• Regli (5/5): Estancia en Granada - El aparcamiento es un acierto no te tienes q preocupar donde dejar el coche No me gustó nada tener que ir a recoger las llaves a un restaurante al centro de Granada fue todo una odisea,decía q estaba a cinco minutos que supuse q era snfsndo y tardamos más de 20 mi unos en coche teniendo en cuenta no conocíamos el recorrido ,el mensaje es bastante escaso,lo siento pero no repetiría en este slojamienyo

• FLORENT (7/5): Logement bien situé mais qui mériterait un rafraîchissement et une attention sur l’hygiene de la literie et des serviett - Le logement est bien situé et grand avec une place de parking privé. Très peu lumineux avec beaucoup de vis à vis. Les draps et les serviettes de toilettes étaient tachés ce qui n’est pas très accueillants… Il manque une bouilloire, un saladier, une autre casserole, des couteaux non cassés… des ustensiles de base.

Igual pondria una silla mas, y cubiertos y tazas para 5. No obstante, son pequeñeces. Es un alojamiento muy completo

• Marta (10/5): - El piso es precioso, muy amplio y cómodo para 5 personas. Aire acondicionado en toda la casa lo cual se agradece en agosto. Todo super limpio. Camas y almohadas comodísimas, el sofá perfecto para dormir 2 personas cómodamente. El piso tiene de todo, hasta secador y plancha. Ubicación cercana a la zona centro pero en un barrio tranquilo. No hay pegas.

El aire acondicionado no funcionaba y tuvimos que pasar el día y la noche en pleno agosto, pedimos una solución desde el primer momento al propietario a lo que en todo momento reaccionó riéndose de nosotros, vacilándonos y con una actitud muy altanera a lo que solo nos respondía que funcionaba perfectamente, cosa que no es verdad a tal punto que tuvimos que gastar el dinero y comprar un ventilador. El apartamento sucio, los utensilios de cocina no eran compatibles con la inducción, se sale el agua de la ducha y no hay apenas papel higiénico.

The parking spot was 5 minutes walk with a key that waited for us in the apartment. The water was flowing from the shower and it was not feel clean enough.

The apartment is large with plenty of space, and the facilities are modern. The area is quiet. Communication with host was excellent. Super value for money.

With three rooms and a family room, and a nice kitchen, we felt very comfortable in this apartment. Although parking can be difficult, overall the stay was excellent. The staff and homeowner was very responsive to all of our needs and he was very nice. We would definitely come and stay here again while traveling to Granada, Spain. Everything was excellent!!

We relied and had rented the apartment because of the private parking, but it turned out to be super small, which was not described anywhere, and we had to park her in a paid parking lot. I would not have rented the apartment if I had known about this in advance! There were crumbs on the floor and food in the sink. We could not get rid of the intrusive smell of bleach, despite the open windows, it is not appropriate to use such preparations, especially when children will come!

The parking a bit difficult but Marcello actually guided me down the ramp. I was thanking Jesus we rented a small car!😉

Full recommendation! You have to be careful with shower cause the water can pour out outside the bathroom. Everything else is perfect!
