• shusaku (8/5): - 立地はとてもよく、部屋は少し小さいが、 テレビが大きく、軽く料理をできる設備も整っているので滞在するのに困ることは、あまりなかった。 wifiがソフトバンクエアーを使っており、速度かなり遅かった。 線路沿いにあるので夜も電車の音が聞こえる。音に神経質な人は寝付くのが難しいと思う。

• Takahiro (4/5): - UFJへの利便性はとても良い 1Fトイレの電気が点かなかった。チェックアウト前に中国人と思われるスタッフが入口のドアを開け様とガチャガチャされ不快。ベットのきしみ音も凄い。
• レズリー (6/5): - 部屋はきれい、ローケーションは非常に便利、設備はだいたい予想通り 階段がハシゴ並に急だったから乗り降りが大変だった 一部の設備について問い合わせしたところ「確認したら回答する」と返答きたが、宿泊が終わるまでそのまま保留された
• Jason (8/5): They did the best with what they had. - The location was good. Space was large. Had soap, laundry and dishes. Ceiling was too short, hit my head about 10 times. Stairs were very steep. Toilet was in one corner, shower in another and the sink to get ready was on the second floor. Very disconnected.

• Christine (4/5): Overall, it was inexpensive to stay at this location, but I won't stay here again. - The location was in a great place for people wanting a short train ride to Universal Studios. However, the house is very close to other houses and the train station, so you can hear EVERYTHING. The rental company was also very good at responding to messages. There was NOTHING in the information about the house that there were very STEEP stairs that are really not safe for children. I almost fell down the stairs carrying items up and down the stairs. Also, on the day of arrival, the rental company decided to tell me that the bathroom upstairs wasn't working which was very inconvenient as then you had to travel down those steep stairs in the middle of the night just to go to the bathroom.
