Bedroom slide door ,I accidently bang my face at midnight while rushing to washroom..

- Mohamed (10/5): Grat stay in the heart of KL - would like to thank Mr Mahedi for his support and quick response. I have visited Kuala Lumpur many times, but this is the best stay I've had. The location is great beside a metro station, and you have a hypermarket below the building and a shopping mall. The facility is great, and you will find all that you need. The pool needs some renovation

The apartment was not well cleaned and the agent send the cleaning team to retouch. The arrived and wiped some areas with old towels. Shower glass, toilet and other areas were kept same and the said they can’t clean it. Moldy silicone needs to be exchanged.The team needs training and the right products and tools to do so.

- Faiq (2/5): Worse than OYO. Imagine that. - The location. That’s it The bed was wobbly and unstable. The toilet had an unpleasant smell. The drain was clogged and did not drain properly. The countertop was not clean upon arrival. The cups and mugs were not thoroughly cleaned. The garbage bag was poorly placed—on top of the fridge, which was unhygienic. The sofa was stained and appeared unclean. The cutleries were dusty and clearly had not been washed. The balcony had a random, dirty rug that seemed out of place.
