- Rodolphe Hugon (10/5): - Le Richmond Hotel Tokyo bénéficie d’un superbe emplacement, idéal pour découvrir la ville. Il est proche de tout : métro, taxis, un grand centre commercial et un supermarché, ce qui rend le séjour très pratique. Il y a même un excellent restaurant de sushis au deuxième étage. La chambre est agréable, fonctionnelle et parfaitement adaptée pour un séjour d’une semaine. Gros plus : la baignoire, très appréciable après une journée de visite. La literie est parfaite et très confortable. La chambre mérite facilement un 9/10. Le personnel, aussi bien à l’accueil qu’au petit-déjeuner, est particulièrement attentionné. Ils ont toujours été disponibles pour nous aider, répondre à nos questions et nous orienter avec beaucoup de gentillesse. Un vrai 10/10 pour leur professionnalisme et leur accueil. Le petit-déjeuner est varié et il y a toujours de quoi trouver son bonheur. En revanche, le choix change peu d’un jour à l’autre. Pour un long séjour (plus de 5 jours), il peut être préférable de le prendre un jour sur deux afin de varier davantage.

- Steve (9/5): Great stay marred by rude man on last day! - Location was excellent. Huge supermarket across the street, lots of local restaurants as well as a large shopping centre with 300 shops and restaurants. Room was very comfortable and by Japanese standards was large. Air conditioning worked well. Three selections of daily cleaning levels, with full clean every third day regardless of selection . They had five washer/dryer machines and you could track them from the TV in your room as to how much time left on each machine. Nice viewing terrace on 13th floor to take in day and night views of Skytree. Front desk staff were very helpful for mapping out train schedules to different sites. They even took our mobility issues into consideration to find the most convenient lines with the least transfers! Much appreciated!! Our wonderful experience was marred by rudeness encountered on our last day. We had a call from a man saying checkout was at 11 am. Explained we were almost ready but needed another 10 minutes. He then said that the hotel would charge us an extra fee if we were more than 15 minutes. When we checked in, they had a laminated card that was in English and in red, it said that guests could stay for FREE up until 12 noon. Don't know who man was or why he was so rude. All the front desk staff we encountered were always very professiona, helpful,l and friendly, both men and women.

En esta ocasión, por un imprevisto, solo me quedé una noche, pero pude confirmar que mantiene la misma calidad y excelente servicio que experimenté en mi visita anterior. La habitación era amplia y contaba con vista al Skytree; sin duda, volvería a solicitarla en mi próximo viaje. Además, uno de los grandes puntos a favor del hotel es su ubicación: tiene accesos al metro muy cercanos y paradas de autobús justo enfrente, lo que lo hace muy práctico para moverse por la ciudad.

- Qing (8/5): 总体推荐入住但是空间格局卫生可以更好 - 工作人员很友好，早饭很不错，生活用品也很齐全。地理位置非常好，出门就是火车站，对面就是天空树和商场。距离浅草寺只需要十几分钟。 感觉酒店开的应该比较久了，设施会略旧，卫生的话没大问题，虽然21平，但是格局略差，空间利用率可以更大，给了桌子和沙发很大一部分，但是21平的房间可以摊开两个28寸的行李箱。房间楼层其实不高，有Sky tree view的房间其实也只是能看到下半部分。

- Benjamin (8/5): Hotel Keisei Richmond is beautiful, elegant hospitality, centrally located in Tokyo, Oshiage station - What a beautiful welcome to Tokyo. I got off the train and was dazzled by how close Hotel Keisei Richmond was located just outside the train station. Then, the beauty of its welcoming sliding glass doors and easy to read signage made it simple to understand my location and get excited for where I have just arrived to, Tokyo Japan. Nestled near the opulent Skytree, it was always easy to locate where I was in relationship to the big beautiful city sphere in the sky. The hotel staff was warm, kind, friendly and polished, welcoming me as the elevator doors opened into their well designed and elegant reception desk. I exited the elevator. I very much liked everything about this stay, except I found a stack of receipts from a previous guest in my room somewhat up-top one of the fixtures against the wall. There was also a wet towel in the bathroom around the head of the shower. It must have been left from the previous guest but those two things went incomplete or not thoroughly cleaned, giving me the slightest impression that other things could be similarly unseen or unclean. It was a very small observation, but nonetheless it did leave a small impression on what otherwise was a sensational welcome and stay in Tokyo. I hope to come back soon to Japan, and hopefully again to Tokyo and with Hotel Keisei Richmond. The stack of receipts left by a previous guest, and the wet towel around the shower/bathtub area that was left from a previous guest.

- Jeremy (8/5): Comfortable stay, convenient location - Very convenient location just across the road from Skytree with its associated shopping and public transport. Also a good choice if you need to get to the airport for a morning flight: 2-3 min walk and you're on the platform where you can get an inexpensive Keisei AccessExpress service that will get you to Narita in about 60 min. Room was comfortable, with great view of Skytree. Breakfast options were a bit limited, eg no fresh fruit or cereal, although the tempura was very good.

- MA. MAGDALENA DOROTEA (7/5): Nice hotel but… - The room was very spacious. The view of the skytree was right in front of our room which was very good to see specially at night. The the train station is right beside the hotel which makes it a lot convenient for travellers. There are two things that we did not like about our room. First there was a “strong sweaty odor” lingering inside the room as soon as we entered. Eventhough we sprayed a lot of air mist, still the oder won’t go. We thought at first it was coming from the aircondition filter but during our stay we did not use the aircondition because I easily catches colds from it. Second, there was no cabinet to put our things and not even a little wardrobe to hang clothes. It’s just a shame the room was too spacious but lacking of amenities.

Access from JR Tokyo Station is convenient (two transfers). Getting to Haneda Airport is especially easy—by using the Toei Asakusa Line (or Keisei Line) and the Keikyu Line, you can travel directly from Oshiage Station to Haneda Airport without changing trains. The Tokyo Metro also makes it easy to explore many parts of the city. None

- Corinna (10/5): Perfektes Hotel für mehrtägige Tokio-Aufenthalte - Ich kenne die Richmond-Hotelkette nun schon seit fast zehn Jahren und sie hat mich noch nie enttäuscht. Unweit des Tokyo Skytrees (inklusive sehenswertem Einkaufszentrum Tokyo Solamachi) befindet sich das relativ neue Hotel Keisei Richmond Tokyo Oshiage. Ein paar Schritte weiter befindet sich der Bahnhof Oshiage (Oshiage Station), an dem die Keisei-Line, die Tobu-Skytree-Line die Asakusa Line und die Hanzomon-Line fahren. Im Eingangsbereich fahren zwei Aufzüge zur Lobby und zu den Zimmern. Die Lobby befindet sich im dritten Stock (3F). Neben der Lobby ist auch das Frühstücksrestaurant zu finden, das ein kleines, aber feines Buffet anbietet. Hier wird sicher jeder fündig. Die Speisen sind jedoch hauptsächlich asiatische Köstlichkeiten mit einer Salatbar. Getränke holt man sich bei den beiden Automaten, die Kaffeespezialitäten (und Tee), Wasser und auch Softgetränke anbieten. So kann man in Ruhe frühstücken und wenn man Glück hat, ist ein Platz am Fenster, mit direktem Blick auf den Skytree, frei. Die Zimmer sind recht klein, da muss man als Pärchen schon mal etwas zusammenrücken. Aber das ist in Tokio völlig normal. Wie gesagt, ist das Hotel recht neu und die Zimmer dementsprechend auch. Es ist gemütlich mit einer winzigen Sitzecke eingerichtet, das Bad ist mit einer kleinen Badewanne ausgestattet. Manche Zimmer haben, natürlich gegen Aufpreis, Skytree-Blick. Sogar die Fenster kann man einen kleinen Spalt öffnen, sodass man frische Luft hereinlassen kann. Das Hotel bietet auch Münzwaschmaschinen inkl. Trockner (ich glaube, es sind fünf Stück), deren Laufzeit man über den Fernseher beobachten kann und genau weiß, wann die Wäsche fertig ist. So kann man seine Wäsche vor Ort waschen und muss nicht so viele Klamotten mitnehmen (mehr Platz für Mitbringsel). Das einzige, was uns gestört hat, ist die Tatsache, dass zwei Aufzüge für ein Hotel und der angrenzenden Sushi-Restaurantkette Kura zu wenig sind.
- Marc-Christian (10/5): Unbeschreiblich schön :) - Der unheimlich freundliche Service, das Frühstück und die Lage. Die Zimmer sind sauber, recht modern und werden gut gereinigt. Vor allem das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit. Das zieht sich durch alle Lagen. Auch beim Frühstück wird man unheimlich freundlich empfangen. Ich war wirklich restlos begeistert - ich schwörs! :D Beim Frühstück hat man einen herrlichen Ausblick auf den Skytree! Das Frühstück ist umfangreich und bietet asiatisches sowie westliches zum Essen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder genau in dieses Hotel. Es könnten einen Aufzug mehr geben

The hotel is right next to Oshiage Station A1 exit, so you can arrive immediately after exiting the station. Oshiage Station offers direct access to both Haneda and Narita airports without the need to transfer, which is very convenient. There is a supermarket just across the street, and Tokyo Skytree is only about a five minute walk away. Overall, the transportation is extremely convenient. The on site washing machines are also very useful. Depending on the load size, it costs around 400 to 500 yen per wash, and detergent is provided. This is especially convenient for guests staying longer. The location is great, although it takes a bit longer to travel to the western areas of Tokyo such as Shinjuku and Shibuya. Overall, the location is very convenient. It would be nice if the breakfast selection could offer a bit more variety.
- Voegelchen (9/5): 立地は良く、外出が多い方向けのホテルです - 立地がとても良いです。ホテルは押上駅A1出口のすぐそばにあり、改札を出てすぐに到着できます。 押上駅からは羽田空港・成田空港の両方へ乗り換えなしでアクセスでき、とても便利です。 ホテルの向かいにはスーパーがあり、東京スカイツリーまでも徒歩約5分と、全体的に交通の利便性が高いです。 館内に洗濯機があるのも便利でした。洗濯量により1回あたり400〜500円程度で、洗剤も付いています。長期滞在の方には特に便利だと思います。 立地はとても良いですが、新宿や渋谷など東京西側エリアへ行くには少し時間がかかります。 それでも全体的にはとても便利な立地だと思います。 朝食のメニューにもう少しバリエーションがあると、さらに良いと感じました。

- Marc-Christian (10/5): Angenehmer Aufenthalt zum Start in Tokio - Die Lage war sehr angenehm. Direkt am Skytree mit vielen Geschäften. U-Bahn Station direkt in der Nähe. Der Service und das Personal waren sehr freundlich. Wir würden wieder kommen und auch länger bleiben! Eigentlich nichts. Alles passend.

El Hotel está justo al lado a una entrada de la estación de Oshiage! Soñado! The room is very nice and spacious, the bed and pillows are super comfortable, It has a small space for working from the room, and all the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. Thank you so much! The hotel is right next to an entrance of Oshiage Station! Dreamy! No me gustó haberme quedado tan poco tiempo. I didn't like having stayed for such a short time.

- Kevin (9/5): Great hotel in a convenient location - Location: Chill neighborhood near a train station, a mall, and grocery gives you opportunities to shop quickly for food. Staff: The team is very friendly, accommodating, and helpful, with english speaking staff available. Room: the comfort double room is spacious for 2 pax, with plenty of space for luggages and quick in-room dining. Bathroom is also relatively spacious with bathtub and automated toilet. However, for our booking of comfort double room with extra bed, the room is quite cramped with little space for luggages. Amenities: you can define your room cleaning arrangements and can monitor the laundry room status via the TV. The roof deck is also nice albeit a bit small, only good for photos with the skytree. Only 2 elevators are available so it may get a bit busy during certain hours. Coin changers are available at the lobby, and microwave and vendo machines are also available at a certain floor. Buffet breakfast spread is great and tastes great, but little changes to everyday menu. Only 2 elevators, no ironing/steaming for clothes. Comfort double room with extra bed is too cramped.

- Munish (8/5): - Nice hotel, next to Tokyo Skytree. Decent size clean rooms, and hotel staff was friendly. Train station is few metres away, and Asakusa is like 20 min walk, if you don't to take a train. A lot of shopping n dining options at the Skytree building.

- Lem (9/5): Wonderful stay - The staff were very friendly and helpful. My mom, who preferred to rest in the room, was accidentally locked out while we were out shopping. Despite the language barrier, she was able to get back into the room after cleaning was finished, so we didn’t have to rush back to the hotel to resolve the issue. The hotel is just a stone’s throw away from the Skytree.
