• Isabelle (4/5): Sotano con ruido a los bajantes de aguas del edificio - Esta muy bien ubicado. Son unos sótanos, con mucha humedad, la terracita es el patio de luces del edificio, por lo que no hay intimidad. Y lo peor es que los bajantes de las aguas del edificio pasan por la pared donde esta el cabecero de la cama y es impossible dormir en toda la noche. A parte no hay ventanas oscilobatientes para ventilar, solo la balconera que va a la terraza y no da seguridad de dejarla abierta toda la noche. Sinceramente no repetiremos, aunque con alguna reforma (cambio de una de las ventanas y insonorización pared cama y techo se podría mejorar).
• Lucas (4/5): - The Kitchen is okay and localisation is nice. The appartement is not well made. It might have been a normal appartment before, but the bed is on top an office so you just have 30cm between your bed and the ceiling. And with that, you can hear the neughbourd’s bathroom during the night and also your own bathroom which is leaking. The bathroom is not well clean and some parts are broken, some towels are dirty. It is really expensive for not good quality

• Forrest (8/5): For me, the positives far surpassed the negatives. - Location is excellent for the price. Bed is comfortable and all the facilities are clean and usable. Lovely place for 2. There were a few issues as mentioned in other reviews. Namely, the noises coming from the sewage downpipes and the height of the ceiling above the bed is a bit short. The comments about any sort of damp smell are unjustified, the place was totally clean and smelled fine.

• Sabin Mihai (1/5): Para no repetir, fatal - Nada Sin aire acondicionado Sale agua de la ducha que luego tienes que pasar la fregona 5 minutos para quitar el charco Humedad exagerada en este semisótano y sin poder dejar las ventanas oscilobatiente....para ventilar a través del patio. Ruido aire acondicionado ajeno y vibraciones Bajante fecales pegado al cabezal de la cama que casi no pegas el ojo... Alguno ya sabe que si llamas al telefonillo del apartamento, automáticamente se abre la puerta de acceso al portal así que no paraban de molestar llamando... Y lo peor .. carísimo!!! 170€ la noche. Es surrealista ya... La suerte que tuvisteis fue que fuisteis los mejores de los peores disponibles.
• Maria (8/5): Central and very quite with high ceilings - The apartment is surprisingly spacious, once you are through the low doorway. The ceilings are really high and the sleeping platform is a very clever use of space, with a large dressing area below. The yard outside must great in the spring and summer - we visited in November, but could see the potential. There was no microwave, despite one being mentioned in the flat description. Also a "mocha pot" is not really a "coffee machine" these days, in particular if no coffee grains are provided!
• Michael (9/5): Very happy, made the stay in Bilbao very accessible. - Neat apartment, clean, and good ammenities, it’s in a very good location. Staff communication very good prior to check in with clear instructions made it easy. Damp environment
