Bethany (7/5): Lovely View - Parking was readily available across the street from the apartment and the view of the river was lovely. The ability to do laundry on site was essential, since we were halfway through our trip! The hosts were very helpful and communicative. The sheets on one of the beds seemed unwashed (there was hair) and there were dishes that weren't properly cleaned. WiFi connection was pretty spotty.

Michelle (8/5): Good value but difficult location - Great price and well set up. Great communication with host. Not clear on explaining layout. We booked as a group of 4 adults and 2 of us had a room up a flight of stairs with a coded door lock and no bathroom or toilet. Having to come down the stairs at night and punch in a code to get into the main apartment was terrible. Also be aware that you will be on the wrong side for Koblenz proper, you will need to get a small ferry across the Moselle for 1.60 euro pp which operates 11am to 6pm. Otherwise its a 40 minute walk around or taxi at around 10 euro one way.
