• Lisa-Jean (10/5): Location is excellent! - The location cannot be better! It is just off of the Ponte Vecchio bridge and super central. Walking distance to all the major sights. Clean, spacious and safe. Federica is very helpful and sweet!

• Richard (10/5): Perfect!! - The location was amazing and at the start of the vecchio bridge. Everything we needed was close by and the rooms were immaculate Everything was perfect and worth the money.
• Ray (9/5): Would use over and over - The location was amazing!! Right next to the Ponte Vecchio. Only minor thing was limited bath towels for 3 people.
• Kristine (10/5): Excellent apartment in a geographically ideal location. - This charming two-bedroom apartment is located in the very center of Florence. Right next to the old bridge. Step out of the apartment and you are already on the bridge. Almost all the historical sites we wanted to see are within a few steps. The apartment is really clean, very tastefully decorated, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is functional with everything you need. There was even oil and basic spices for cooking. Please note that the apartment is located in the very center of the city, so it can be a bit noisy on the street at night. However, since the apartment has air conditioning, we kept the windows closed at night and the noise didn't bother us that much. Car garages right next to the apartment are very expensive, so you have to find somewhere to park your car at a reasonable price.

• Ariana (10/5): Overall, very good. Would definetly recommend and come back! - Amazing location, easy check-in and access. So clean! There’s a supermarket close, a lot of good restaurants nearby and you’re basically almost living on the bridge. There’s everything you need if yoy’re gonna stay for a few days! Even though it’s a relatively calm place, I would warn sleep-sensitive people such as myself, the sound of cars driving by and people talking during the night will be heard inside the room. There was also a weird tapping sound during the night? Never really understood where it was coming from.
• Khalijah (10/5): Lovely stay. Highly recommended. - Love love love the location. It is smack in the middle of all the happenings. So it was easy for us to take short breaks throughout the day. There is a lift so that was convenient. The rooms were comfortable. The heaters work. It is like staying at a friend’s house. Host was responsive. One small matter - the hot water ran out on our first night. The host gave us the solution, which was to take 20 mins break in between showers. So we managed. Also another tip don’t run the washing machine when someone is taking a shower to maximize the hot water availability.
• Hida (4/5): Good location but old and outdated apartment. I didn’t like it! - It absolutely baffles me how this apartment got such good reviews. I didn’t like it one bit. Yes, it has a great location and it is spacious but that’s about it. The host was nice, too. The apartment is old and has an old and outdated interior, it was quite cold too even though the weather was warm outside! Shower pressure was extremely low (took us too long to shower because of it) and we only had one toilet paper roll to use during our 2 days stay (four people)!! One of the rooms had a pull out sofa bed which was squeaking as soon as someone moved, you could hear it in the other room. Also, finding a free parking spot was an absolute nightmare, took us 1.5h driving around and we paid 86€ for not even full two days, so add that to your expenses if you have a car.

The apartment was spotless with very comfortable beds and pillows. The shower had a strong flow and the kitchen was well stocked with everything needed.

The beds were comfortable and room size was just right for 4 :) We had to request for late check-out due to Uffizi gallery tour, the host was kind and tried her best to coordinate with the cleaning lady, we are so thankful to receive such great hospitality. None, its a great stay

Host said “ turn right “ on message but it was “turn left “. System locked by too many attempts, we couldn’t get in, host came and opened it for us.
• Jo (6/5): Comfy safe apt made us felt like home away from home and the host was caring. - The apt the amenities the size the elevator the nearby neighborhood good foods were all within a stroll the bridge the host was exceptionally nice and responsive. We had small trouble in our check in and the host was patiently explained the steps in perfect English Walked to center and attractions was pleasant I had difficulty understanding the view arrangement as I was under the impression view of the Arnol Canal was featured

Very quiet apartment at night, considering the central location. Easy communication with host. Door code system a bit problematic to me, but never an issue due to the east communication with host
