- Maytee (1/5): No respetan la reserva y piden depósito fuera de Booking - Hice una reserva confirmada para Semana Santa con tiempo, y luego el anfitrión me escribió diciendo que la villa ya no estaba disponible porque los dueños la iban a usar ese fin de semana. Después de eso, me empezó a ofrecer otra villa mucho más cara y con mínimo de tres noches. Lo más preocupante fue que me pidió que le hiciera un depósito directamente a él, fuera de Booking, diciendo que “el que deposita primero es el que se queda con la villa”. Esto genera mucha desconfianza, ya que uno reserva por Booking precisamente para tener seguridad y que se respeten las condiciones acordadas. No me pareció una forma seria de manejar una reserva, especialmente tratándose de fechas importantes como Semana Santa. Recomiendo tener cuidado y confirmar bien todo antes de confiar en este anfitrión. Le escribí a booking y nunca contestaron. No vuelvo a usar esta plataforma para rentar nada nunca más.
