• Ginny (8/5): Fijne accommodatie op goede locatie - Fijne locatie, schone accommodatie. In principe was alles aanwezig! Wij misten alleen een stoel, maar dat was persoonlijk omdat we met zijn 3en (incl 1-jarige) verbleven.

And the apartment inside is just same as the picture . To us the location is good , convenient but not noisy , I really have a great sleep till afternoon ! No particular thing unsatisfied. Just the corner of the apartment have some dust , but still very clean overall!

The whole street had at least 3-4 convenient stores which had everything we needed. We also love the amenities. They had a Dyson hairdryer! Hello ladies with beautiful hair you won’t be disappointed!! Washing machine even laundry liquid was provided. The owner was so thoughtful there was a rod in front of the air conditioner for you to dry clothes! Microwave and fridge even coffee machine were also provided. Seriously bang for your buck!!! I also loved the fact that they use quality hair shampoo, conditioner and body liquid soap. It wasn’t the cheap hotel stuff. Staff communication was excellent! Always replied messages quickly. It’s not that I didn’t like, it’s rather a suggestion for even better service. I think for those who can’t read Japanese it would be helpful if there was a sheet of instructions hanging next to the washing machine. It would be helpful for those who can’t read Japanese and who couldn’t be bothered to read the instructions on the app. Also, while I found the video of how to enter the building was extremely helpful, maybe the owner can send the link to the video to guests before they arrive so everyone can see the video , not just those who read everything and found the video. I watched the video so I didn’t even have to meet or call the owner to open the doors. If everyone can see the video then they won’t need to trouble the owner.

I must say 1st room 106 was much better than 205. 205 had toilet and bathroom behind same door. 205 feelt that it needs some maintenance to be done. • Margaret (7/5): The double room is ideal for one person only! - Location was central to the things we wanted to see and do. Close to rail and variety of eating places. Not exceptionally clean. The first room we stayed in the bathroom was not clean and some of the utensils not washed properly. There was no T-Towells to dry the dishes. Maybe the utilities eg air con,microwave and lights require a translation sheet. Considering your instructions with rubbish sorting at first we had no idea where to put it for pickup.

• Priscila (10/5): Espetacular!!!! - Todos os itens do dia a dia puderem ser encontrados na Triphome, gostei demais de poder lavar as roupas e ainda passar elas, além de remover pelos. Tinha guarda chuva disponível, lenços, acessórios de cozinha e o banheiro estava impecável. A cama talvez possa melhorar um pouco, achei ela mais rígida do que o normal e isso após um longo dia de caminhada acaba ficando um pouco desconfortável.

• Florian (9/5): Très bon rapport qualité prix pour un logement parfaitement équipé - L’emplacement est idéal à moins de 10min du métro le plus proche et 15min de la gare et du quartier très dynamique de shinjuku. Pour 2 personnes ce studio convient parfaitement. Manque légèrement d’isolation phonique avec les autres logements mais rien de catastrophique.

Sean was so helpful and friendly, whenever we had any questions he was very quick to answer. We were very happy and had a lovely stay, there wasn’t really anything we didn’t like.

• Yuet Sheung Jennette (5/5): 整體住宿感覺一般，性價比不高。 - 雖然住宿地點距離地下鐵路不算近，但附近有便利店及深宵食肆，位置尚算方便，但四周環境一般。 最值得一讚的是房間内已配備洗衣機及超長晾衣杆，衣架亦充足，非常好。 房間偏小，二人住宿還可以，三至四人共住顯得擠迫。 沙發床展開後中間凸起，不好睡。 清潔程度強差人意，被鋪有些近似汗的氣味，以及在房間沙發床之間的地上拾到上回住客的手錶，讓人感覺房間沒有徹底清潔及執拾。

• Leyna (8/5): Very good - The location is a short distance from so many stations and stores. The room isn't like the pictures. At least the one I was in wasn't very accurate. The space is very small despite it claiming to accommodate more than 2 people. I wouldn't recommend it past 2 people, maybe 3. There was a brown stain on the comforter when we came in, and the fold out couch-bed wasn't accurate. Its a couch that has cushions that are attached. You then unfold them, and its like a makeshift bed. One part is rock solid.
