Water heater microwave fidge all worked well. The staff was proactive and helpful, no issue with check in and out. I had a very comfortable stay. There is also some convenience stores nearby.

When I called booking to complain about this place and owner the owner replied to booking with this huge lie claiming I was “yelling” at his staff” and it looks like I was going to hit her. It was the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. We left and filed a police report. The police told him his is a common scam they do. DONT BOOK
• Fabia (10/5): - The room was cozy. Bathroom was big with separated toilet and bath area we liked it a lot. Hair dryer provided. Water pressure were good. Safe to stay.

Deception, the worst service, the noisiest hotel, the worst experience ever. I will analyze them one by one below: 1、欺诈型定价，当你以价格排名搜索时会看到它设施不错价格很低，评分不错，实际上这一切都是假的，当你开始预定一切都很便宜，但是等到支付页面你会看到“可能会有额外收费”，正常情况旅游税和 10-15%的服务费是可以接受的，但是等最后支付阶段，他们使用最小的文字最不显眼的地方标准了很多不可思议的收费，包括：64RM/晚服务费，38RM/晚清洁费，9RM的床单费，54RM/6晚的“其他”，支付很快完成 ，然后等发现支付很多金额之后它显示不可以退款。是的，他们就是以如此无耻的态度获得订单。欺诈、诱导、不可撤销！ 2、一整天和深夜超高分贝的噪音：这个地方靠近火车站，也靠近高速公路，一整天都有可怕的噪音，在深夜有很多人骑摩托车发出轰轰隆隆的声音，无法入睡。房主和工作人员并不就此进行处理，他们只会推脱是外部噪音，玻璃几乎没隔音。 3、区域偏僻、周边只有几个可怜的小店，离市区很远，可以买到的食物有限。这就是这个老板为什么使用欺诈型的价格条件和诱导性的预定查看获得订房的根本原因。远离！ 4、如果在厨房的桌子边吃任何甜的水果面包等，碎屑会吸来密密麻麻的白蚁， 5、没有任何服务提供清洁的服务，但是收取很多服务费 6、霸王条款，绝对拒绝退费，如果你预定完了或者你入住了，糟糕的体验你需要更换或者退费，房主会不理睬你的请求并推给booking平台，并拒绝退费和处理你的任何问题，在一个居民区， 7、请所有人看到评论后，立刻远离这家欺诈型的店， 8、当你退房后，房主会在你还不知情的情况下默认了你给予极好的评价，甚至是在午夜，可是那个时间我已经睡了，直到我发现了并通过booking投诉，才获得这次评论的机会

Plus the security asking for house number so I suggest mentioned in advance the house number is better House identification process

• Puja (10/5): Comfortable and hassle free stay - The room was clean and security was very good. Iron facilities were available which really convenient. Bathroom also clean and good smell.

• Iqbal (4/5): No instructions given on how to get into the unit!! Not clear in posting that it is SHARED living!! - Rooms were clean and cozy. Useful AC for KL heat and good amenities for our stay inside the unit. Short walk to train station. Shops nearby were useful. The taxi driver from the airport to this location was one of the most rude, incompetent, unprofessional, exploitative, & opportunistic people I have ever come across! Firstly he drove us to the WRONG hotel & left us there. This is AFTER I put in the address for him into his GPS. I don't know why he didn't know where to drop us in advance. When we called him, we had to beg him to take us to the proper location. He eventually did but the owners gave us no instruction in how to get into the condo & the guards would not let us in unless we had the proper info which was not provided to us in advance (block #, floor #, and unit #). It didn't help that they didn't speak English. As a result of this, the driver told us to get out of his car despite the fact that we were traveling & in a foreign country with 3 suitcases & 2 children - including a 2-month old!! He then demanded I give him DOUBLE pay for having to pick us up from the wrong hotel that HE dropped us at. I flat out refused. Eventually we were able to get in after the owner finally responded with the info the guards requested. However, once we got to the N block, we had no way of getting in!!! We were stuck outside with our luggage & crying children & when we called the guards on the intercom system they hung up on us because they didn't speak English!!! Eventually we asked one of the residents who was entering if we could enter with him (despite this being not allowed according to the signage). The owners of the unit gave us no prior instruction of how to get into the unit and the access card was INSIDE the room we were staying at!!! How in the world did they expect us to get in if the access card is INSIDE the unit??!!? The story doesn't end there. When we got finally got inside exhausted after our travels and ordeal with the driver and condo, we found another man inside the house we were supposed to be staying at!!!
• Alex (1/5): - Nichts Beim Einchecken stellte sich heraus, dass es sich nicht um eine Wohnung handelte, sondern nur um ein Zimmer mit Dusche. Es stellte sich außerdem heraus, dass eine zusätzliche Gebühr für die tägliche Reinigung anfiel – ein Betrag, der den Zimmerpreis überstieg. Und von Sauberkeit konnte keine Rede sein: Überall Haare, klebriger Schmutz in den Ecken, die Bettwäsche fettig, stinkend und ausgewaschen, die Böden und Wände schmutzig, seit Langem ungewaschen und ungestrichen, und die Gemeinschaftstoilette im Erdgeschoss war sauberer als die im Zimmer. Die Gemeinschaftsküche war so dreckig, dass man weder die Schranktüren noch die Kochfläche anfassen konnte… Und trotzdem behauptete die Person beim Check-in, die Reinigung sei erst kurz vor unserer Ankunft erfolgt… Frechheit!
• Xian En (9/5): Great - The location is good very close to the main city center, which made it easy and convenient to explore everything around, would absolutely choose to stay here again next time. I was surprised with the incredible view from my window of the Twin Towers. The pool was another big highlight: clean and relaxing.

• Lee (1/5): Absolutely not value for money, too noisy place - - The property's official name is and it's a 5-minute walk from the Setiawangsa LRT Station. - Convenience stores and restaurants are a 3-minute walk away. - Security guards control all access at the condominium's main gate (unregistered guests are not allowed). - Each block has a resident-only entrance. - CCTV cameras monitor the common living areas within the property. - The bed mattress and pillows are comfortable in my opinion. - Bed and pillow sheets can be changed and cleaned upon request. - A washing machine, balcony, and three drying racks are provided for daily laundry and drying (if you wash your clothes in the evening, they will be dry the next morning). - When I was asked to send my reservation details from Boooking.com during a contactless check-in, I sent a screenshot to host by WhatsApp. After checking out, the host arbitrarily 9point review herself. The host is manipulating the rating. - The road from LRT Setiawangsa Station to the accommodation requires crossing an overpass (Total 100 steps). - Seri Maya Condominiums-Block N (the accommodation provided) is traversed by three main roads: a public road, an elevated highway, and the LRT. This can occur until after midnight, making it difficult for some people to get a good night's sleep. - All the windows in the accommodation are poorly insulated and soundproofed, and the room temperature rises within 10 minutes of turning off the air conditioner. - The USB fan, no bigger than the palm of your hand, provided with the air conditioner was of little help. - The air conditioner is very noisy when running, but its performance is not commensurate with the noise. - Me and Room 1 Guest discovered by chance on the first day of check-in that the locks and keys for Room 1 and Room 3 were identical. - After reporting this, they sent a staff member to check, which should have been a minute. However, it took 15-20 minutes. I was unable to leave the property until the locks and keys were replaced and the old keys were collected (8:00 PM). - Insufficient guidance was provided before and after check-in. The information was provided at 3:30 AM the next morning, along with information that had not been provided before or after check-in. - I never received a single apology from the host when these things happened during my stay. - In Room 3, the gap between the door and the door frame was quite large, making it easy for a malicious person to open the lock if they wanted to.
• Jiayue (10/5): Very secure! - I’ve really been enjoying my stay here so much so that I’ve decided to extend it for another week! The place is spacious, clean, and feels very safe, which is important to me. It’s been a comfortable and relaxing experience so far. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a secure place to stay.

Recommend to stay here - We got a nice room with a beautiful view of the city and the Twin Tower! there is also a great gym and a pool to use for free, we did not have time to see it but i highly recommend checking that out. Bed is super comfy and the shower is nice and warm. The staff who gave us the key was very attentive to our request, also, when we had bulbs issue someone came to check that out and it was fixed! The train station is close by also. So yes, if you come over for just a few days give it a go, it is the perfect position and place where to stay in Kuala Lumpur center!!

• Cohen (9/5): Nice stay - It was clean and well-maintained. I enjoyed the view from my room, a beautiful view of Twin Tower and the city. The location is very convenient, just about a 5-minute walk to train station. There are plenty of local restaurants nearby. The staff and security were also very friendly and helpful.
• Erasmus (1/5): 1 Night = 170 MYR = Fraud !!! - loud noise. very loud noise. a yellow dirty towel with hairs sticking in it, I didn't use. the AC is weak and old, it's in a whole in the wall. they make you feel uncomfortable as they want you to check-in before 9pm. the check out time is at noon. it's fraud. they ask 50 myr fee for nothing. the cleaning fee is 69 myr. of course a 30 myr price sounds cheap but it's not, especially not for what you get. my worst stay since very long. no hospitality. the door doesn't close smoothly. take it as an advice: don't go here. 100 myr deposit seems misleading, as they won't ask you for it. it is only written online to gives you the idea the price you will pay is actually 100 myr less. but it's not.
• Ren (10/5): Safe - The staff are very friendly and helpful. We had toilet issue when we first checked in but it was fixed right away. The room was cleaned regularly and kept spotless. We traveled with our 7 year old child and felt very safe here throughout our stay. Everything was perfect and we were satisfied.
• Wai (10/5): Excellent stay - This was my second time staying here, and I came back for almost 2 weeks cus of the excellent hospitality. I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a bigger room with at extra cost. The staff were kind and attentive throughout our stay. We felt very safe with 24/7 security.

I got my room very quickly. One of the main reasons I booked this place was the free car parking, super convenient! Will book again for my next trip.
