- Aiko (9/5): Wonderful experience - The penthouse had everything we needed. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious. There are power outlets and lights everywhere. The kitchen and laundry is well-equipped. First aid kits available. Towels, beddings, and basic toiletries provided. It's very clean and recently renovated. Our stay was very comfortable and our 8-person family enjoyed it. The location is near everywhere you wanna go. Everything seems like a walking distance or a short bus ride away. More importantly, Damiano was very detailed and very very very helpful. We needed help with our luggages and he helped us sort out the dilemma immediately. Book this if you visit Florence! We had a wonderful time. As this is a penthouse with no elevators, climbing up the stairs every day can be a challenge. Especially if you have heavy luggages and shopping bags. We counted 100 steps, 5 floors high. Arriving at the top was worth it though, if you don't mind the hike. 😊
