• Cristina (8/5): - Posizione comodissima per arrivare in zona ippodromo. A pochi minuti a piedi dalla fermata metro. Appartamento pulito e ben tenuto, di nuova ristrutturazione. Molto precise le indicazione per check in e check out e per l'utilizzo della casa in generale. Nessun appendi abiti e solo uno in bagno per gli asciugamani.

• stefano (2/5): - Si salva solo la posizione vicino alla Stadio San Siro, ci si può andare anche a piedi. L'appartamento è semplice, carino. Le maniglie della porta principale erano rotte e la porta ne era sprovvista. Non c'erano lenzuola per il secondo letto. Il materasso del divano letto era sporco, ingiallito e con peli e capelli. Mancavano 1 asciugamano grande per la doccia, 2 asciugamani piccoli per il bidet Nel frigo neanche una bottiglia d'acqua. Non è così che si gestisce un appartamento...i clienti non sono dei bancomat da cui prelevate soldi e poi... così non si fa'.

• Alessandra (6/5): Very good apartment, in the wrong place - The apartment was exactly as in the picture, well renovated and very comfortable. The room was silent in the night and the ac made the internal temperature perfect even in summer. Unfortunately the neighborhood was not ideal. the area is not central, and it's not the safest in Milan. Also, we had an issue with the key hand over at the end of the stay, which was absolutely outside our control. A lady inside the building tried to force us to hand over the apartment's keys to her, even though it was not specified in any communications or requests done by the host.

• Iryna (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was good, it was nice and clean, located near tram station(it took me around 15 minutes to get to the center). I booked the apartment two hours before I got there in the evening and it was cleaned very quickly and was ready in an hour.
• Margarita (10/5): Comfortable, convenient, felt like home, with everything I needed at my fingertips. - The apartment is excellent, offering comfort in every aspect. I stayed alone, so I had plenty of space, and the apartment looked exactly as it does in the photos. The lighting is particularly good, especially in the bathroom, making it ideal for applying makeup. The water was always warm, which was a great bonus. There is also a washing machine, cooker, espresso machine, plates, forks, spoons, etc., a wine opener, and a fridge, adding to the convenience, making it an overall great place to stay. The residents in the building are mostly Italians, and all were very polite. The area itself is multicultural. I spent five days in Milan for a conference at MiCo Center, and as I enjoy walking, it took me just 23 minutes on foot each day. The route was straightforward, easy, and felt safe. Around the apartment, there are supermarkets, a few cafés, a pharmacy, a hair salon, and public transport options. The closest metro station is Lotto, and buses are also easily accessible. The apartment was spotless and well-maintained, with cozy decor that made it feel like home. The bed was comfortable, and I slept soundly as it was quiet at night with no disturbances from neighbors or street noise. The WiFi connection was fast and reliable, which was perfect for my work. Massimiliano, the host, was always quick to respond to messages, typically within minutes. I would definitely choose this apartment again if I return to Milan! One thing to note, if you're visiting Milan, is the city's natural humidity and occasional fog - it’s not the apartment, just the local climate. Due to the city's humidity, the sheets and towels could be dried a little better initially. However, it's important to note that the humidity is a factor throughout Milan, and even once dry, they may absorb moisture from the air again. It's just a characteristic of the local climate as I understand.
