Bardzo uprzejmi ochroniarze Pani na recepcji, brak pomocy w dojściu do pokoju, strzępkowe informacje typu ,,do pokoju w prawo,, 25 Myr za siłownię oraz basen (osobno płatne) o dziwo płatność tylko kartą. Mała siłownia- podstawowy sprzęt
- Thiru (5/5): We checked out of the air bnb as my husband and I were very uncomfortable staying there. We had to book a hotel last min - Less noise as it away from the city area (not too far). Staff were kind and polite. The property was old. The toilet cupboards were all broken. The wall papers in the room were peeling out. The side tables were rusty. The toilet bowl cover was dirty. The TV was at another side of the corner while the sofa was at the other end.

- Megy (2/5): Not worth it - The sitcom didn’t work when we arrived, the fridge did not work as well. The room was so hot and in the description it did not mention you have to pay extra for gym and extra to use the pool. You even had to pay to store your luggage which I have never had to do at any property before The staff seemed unbothered

- Usama (8/5): It was great overall, the experience was nice, so was the view. - The view, the location, the check-in/out process No regular maintenance or supplies top-up like towel replacements, I think it had to be requested separately. Some of the furniture parts were out of place, washing machine had some trouble operating as normal (needed supervision), cupboards doors need alignment to fall back into place. Didn’t find my way to swimming pool despite it saying it’s on 41st floor but was stranded with closed doors to a rooftop terrace. Would be nice to see the view from the top.

- Sofia Bordon (7/5): - La habitación muy linda, también ambas piletas del hotel. Tal cual se ve en las fotos, cama comoda y vistas excepcionales! La recepción es bastante informal, es una mesa fuera del edificio, y tanto la recepción como la sala de espera están sin aire y el calor es muy denso y pesado. Para hacer el check in llegas a recepción y tenes que mandar msj a un WhatsApp que te dan ellos, y esperar que te contesten para que después en recepción te hagan el check-in, tuve que esperar aprox 25mins para completar el proceso. Nadie nos acompañó a la habitación y solo nos indicaron que era afuera a la derecha, así que tuvimos que buscarla y entender como funcionan las tarjetitas y llaves por nuestra cuenta. La pileta del piso 48 se paga aparte, el gym también se paga aparte. Y para ambos lo que pagas es solo valido por le mismo día y podes entrar solo una vez. Es decir, si vas a la pileta en la tarde y a la noche queres volver a ir tenes que volver a pagar. Queda alejado del centro, vale la pena ir solo por la pileta, pero también podes alojarte en otro lado e ir y pagar para entrar a la pileta de este hotel.
- Steven (9/5): Good accomodation with easy access to food, transport and the city. - Good location for Grab cars, food outlets and MRT. Security was good and all guards were smiling and friendly. Check in was easy and quick with friendly and organised staff. Apartment was clean and spacious. Leaving a cash deposit of MYR 300 was a bit of a pain as we ended up with a pocket full of cash that we didn’t need as we were about to leave the Country.

Bad thing: deposit, which i - Nice view, not far from city center if you use taxi, but by foot would be difficult to move. Deposit, cleanliness. It is disappointing that the management charges such high deposits but doesn't reinvest that money into basic maintenance.

Also the girls at the reception had so much attitude when you ask them something. As soon as someone comes and speaks the same language they can become friendly but with foreigners it’s a bit hard from my experience. Also it’s a bit far from the centre

- Isabella (8/5): - The suites have everything you need, even a washing and drying machine, the beds are very comfy and with a great view. The free pool also has a n infinity view, but the rooftop one is worth the extra penny. The security and guardian at the swimming pool was unorganized and strict. I don't understand how they expect such a luxury place to enforce swimwear and towel restrictions on foreigners. For the rooftop pool, despite showing the purchased ticket, the guardian was hesitant to let us in. And he didn't let us watch the fireworks for the rooftop even if we didn't want to use to pool.

They never spoke to me on the phone, I only received delayed text messages apologies after making complaints about other guest Suites who were smoking and causing me health problems and me having to remind them about their No Smoking Policy.

When I reported the partying noise and the smoking next door, the host never responded in a timely manner. It took any time between 6 hours to 24 hours before they acknowledged my complaint text messages. Guests were frequently breaking these rules. Location wise, it's on a highway with little to no shopping amenities, so you have to take a taxi to get your food supplies and shopping.

Price is very affordable. Easy check in/out. Shower has stairs which is not suitable for disable. Quite dangerous if floor is slippery. Always be careful in shower.

То что залог при выезде не могли найти очень долго и скорее всего дали с другого конверта, поиски заняли где то 25 минут что было еретически важно для нас. Из-за этого инцидента мы опоздали на самолет и пришлось покупать новые билеты, хоть мы на ресепшене сказали что мы опаздываем

- Tiban Soon (4/5): Room for improvement - The stay was convenient and the location had less traffic, which made getting around easier. However, there were a few issues. The WiFi had problems during the stay. The owner offered to come and fix it, but the timing felt quite sudden and interrupted my activities. The RM300 deposit was also not mentioned before the stay. It would have been helpful if this had been communicated earlier so I could have prepared the cash. The hall area was quite minimal. There was a foldable sofa there but I guess it was faulty and the sheets on it had some weird looking stains- "not sure what it is". Bath towels were not absorbable material.. Felt like a plastic towel. Better communication and small improvements would make the stay more comfortable. I have had experience staying at the Expressionz Suite managed by a different host, and it was perfectly handled and arranged by their team.

- Melany (7/5): Agradable y cómodo pero mejorable. - Nosotros cogimos la suite y la verdad que era amplia, tenía todo lo necesario. Y en general, el personal del hotel eran amables y cercanos. Tardamos mas de 40 min en hacer el check-in porque dentro del hotel hay como subdivisiones, por lo que puede llegar a ser un lío. La piscina de la última planta tiene vistas espectaculares pero no te avisan hasta el último momento que tienes que pagar cada vez que quieras usarla, así que si decides coger este alojamiento por las vistas de la piscina es algo muy a tener en cuenta (11€ dos personas). Además estuvimos 4 noches y no vinieron a limpiarnos ni un solo día…. Algo un poco decepcionante.
