- MINKYU (8/5): 방음은 최악 - 위치좋고 호텔자체는 조용하고 좋았습니다. 3번째 방문이었던거같은데 이번에 느꼈네요. 방음이 최악입니다. 옆방 블라인드 올리는소리가 내방에서 블라인드 올리는 소리만큼 크게 들리고 옆방 샤워소리가 크게들리고 사람이야기하는소리도 다 들리고, 커플이 올만한 호텔은 안될거같습니다. 중국출장이 많아 다양한 호텔을 다녀봤지만 이렇게 방음이 안좋은거 처음입니다.

- Karin (8/5): - Goed hotel, prima locatie vlak bij metro, winkels en restaurants. Ruime kamers, bedden en douche ook goed. Goed ontbijt. Elke dag nieuwe flesjes water op de kamer en aanbod om bij de receptie te halen. Op dag van aankomst na lange vlucht waren kamers ook na 16.00 nog niet klaar. Terwijl inchecken vanaf die tijd mogelijk zou moeten zijn. Inchecktijd was ook doorgegeven. Eerste kamer was pas na ruim 1 uur wachten klaar en 2e een half uur later en de derde pas ongeveer 15-20 minuten later. Was echt niet oké. Personeel sprak matig engels, was in engels vaak moeilijk verstaanbaar. Er was 1 dame die verstaanbaar engels sprak. In zwembad moest je een badmuts dragen, maar ondanks vragen hierover bleek pas later tijdens het verblijf dat ze wel badmutsen etc verkochten bij het zwembad.

- Kristina (1/5): Bad - Nothing It was the first time in my life that I had encountered racism from staff. The man at the reception on the day of my arrival was TERRIBLE. He yelled at me, twisted my head, talked to me like a child, and refused to help (he didn't even tell me what to do). After talking to him, I left and burst into tears in the room from this attitude. When you check into a hotel, you expect that people will at least talk politely to you, but here I didn't get it. The worst experience of my life, and I won't be coming back here.

Delicious breakfasts. I really liked that the room has a pull-out sofa, for which free bed linen was provided, on which slept my child. There was some kind problem with my booking, they didnt answer on booking.com, I really didn't understand why, but at the reception, everything became clear...
