• Mehmet Serhan (10/5): Amazing property with luxurious design and ample space - It is a beautiful property located in a nice neighborhood close to the center but not in the middle of the touristic area where you can hardly walk. It was a perfect solution for us. Having more space inside the property vs a hotel also was good given we stayed a number of days and had a lot of clothing etc to store. And the design is amazing, beautifully decorated and well taken care of, the property is very nice. The property beat our expectations so we were overall happy. Only things that could be better 1) the heating was not yet on because it is early October so we were snuggly most of the time at nights and 2) while the property had all amenities plenty and restocked we would have liked disposable slippers. All other dispensable items were well provided.
• Elaine (10/5): Our stay was just perfect! - Everything was fantastic! We rented the three bedroom family apartment. I was just lovely. The location was so nice. Right on the canal and a few minutes walk to the Vaporetto. The Traghetto was right outside the door. The bedrooms were wonderful, the beds very comfortable. The bathrooms were so lovely as well. It was right near a coffee shop/bar that served amazing ciccihetti, breakfast pastries, coffee, wine. There was also a small grocery store around the corner that carried everything we needed. The washer and dryer were convenient. We really felt like we received the Venetian experience. We would stay here again. Veronica was fantastic and provided can provide concierge services as needed. The Do Leoni staff, exceptional. Nothing really.
• Michelle (6/5): The apartment did its job. - The location is great and it was clean and the linen and towels were fresh. It was also well decorated and the kitchen, whilst small and not great for actually cooking in, had everything we needed for our daily ham, cheese and fruit brunch. Despite being told to keep the windows closed to prevent mosquitos getting in, the back of the glazed shower has a huge gap between the ceiling and the wall which allows them to pour in. As soon as you open the bathroom door they get into the apartment. We were bitten to pieces even with plug in preventers all over the place. The bathroom stank of drains for the entire time we were staying.

Whisper quiet at night. Funky design, super comfy bed, very clean apartment, had all amenities (washing machine, ironing board etc) Perfect space for a couple. Had a fabulous stay. Bookings.com app wasn’t really working when trying to communicate with host. Very difficult to get messages to them.

And our water taxi driver Davide was like a personal Venice tour guide. Taking us to Burano and recommending the best restaurant ever, Da Romano. Don’t hesitate to book here and appreciate this slice of heaven.
• Paul (10/5): A wonderful amazing stay - We loved the apartment - it was so clean and comfortable...it is a perfect location in Venice...dead central to all that you wish to visit...great food and supermarkets near by. We loved every minute of the stay. It is our own fault. We should have realised that warm climates and water mean one thing , mosquitos...we are covered in bites. For any visit come prepared and try and keep yourself covered at night

The owner has turned what could have been a dark space into a beautiful, expensively furnished set of rooms, full of suprises and clever ideas. It is just a short walk to the central attactions or a quick gondola ride from the quay outside (if you are brave enough!). There is an excellent cafe and a supermarket just a few steps away. Nothing it was perfect!

• Ana (10/5): Exceptional - I stayed in one bedroom apartment, from the entrance it is a beautiful building, entering the room I enjoyed everything, it has an amazing view at the canal , enough space to feel comfortable, the rooms are tall, mirrors and space to put your clothes. The shower has behind a glass, plants and light, which gives you a good feeling. Angela made sure to have everything I need. When I will return to Venice for sure I will stay here again .

• Howard (10/5): One of the best hotel experiences - The location is excellent. There is a gondola stop for crossing the canal at the door and a Vaporetto stop( San Toma) about a 1 minute walk away. The room was magnificent with all the possible amenities you could possibly require. The furnishings would make any home look good and the very high ceilings was a plus. The bathroom was beautiful and the rain shower was super. This is an apartment so there is a fully stocked kitchen and there is a washing machine. The neighborhood is quiet and ther are many restaurants a short walk away. Super location.

The location was incredible. The host Veronica was extremely responsive and helpful. And the bed... omg the bed was SO COMFORTABLE. We were staying during Italy's summer heatwave, and the AC was a godsend. The shower was amazingggggg and we loved the robes. Everything was so clean and gorgeous! And they gave us a complimentary bottle of Prosecco in the fridge when we arrived! Thank you thank you for an unforgettable stay in Venice!!! Absolutely nothing I'd come back and stay here again and reccommend it to anyone looking for a romantic stay in Venice!

Great location in the quieter part of Venice but public boat stop was super close. The staff were very helpful and kind and were always on hand to give information. Would highly recommend this place if your looking to stay away from the busier end as we travelled in high season. Do not use the private taxis. Complete rip off. Public water taxis (zaperetto), literally on ur doorstep, buy a day ticket and travel this way.

• Van (10/5): This apartment is exceptional - great location, modern design, and great host! - The host is efficient and very friendly. The location is very convenient as it is next to San Toma water bus station. The room is new, modern and well-taken care of. We specially love the bathroom design! Thank you - We really enjoyed the stay! Maybe the living room lighting can improve a little bit with some more lighting around the sofa (in one-bed room apartment).

• Fouzia (10/5): Exceptional - Loved our stay at Do Leoni Apartments. Gorgeous bathroom. Very comfortable bed. Able to do our laundry. The location was excellant in San Polo, which is a wonderful neighborhood and is quieter than San Marco. It is very accessible to everything you would want to see. We walked everywhere and never actually took a water taxi, even though the apartment was right next to a taxi stop on the Grand Canal. Rialto brigde is also very close to get over to San Marco. We were able to walk to and from the train station (15 mins).

• Dominic (10/5): One of the best apartments in Venice - There is so much I loved about this huge apartment in the heart of Venice. Stylish renovation which is a mixture of classic and modern. Comfortable bed, super shower, fast WiFi, well stocked kitchenette and inviting couch. Simply a great base for short or long stay in Venice The location was first rate in San Polo, midway between Academia and Rialto bridges. The vaporetto outside the apartment provides a quick crossing to San Marco

It’s conveniently located right by the San Toma Vaporetto stop, so using the public water taxi made getting around very easy. The only negative that I could say a out the stay is that if you leave your window open you will definitely get mosquito bites!

The location was also great with everything to see and do at a maximum of 10 to 20 mins walk. Also the gondola to cross the canal was right in front which was great. The apartment had a corner window so it didn't have a lot of natural light but still beautiful.

Angela 🧝🏻‍♀️ was delightful! Anytime we had questions or needed her help she responded right away. There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.
