• Emma (8/5): - Good location easy walk to the beach, and into the city. Easy transaction with property and gaining access. The apartment doesn’t get dark, there’s a constant light from outside so difficult to sleep. Could do with some curtains. In addition it was a noisy road.
• Guest (1/5): Stop deceiving people! If you knew about the construction works, you must warn clients in advance and give them the opti - Nothing!!! Absolutely terrible!!!! Everyone must read this!!! Not a joke. I wouldn’t recommend this place even to my worst enemy for a vacation!!! These “lovely hosts” sent me about 16 emails reminding me to register, but not a single word about the fact that construction work has been going on around the apartments for months (we found angry reviews from June, and now it’s the end of August) – paving works 🦺🚧, insanely dusty!!! The one and only window – impossible to open. SURPRISE!!! At 7 a.m. sharp the works start: drilling asphalt right under the window, workers yelling, construction machine with flashing lights. Sleeping = impossible! But the dust and the noise from 7 a.m. are not the only nightmare 😡🤬. Due to construction, most streets are blocked and parking was an absolute disaster. After 40 minutes of driving in circles we barely found a spot. NOWHERE!!! Absolutely nowhere!!! in the description did it say the apartment is on street level!!! The “first floor” mentioned in one hidden place (scroll to the very end → click “see all amenities” → scroll again to “accessibility”) actually means ground floor, piano terra!!! Don’t twist words! It’s a nightmare: bars on the only window, feeling like living in a garage, hearing everyone outside (so much for “soundproofing” – what a joke). Constant noise of people walking on the metal ramp right outside. Neighbors heard as if they are inside with you. And every word of people walking in this ghetto at night or early morning. Unbearable!!! The host? Completely unreachable. I wrote on WhatsApp, only a bot answered. Booking.com chat – bot again 🤖. Tried to call Booking, impossible (chatbot only, no call option). Finally, when I complained and asked for a refund for the remaining nights (because we were leaving this hell), they politely told me to get lost: “construction is not our fault, you were informed about the ground floor (actually NO), no refund.

• Jovana (9/5): positive experience but solve the cockroach problem - It is close to the beach (not the center, but a taxi to the center is about €5), it is well equipped, it is new Regardless of all the positives, there is a problem with cockroaches in the apartment. It is on the ground floor, and they enter from the outside. The problem is that there is no terrace, and it is quite dark.
