• Orathai (9/5): Very clean and perfect place. I recommend to stay in this place. - This place is very cleanness and perfect. All facilities are very good. Just far from the train station than I aspect. However it is very close to cable car up to mountain. Overall is very good. Just far from trian station a little bit.

• Paul (10/5): - We loved the unique layout and homely feeling of this wonderful apartment. I was originally a little concerned about its location but it was in a superb location, only a few minutes from one of the mountain lifts. My kids absolutely loved the bunk beds. There are no negatives about this accommodation. Fantastic accommodation and host. We loved every second of it.
• Benjamin (10/5): Wonderful Home - The home is extremely nice, clean and well taken care of with plenty of space. The kitchen and bathrooms are very modern with great water pressure. The bottle of wine was a nice add for welcoming gift. We were really surprised to see an elevator which helped with the logistics of all the bags. The location is great! It was very close walking distance to the main town area and 5 min walk to nearest grocery store. We would definitely come back and stay at this place again. Minor things: Wash clothes would be a nice add. I may have missed it in the instructions, but I could not find the bin to take the full trash bags. I eventually located a place down the hill. I am not sure if that was correct or not.

• Gai (10/5): Comfortable, well appointed apartment in a great location. Would be happy to stay there again. - Great location handy to the Matterhorn Express and restaurants and the main town. Roomy and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with items. The balconies were a bonus. It was great having a washing machine and clothes airer. The door to the balconies were tricky to open and close. Instructions needed The ladder to the top bunk felt too light and flimsy for an adult’s weight.
• Fariba (9/5): Excellent for a family to stay - Great and accessible location. Clean and well equipped with all necessary items for usual daily needs. Washer and dryer so do not need to carry so many clothes on trip. A very nice bar right next door. A cool little neighborhood up behind which was nice for walking. Beautiful chapel. Adjacent to trail up to Furi & Schwartsee.
• Melissa (10/5): Perfect visit to Zermatt - Excellent location for our summer visit. Easy walk to take the Gondola up to Klein Matterhorn or into town. Well stocked apartment with everything we needed. Included coffee pods, cooking oil and some basic spices, as well as a bottle of wine. Very nice and communicative host.

• Vinod (7/5): Very Expensive apartment with Extra City Tax money - Apartment was nice as expected. Extra amount called CITY TAX which was not included in booking have to be given in cash during checkout. Which I think is like scam in entire Switzerland. Please dont pay anything extra if its not included in your invoice during booking. This is also very bad that Booking.com doesn't tell during booking. So be careful.
• Yuling (9/5): We like it. - It’s very comfortable! We washed our clothes, cooked food. Just like stay in home. From here, walk a little bit ,turn left,and head up,Matterhorn is right there in front of our sight. We really like Balma Paradies! Kids said their sleeping bed shakes while their went to the bunk bed upper.

Pretty expensiv with no amenity in the shower room like shampoo etc.and then cleaning afterwards.usually we never cook during our holidays.next time I prefer to stay at hotel.
