Everything was exactly as described, clean and welcoming, and it felt like a little home in the heart of the city. Alessandra was incredibly kind and helpful, and you can really feel that she cares about her guests. Small details and her warm attitude made the whole experience even more memorable. Rome stole a piece of my heart during this trip, and staying here was a big part of that feeling. I already know that when I return to Rome, I would love to stay here again. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.
• Anita (9/5): Świetna baza na zwiedzanie Rzymu i Watykanu. - Wygodne mieszkanie dla 3 osób. Przystanek autobusowy, z którego można dotrzeć w krótkim czasie do centrum Rzymu zlokalizowany tuż przy bloku. Do Watykanu pieszo ok. 20-30 min. (z dziećmi). Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielką. Pani Aleksandra udzieliła wszelkich potrzebnych i przydatnych informacji dot. mieszkania i Rzymu :) Polecam. Pobierana jest dodatkowo opłata turystyczna za osobę/noc. Trzeba się z tym liczyć na koniec wyjazdu.

Great location 15 min from Vatican , bus station nearby, 10 min walk to San pietro train station. -Hostess Alessandra explained everything about the check in before my arrival and was available for every question I had. Definitely coming back🫶🏻

It has enough space for a short vacation with teenage children. To get to Piazza Venezia you have to go about 9-10 stops with the 916 bus.

She provided us with everything and more than we could have needed to have the most comfortable and enjoyable stay in Rome. Her property is an amazing home from home. She even included the most delicious cake for welcome. She was available immediately for any advice we might have needed... which was unnecessary as she prepared so much in advance. Incredible value for money. The bus to the city is right outside the door and frequent. The apartment was self catering with a very convenient supermarket nearby. A taxi will take you to the train station or airport but allow a lot more time than you expect to take to travel because of Rome traffic. Nothing to not like about this property.

• Hana (10/5): A wonderful stay in Rome - We enjoyed our stay very much, the apartment was very comfy and well organized. The kitchen was very well equiped, with good functioning refrigirator, oven, hotplate, espresso machine and all the kitchenware you may need. There are even some fun features, such as a lightbulb bluetooth speaker in the bathroom with which you can listen to music of your choice and choose the color of your light, as well as its power. The landlord Alessandra was very hospitable and nice. We had a few issues that didn't relate to the apartment at all, and she was glad to be of assistance in helping us with them. Overall, we highly recommend, thank you again Alessandra for a wonderful stay :)
• Mariya (10/5): Wonderful experience 😊🙏 - We had a wonderful experience during our stay. The flat was immaculate and its location was perfect, allowing us to walk to Vatican City and San Angelo. The convenience of nearby bus transportation was a plus. The host's thoughtful gestures added to the positive experience. Alessandra's kindness shone through as she provided us with a wealth of useful information. The accommodations were especially suitable for our late check-in and early check-out needs. The only downside was that it was quite a busy and noisy street. On the positive side there were a few supermarkets very comfortably located quite close to the flat. Having an A/C in the flat (both in the bedroom and in the lounge) was a life saver in the heat! Great experience overall! ☀️

The location was also great, nearby metro station, shops, restaurants. Host was amazing, communication was great! Host gave us useful information about places where to eat, what to see. Definitely recommend! We liked everything!

Good location with a lot of bus lines, walking distance from the Vatican. Very warm approach by the owner, at your service whenever you need. Fantastic value. Main Street can be a bit noisy.

The rooms were clean and the apartment was spacious and had all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay. The location is a bit far off center, but public transport if very close by as well as a few coffee shops and bars. The Vatican is also a walking distance away. The pillows were a bit uncomfortable. Lacking a bit of kitchenware.

The apartament is very clean and equipped with all basic stuff that's needed during the stay. And fully agree that Alessandra is a great host, so friendly and helpful - thank you so much for making our stay so nice! Not a quiet area, but I guess that if you want it quiet, then you don't choose Rome :) And this has nothing to do with the apartament, but I'd like to recommend the tourists to book their tickets to Colosseum in advance via official channels - I didn't and tried to get them by the Colosseum and got scammed.

• Stindl (9/5): Superb - Nice and clean appartement which is 10 min walk from Vatikan. A bus station is directly near the house. With the bus you can go directly to the center (20min). In the appartement you can find everything you need and we get also a nice welcome present. The owner is very friendly and helpful when you have questions to any topic. We will book it again! A little bit loud from the street, but this is Rome :-)
