• Norbert (9/5): Tolle Unterkunft mit freundlicher Vermieterin. Empfehlenswert. - Tolle Ausstattung, sehr guter Check In. Vermieter war auch Abends erreichbar und hat dich um gemeldete Probleme gekümmert. Bettwäsche und Handtücher anfangs nicht sauber.

• Regina (10/5): A comfortable and convenient place to stay with wonderful hosts. - It's located in a great area with convenient access to public transportation (the R4 bus connects you to the canada line and the expo line skytrain routes). Everything was very clean, wifi was fast, and the kitchen was well equipped with various utensils and tools. Julia and her husband were wonderful hosts who always responded quickly to any email or phone call. There are a lot of food items that were left by previous guests and I think it would be good to know if the foods are things current guests are free to eat. Also that we can use the hot plate to cook instead of the stove.

• Susan (9/5): Had a pleasant time overall. - Fresh modern look, very clean, the bedroom I stayed in was large, the bed was comfortable The bathroom floor was very cold. No drain plug in the tub for a bath. I didn’t find out until after I booked that cooking/using the range was not allowed, so I had to rethink my food plans. I did not like leaving my shoes outside. In the morning, they felt damp from humidity and it took a long time for my feet to get warm. I am fine with not wearing my shoes inside, but would prefer to store them inside in the winter months.

• Gregory (10/5): The home lives up to the cozy name. About 15 mins by bus to the nearest skytrain station. The ensuite room is great for - Everything was very clean, tidy and working well. The host was friendly and helpful too.
• Shaoching (10/5): Exceptional - Everything about living here is great. The accommodation is beautiful and clean. Julia is very kind and responds to my needs very quickly. I will choose this place again if I come to Vancouver next time.
• Laura (9/5): Great place, would stay again and recommend! - The location was ideal for what we needed and the parking situation was ideal as it had no restrictions. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean with plenty of towels. I especially loved that rainfall shower head. The wifi was a bit spotty in the room. Sometimes it wouldn't load some things, so i had to switch to data at times
• Donut (10/5): Amazing. - The room was spacious with good storage and views. The kitchen, bathroom and every room was kept clean and tidy by the hosts. The hosts themselves we're very knowledgeable of Vancouver and incredibly accommodating. Some of the friendliest people I've ever met. It was a little far from a lot of the big attractions in Vancouver, but being right next to a bus stop it wasn't too bad. There are a lot of small, local things to see nearby anyway.
• Myriam (10/5): Exceptional - Really cozy accomodation, very clean and in a good neighboorhood. The room is small, but still enough for two people with not too much luggage. Julia- the host - was very nice and helpful. We can absolutely recommend this accomodation.

• Geumjin (10/5): Highly recommend, definitely great value - Hosts were super friendly and easy to communicate. They sent me all the instructions before arriving and it was very clear. Interiors were really cute and there was water always ready for us to drink and big mirror downstairs were really nice as well It was little bit further away from the places we were trying to get and took sometime to travel
• Antje (10/5): A great experience in cozy private accommodation - This ‚cozy‘ private accommodation is lead by a very friendly and supportive young couple who also life in the house. The place is located in a residential area near Victoria drive hence in walking distance from some restaurants and shops. Strongly recommend the ‘Kozak’, an authentic Ukrainian restaurant with excellent coffee and pastry for breakfast. A recommendation of the owners, who had a lot more tips for us. Downtown commute is really easy by bus and skytrain. The house is beautifully furnished, modern clean and crisp, yet - here it is again, just ‚cozy’ The bedroom is a little small for two travelers with big suitcases, still not a problem with a bid of reshuffles. We shared the bathroom that I first thought might be difficult, it turned out we all had a bid of a different clock, so that worked out fine. The owners have been pro-active checking in with us to see if we needed anything. Overall, we felt very welcome and got excellent value for money, especially for Vancouver conditions Everything was just fine
