• Rebecca (9/5): Perfect location classic Roman apartment experience - The host contacted us on WhatsApp ahead of time and was very timely with responses especially helping us get to the accomodation on the first night and promptly foxing a minor issue with the bathroom. The apartment is centrally located right behind the Colosseum and next to the metro stop so it’s easy to duck back middle of the day for a quick rest and recharge. Despite the central location it’s also super quiet at night because the windows face to an internal courtyard. Sofa bed was a bit creaky and springs need oiling for a quieter sleep.

• Javier Ferrer (10/5): It's so good it's hard to believe, an excellent choice in Rome's historic district. - The location was unbeatable for the type of tourism we wanted to do. The building's door is a couple of steps away from the Colosseum and the metro station, and the apartment was very comfortable. Everything worked as it should, no problems. The only surprise was that the apartment doesn't have air conditioning in the living room and lounge. We arrived in the city during a heatwave and it was noticeable, but it wasn't a fault in the advertisement, we were simply surprised by the quality of the other amenities. • Carol (3/5): No air conditioning - The location is convenient. you can see colosseum every time you go out. The property is spacious. Absolutely not for summer. It shown that there is air conditioner but it turns out a very weak portable air conditioner and almost not working. I requested a fan and the staff brought it to me in the second day so I can barely sleep, otherwise I would moved to other place. The weather is +34 degrees in Rome. Can you imagine sleeping without air conditioning in your lovely holiday with family? Last thing, coffee machine is also broken. It shown me that they are basically not managing the place.

• Kimberly (8/5): Excellent location, comfortable apartment with a few issues. - The location was outstanding, right next to the Colosseum and a perfect home base for exploring Rome. There was also a cute cafe on the corner where we had breakfast each morning. Metro, B line is also right there for easy access from Roma Termini. The host was very responsive. This property uses Vikey for access to both the building and then the apartment and Vikey did not work when we first arrived. The host, however, was very responsive and able to reset the Vikey soon after we messaged. Vikey also did not work at the apartment door but we were able to use a code instead. The apartment has two beds (one is a sofa bed) which is in part why we chose it, but it was not made up and we had to share a bed the first night, which was a real bummer.
• Teodora (10/5): Exceptional - The location of this apartment is absolutely perfect! The staff was very friendly and helpful and always available for us. The apartment was clean and the facilities were very good. Our small holiday was fantastic and we could enjoy our stay because of the comfort that our host provided for us. Even if the entrance is programmed with an electronic key 🗝️ if you have internet connection and patience to understand the process of opening the door than everything else is a piece of cake! If we come back to Rome we will try our best to get the same apartment! Thank you very much

• Lilia (8/5): A charming apartment at a very convenient location. - The apartment’s location is perfect - on a quiet street just 100 m from the metro station Colosseo and across the Coliseum itself. You can walk to many historical landmarks or take a metro easily. The building is charming, the apartment was cleaned well. The shower head has to be replaced but this is an easy fix. There is no place for a dishwashing machine.
• Sophie (5/5): Good location and apartment but no aircon and difficult to access - Apartment was clean and good location! The host used an online door code which sometimes worked and sometimes didn’t so we were locked out of the apartment. Advertised as having aircon but when I asked the host said the apartment didn’t have any. It was 38 degrees during our stay so made it very uncomfortable. Host was not very responsive and didn’t answer messages. No instructions provided around how to get wifi passwords etc. Had to work it out ourselves.
• Eduardo (8/5): Very good - The location was perfect, very central, just beside the Coliseum and its metro station. The size of the flat is good and it is well equiped. The cleaness of the flat left a lot to be desired, specially the shutters that were very dusty. As it was very hot (July) and there is no air conditioning (on the contrary of what it is said), we had to leave the windows opened. As they face the courtyards, it was difficult to sleep because of the noise of people talking, coming in and out.
• Rosa (1/5): Do not stay here, bad experience - The location was good, very close to the Colosseum. We stayed at the Colosse Home apartment for 3 nights, and we had a very bad experience. We arrived on May 16th, and the apartment was not ready. We called the person who rented it to us, and he sent the cleaner. The cleaner tried to open the door but couldn't, and it took 30 minutes. During the cleaning, we waited outside. We went in later, went out, and I forgot something. When I returned, I couldn't open the door. I called the person who rented it to us, and he arrived in 20 minutes. He tried and tried, angrily and frustrated, for about an hour. He banged and forced the door open, and we waited outside in the heat. When we went out at night, we didn't lock the door for fear of not being able to open it again. But on Friday, May 17th, we went out for coffee and locked it. When we returned to shower and change, it wouldn't open. We called the man, and he arrived in 30 minutes. He tried to open it for about an hour and couldn't, very upset, as if it was our fault. My husband told him not to get angry and that he would have to call someone to fix it. He left angrily and told us he would refund all the money for the three nights and left. The neighbors invited us in because of the heat. Our day was ruined, and we missed our entry to the Vatican. He sent a message saying the locksmith would arrive by 5 PM. It took over an hour to cut the lock. My daughters were upset and angry. We went in, and one of my daughters didn't want to go out because she was very tired. Finally, on Saturday morning, Mrs. Laura arrived to ask if we would vacate that day. We told her no because we had paid for 3 nights. We paid 916.59 euros for the three nights. Mrs. Laura said, "My brother will return the money to you, and leave the key on the table. Don't lock the door, and I will pick it up at 8 in the morning." We vacated at 6 in the morning, and until now, my daughter has sent messages and hasn't received a response.

• Regina (9/5): Great family stay in Rom for couple of days - Great location, next to metro, bus stops and colosseum, everything is reachable by foot and the building is safe. The appartment perfect for a family, comfortable bed in separate sleeping room. Kids slept on the the couch bed in the living room. We didn't use kitchen as we ate allways out. Enough toilet paper and event complementery shampoo was there. For visiting in spring it was perfect, I think in summer it might get too hot as there is no air conditioning. Easy management, everything digital and you can call a real person if you need help. There was a military car guarding naibour house and they kept the gate into the next yard opened, if they spoke it echoed very loud to the bedroom. But if you ask them they stopped. It might be a problem for sensitive sleepers, you must not forget that it is center of the city and noise is unavoidable.
