FREDERICO (10/5): Ótimo custo benefício - Apartamento espaçoso, muito bem decorado e equipado. A localização é ótima, com vista para a cidade, e de fácil acesso ao centro. O banheiro (como nos outros apartamentos do condomínio) não tem ventilação ou exaustor, o que pode ser desconfortável em hospedagens mais longas

Clara (6/5): Não recomendo. - Boa localização e quarto confortável. Assim que chegamos para fazer o check-in, o porteiro nos informou que não iria liberar nossa entrada, só depois que eu relatasse o número do apto e bloco. No entanto, três dias antes de viajar eu enviei meus documentos para o anfitrião para liberação da entrada. Ficamos mais de uma hora na entrada do condomínio tentando entrar, liguei várias vezes para o anfitrião e nada de nos atender. Depois de uma hora, conseguimos entrar na acomodação depois de ter passado uma situação bem indelicada com o porteiro, que se mostrou bem grosso e indisponível para ajudar a resolver o problema. Assim que entramos na acomodação, mandei mensagem para o anfitrião relatando o ocorrido e o mesmo não respondeu. Não tivemos nenhum pedido de desculpas, não recomendo.
