• Akunzler76 (8/5): - Nous avons séjourné dans un appartement idéal pour notre séjour en famille. Chacun disposait de sa propre chambre, ce qui a rendu le séjour très confortable. L’appartement est situé à deux pas du métro et entouré de nombreux restaurants, parfait pour profiter facilement de la ville. Bien équipé, il offre tout le nécessaire pour une famille, et même notre chien s’y est senti parfaitement à l’aise. Le rapport qualité/prix pourrait être meilleur, le lit de la chambre parentale manquait de confort, et nous n’avons pas réussi à faire fonctionner le four. Enfin, le quartier s’est révélé assez bruyant et peu entretenu, avec une ambiance plus populaire que ce que laissaient imaginer les photos ; nous nous étions représenté un environnement un peu différent.

• Tatiana (10/5): Excellent apartment for ideal vacation! - Spacious, wonderful apartment that imparts the spirit of Rome! We spent a wonderful three weeks in these apartment! The furnishings are done with great taste: antique furniture combined with modern ones, paintings on the walls create an indescribable atmosphere. Everything down to the smallest detail is decorated with great attention and love. Excellent comfortable furniture from the sofa to the beds. After long walks around the city during the day, a wonderful rest was provided at night. We were on vacation with children and Andrea kindly provided a crib for our one-year-old son! The apartment also has a beautiful spacious balcony with a table and chairs for morning coffee. The kitchen has absolutely everything you might need for cooking: all the necessary utensils, pots, napkins, towels. I also want to note the excellent location. Piramide metro station and the train station are 5-7 minutes on foot. It took us so long to travel with children and stroller. There are only two stops to the Colosseo station, and you can get to the Colosseum on foot in 20-25 minutes; again, that’s how long it took us to walk with the children. You can also walk along the Tiber to the center in half an hour. From Porta San Paolo station, you can reach the beaches of Ostia in half an hour by train. There are beaches for every taste: from free to paid to well-equipped ones. There are many grocery stores near the house, literally one minute away there is a chain supermarket, which is open every day from 8 to 10 pm, seven days a week. The owner of the apartment was always in touch and was very attentive and welcoming. We recommend these apartments one hundred percent; we have only the warmest impressions!
