• Joshua (2/5): - The town was quiet. The lobby of the building is cleaned everyday. The property is in disrepair and neglected. There was a huge patch of black mold eating away at the cabinet above the fridge. The wallpaper is ripped and stained. The handle to the right window was broken when we got there. The furniture is very dirty and the main bedroom's comforter had cigarette burns on it. The lamp in the main bedroom had a severed wire, and thankfully I didn't plug it in. Many of the lightbulbs were burnt out when we got there with no replacements. The shower head is filthy and the holder for it has broken and instead of replacing the mechanism, they simply put a oiece of duct tape in it so it's totally unusable. The toilet seat is damaged. There are two rusty lieces of metal where the toilet paper used to be. There was no cutting board or other basic cooking tools. The laundry room has a filthy moldy cut out in the plastic covering that dripped foul water onto our clothing while it was drying. The last day one of our guests was very itchy and was concerned of possible bedbugs. Overall it is shameful that the owners continue to rent out the apartment in its current state and it's clear that they put no care or money into the maintenance of this apartment.
• Silvina Paola (10/5): Me senti como en casa, y a pasos del mar - El lugar es hermoso y esta ubicado a unos pasos de una de las playas mas lindas y tranquilas que conocí en la isla, nuestros dias en la isla fueron maravillosos y también teníamos auto lo cual nos permitía movernos hacia otros sitios. Super recomendado, el señor que nos entregó las llaves (padre del anfitrión) fue muy amable, nos recomendó lugares y nos contó un poco sobre la isla, muy cordial y atento al igual que los vecinos del condominio, muy amables, nos fuimos muy contentos y agradecidos.

• Francisco José (10/5): Súper recomendable!! - Los anfitriones muy atentos desde el primer momento, muy simpáticos y amables. La vivienda en perfectas condiciones. Mucho gusto por el detalle y con todo lo necesario para tener una estancia agradable. El sitio muy tranquilo e ideal para descansar. En la piscina era raro tropezarse con otros usuarios. Prácticamente como tenerla privada. Si hay que poner algún "pero" solo criticaría que no hay papelera en el baño, ni toalla para las manos. Pero destaco que son minucias para todo lo bueno que tiene la vivienda
• DavGueMon (10/5): Viendo el atardecer desde la playa Sardina de Gáldar - El apartamento cuenta con todo lo necesario para estar a gusto y todo se ve nuevo. Está limpio y la habitación principal es grande con una cama muy cómoda. La cocina dispone de cafeteras, tetera, tostador, vitro, lavadora, microondas etc. La ubicación en playa Sardina es muy buena y es fácil aparcar en la puerta. La urbanización es grande y cuenta con piscina. El nombre del apartamento no defrauda, pues ver el atardecer desde la playa, a escasos 2 minutos caminando, es una experiencia maravillosa. Ana, la dueña, nos resolvió todas las dudas que teníamos previas a nuestra llegada y Miguel fue un encanto en la presentación del apartamento y con las recomendaciones que nos dio. Por poner alguna pega, pero nada importante, en el menaje de cocina estaría bien disponer de algún cuchillo de sierra para cortar

• dara (8/5): - Destaca la flexibilidad de los anfitriones en el horario de entrada y salida. También su actitud amable, resolutiva y comprensiva ante imprevistos o alguna petición.

• Miguel Angel (10/5): - En general me gustó todo, desde la limpieza, hasta las instalaciones del alojamiento que estaban muy bien equipadas y zona tranquila. Quiero dar especial mención a la persona que se encargaba de la gestión del alojamiento Ana, sin dejar atrás a su marido que también nos atendió el primer día, siempre dispuestos a facilitarnos cualquier cosa. Agradecerle todo el trato y el gesto que tuvo de dejarnos entrar antes de tiempo en el alojamiento. Sin duda alguna, si volvemos, no tendremos duda de que repetiremos allí y por supuesto lo recomendaré allá donde vaya.
• Martina (8/5): Byt v komplexu s bazénem. V odchozí vzdálenosti městská pláž i přírodní pláž bez lidí, paráda! - Čistý byt v prvním partře, vybavený vším, co jsme potřebovali první dva dny. Museli jsme na další dny dokupovat toaletní papír, mýdlo a prostředek na nádobí. Ale jinak vše v pořádku. K vaření vše co potřebujete. Na přivítanou čaj, káva a víno. Potěší. V okolí komplexu stavba, takže každé ráno nás budili stavbaři, ale to se určitě brzy změní. Ze začátku jsme cítily v bytě zápach malby, ale postupně se to zlepšilo a nebo jsme si zvykli.
• Vanesa (8/5): Sin mayores pretensiones un lugar adecuado como sitio base - Ubicación y cercanía a playa; facilidad aparcamiento; anfitrión hizo proceso entrega llaves muy cómodo; limpieza Las instalaciones necesitan un poco de cariño, pero aceptable como sitio base para unos cuantos días y conocer el resto de la isla; Sin mayores pretensiones es un alojamiento adecuado si buscas un lugar base.
• Alla (9/5): - The apartment is very nice and comfortable, you have everything necessary including steam iron, TV, kitchen devices etc. The pool is inside the complex, with umbrellas and coaches. You can use it from 9.00 till 22.00. The beach is 5 min to walk, a lot of shops around. If you don’t like hot weather, it is the perfect time to time. If you travel with kinds and like warm beaches, you can travel to the south

• Caroline (9/5): Superb - Location was great, beach a stroll away. Easy to reach anywhere by car. Parking wasn't a problem. Local shops for supplies was good. Pool area great Pool water was cold compared to the sea , but it was out of season when we went. Apartment wasn't exactly secure, could do with back door locks... mind you didn't have any problems whilst we were there. You get what you pay for, this was adequate for our needs
