Terrazza utile durante i giorni caldi per fare colazione all'aperto. Pulizia degli spazi comuni deve essere più frequente (1 volta alla settimana è insufficiente)

• Marika (5/5): A room in a shared apartment. Clean room. - The room and the whole flat was clean and the staff was helpful and responsive. The address in the booking is wrong and you’ll receive the correct address on the day of the stay. So better read all the long emails they send you. You get a room in a shared apartment. My room was on the lower ground floor and it was really dark. Half of the room felt more like a storage space (with random boxes, popcorn machine etc) and the tv in the room was way too big for it. The private bathroom was a bit hard to find as the hallway was also crowded with random things (e-scooters, vacuum etc). Didn’t feel cozy. Also, you need to have an internet reception for check-in, as you need to unlock the doors with your phone.
• Jurij (7/5): A room in shared apartment in another building - It is a room in a shared apartment. The apartment was clean. The cleaning lady was helpful. Kitchen is nice. Room was spacious. After booking I got the address. This address does not exist. Then I got an email from the property to move to an address about 12 buildings away. It is a clean room in a decent apartment in a poorly kept building. The location is one of the worst in Manhattan. It is the area with highest share of drug users, homeless and screaming at night. 11th Avenue. Far from everything compared to staying anywhere else.

Ho apprezzato molto anche le piccole attenzioni che fanno la differenza durante il soggiorno, come la presenza di shampoo, bagnoschiuma, dischetti struccanti e cotton fioc: dettagli semplici ma che rendono la permanenza più comoda e piacevole. La posizione è buona e comoda per muoversi nella zona. Nel complesso è una struttura che non ha davvero nulla da invidiare ad altri alberghi nei dintorni.

• Bett (8/5): Accommodating and comfortable place for the night. - The owner was very responsive to logistics questions and was accommodating to allow us to leave our bags prior to check-in. My travel companion and I felt very secure with the building and our room. The room was basic but clean, just as expected from the online description. We were just looking for one night accommodations near the theater district and it met our expectations.

The lights were wonky - one remote controls all lights in the entire unit, including the bathroom. Also, there were no washcloths for showering but there was a nice new louffa.

• Nikola (1/5): - It was conveniently located close to Times Square. You'll have to walk 15 minutes to the subway but it is still nicely located. This review is ONLY for the apartment with a private bathroom. If you're booking the rooms with shared bathrooms ignore this I cannot put into words how frustrated I am. The pictures on the listing are a scam. There's no table like shown in the pictures, instead you get a room that is available to all other tenants with clutter, e-scooters, a vacuum and their bedding. There is NO private bathroom. It is only accessible through the aforementioned room which can be accessed by all the other tenants. If you wanna shower in this 5x5ft bathroom you'll have to either go clothed through that room or hope nobody sees you. The terrace as shown in the picture does not exist. You get ZERO sunlight in this basement. I'm not joking, you're actually going down into the basement. When we arrived the door won't open through the link provided so we messaged the host, who didn't react for 9 hours and instead sent somebody the next morning. Good luck if you can't get in like us. This is the single worst booking experience I've had and I've been to 3rd world countries before.

• Nolan (8/5): Very good - Safe location in Hell’s Kitchen with easy 15 min walk access to most metro stations. Room was as described and very clean. Host was super responsive and helped with any issues that came up. Bathroom shower could’ve been a little bit cleaner and I would’ve really appreciated some basic shower supplies. Nonetheless still a great stay though!

• Tiffany (10/5): Absolutely exceeded expectations! - We came here for one night for my birthday and couldn’t have asked for more. It’s a 5 minute walk to downtown but with none of the noise and less busy sidewalks. The room itself was very clean, easily accessible with the passcode and key. The staff was incredibly friendly and responsive. The shared bathroom was in excellent condition and even offered shampoo and conditioner. We didn’t use the kitchen but it seemed to provide everything necessary. We felt safe, were comfortable and enjoyed a clean space. I highly recommend this stay! I really can’t think of anything.
• Finn (10/5): Exceptional - We enjoyed all the facilities such as a kitchen available for us to use if we wanted to cook ourselves, the bathroom with a bidet and great water pressure in the shower, and the terrace where we could sit outside during our mornings drinking a cup of tea. The location was extraordinary, and is what allowed us to see and experience as much as we did during our holiday. The only slight minus is the drain for the shower got blocked upstairs at our level but that was just unfortunate it happened while we were there and someone came and sorted it out. There was another bathroom for us to shower in downstairs so it did not stop us from enjoying our stay.
• Tristan (1/5): memorable for the wrong reasons - nothing it was expensive for what it offered, but I knew that before I travelled, my stay was a case of “needs must” the room was falsely advertised as being 30 square metres when it was closer to 8.5 square meters. the location was given as W48th st when it was W47th st if it wasn’t for the kind staff at Holiday Inn on W48th st I think I wouldn’t have been able to find the property. overall a disgrace and a con. As the saying goes “fool me once shame on you - fool me twice shame on me” Well I won’t be taken in by you again and I won’t be recommending you either.
• Jack (8/5): Very good - Location was exactly what we wanted. Walking distance from times square/broadway, but didn't feel like a touristy area. Check-in was convenient but would be difficult without a smartphone. Shower drain was clogged.

• Elizabeth (4/5): Not as advertised - The bed was comfortable It took me an hour to get ahold of the staff to let me in to drop my bags (after I confirmed multiple times the time that I was going to drop my bags), the folded towels that were left on my bed were wet, the bathroom was covered in hair, the tub didn't drain so I stood in 3 inches of water to shower, there was NO TOILET PAPER, and the hot tub outside my room was beeping all night long.
