде гуляли пешком, любовались и наслаждались городом!

Llegamos a las 22h y estaban esperándonos en el apartamento, eso si, pagando el suplemento de 30€. Se estropeó la caldera y de 5 días estuvimos sin agua caliente 3 días, no nos pudimos duchar. El dueño nos dijo que nos reembolsaría 60€ por las molestias y después de 15 días no hemos recibido nada. La cocina es eiectrica antigua, tardas un montón de tiempo en hacer cualquier cosa, calentar un vaso de leche se hace eterno. Le falta un microondas, que es más rápido. El desayuno, aceptable, mucha cantidad pero todo bollería industrial.

Pokochaliśmy kawę z kawiarki i słodkie śniadanie w typie włoskim ☺️ Bardzo miły opiekun obiektu. Słabo wyposażona kuchnia, brak czajnika nie można było zrobić herbaty. Zbyt mała ilość papieru toaletowego zostawiona na 5 dorosłych osób.

Brak czajnika, niezbyt wystarczajaca liczba zastawy dla 5os do zjedzenia posiłku. Polecsm brać bez śniadania.

Η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ καλή, κοντά στο μετρό κοντά στο Βατικανό και το κάστρο Saint Angelo. Πολύ κοντά επίσης και στο υπόλοιπο ιστορικό κέντρο. Στην περιοχή είχε τα πάντα, εστιατόρια, καφετέριες, σούπερ μάρκετ, φαρμακεία, μαγαζιά. Το κατάλυμα ήταν μεγάλο, καθαρό, κατάλληλο για οικογένειες!!! Θα το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα!!!!! Ήταν όλα εξαιρετικά. Τίποτα αρνητικό.

• Kamil (5/5): Omijać - Lokalizacja Wyposażenie kuchni, płyta elektryczna zużyta, czas zagotowania wody to minimum pół godziny, wystarczyłoby wyposażyć apartament w czajnik bezprzewodowy, śniadania tylko z nazwy, pakowane w folie rogale i suchary, dwa słoiki dżemu i 5 litrów mleka uht i paczka kawy, żadnego masła, wędliny, nawet herbaty. W łazience cieknący bidet, nie dało się korzystać. Ogólnie odradzam.

• Malgorzata (4/5): - La posizione In cucina mancavano vari accessori come: tovaglia, strofinacci, i condimenti base inoltre le pentole e le padelle erano usurate. La cucina si trovava in uno stato alquanto decadente e tra le bevande disponibili il latte era già stato aperto e andato a male. Il bagno, come la cucina, non si presentava in buone condizioni, era rovinato (lo stipetto non presentava nemmeno le ante). La camera da letto per quanto riguarda pulizia nulla da dire ma consiglio un cambio di arredamento in quanto malandati.

• Fernando (6/5): Céntrico y en gran barrio, pero apartamento antiguo, ideal si no eres exigente con los lujos. - Sin duda la ubicación. El apartamento está a 10 minutos del Vaticano y en un barrio agradable, seguro, lleno de tiendas y restaurantes. Además está junto a la parada de Ottaviano. La persona que nos atendió fue agradable y servicial y trajo un desayuno poco variado pero generoso. Se trata de un apartamento bastante antiguo, muy pequeño, muebles de baja calidad y escasos, con una cocina en la misma línea que, extrañamente tenía horno pero no algo tan útil y más necesario para los viajeros como un microondas. La TV también minúscula. El no tener atención a estos detalles daba una sensación de dejadez a todo sin estar sucio. No nos dejaron papel higiénico ni productos de baño, imagino que por olvido en nuestro caso.

• Dana (8/5): Great experience of living in stylish and cozy flat - We truly enjoyed our stay here! The apartment is located right next to the Vatican, but outside of the busy tourist area, which makes it very peaceful and relaxing. The place is stylish, clean, and filled with light. Breakfasts in true Roman style were delicious, and the retro-style elevator was an absolute charm — we loved it! We are very happy with our choice and feel really lucky to have stayed here.

• Peter (6/5): - Top Lage. An sich war die Wohnung auch gut eingerichtet. In Bad und Küche wurde an sehr vieles gedacht. Alles allerdings in schlechtem Zustand. Klimaanlage hat kaum funktioniert und Abluft war durch ein Fenster angebracht, was dadurch nicht zu verdunkeln war. Auch sind die Fenster überhaupt nicht dicht. Man hört alles durch.

Fine value for money on short notice. Not hosts fault but parking is an adventure, we used the parking garage and that was fine but 25 euros. Breakfast is typical Italy packaged from supermarket but there was more water, and milk and juice and coffee offerings than other places.

• Marianne (8/5): Great place for a short Rome stay - A great area to stay - local and quiet at night, but still an easy walk to most major points of interest. Metro and bus services close by. The host Constantino is a lovely person who was always available if needed. Excellent communication. Breakfast is a very generous supply of products that was very sufficient for a good start. Small but good to have a proper seating area for meals. Lots of natural light available. Lift access so no problems with luggage and extremely secure and safe. Excellent value for money. The mattress is thin, ok for a short stay but could do with an upgrade. There was no kettle. There was a little Moki pot for coffee.
