• lilian (10/5): Gezellig appartement - Fijn appartement met volledige keuken en prima badkamer. Mooie plek met supermarkten dichtbij. Tv waarop je kon streamen, goed internet. Ook gezellig ingericht. Alles was prima, als ik iets moet noemen, het bed had spijlen aan de voetenzijde. Dat is met mijn lengte niet ideaal.
• Peter-René (8/5): - Die Lage ist für einen Stadturlaub wirklich optimal. Sehr gute Anbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in die Altstadt. Fußläufig sind ein großer Supermarkt und verschiedene Restaurants erreichbar. Auch die Betreuung durch Valentijn war aussergewöhnlich gut im Vergleich zu anderen Vermietern. Seine Tipps und Hinweise sind sehr wertvoll um sich in der Stadt zurecht zu finden. Positiv aufgefallen ist uns, dass die Bilder des Apartments im Internet auch mit der Realität übereinstimmen. Das ist leider oft nicht der Fall. Das Appartement hat eine schöne kleine Terrasse, die wir aber nicht genutzt haben, weil wir den Verkehrslärm doch sehr störend fanden. Insgesamt, obwohl das Appartement in einer Seitenstraße liegt, ist der Geräuschpegel sehr hoch. Ungünstig ist, dass eine gegenüberliegende Straßenlaterne in der Nacht direkt in die Küche leuchtet und keine Verdunkelungsmöglichkeit besteht.

• Khairul (9/5): Superb - Nice quite place for a few days' stay. Walking distance to the Tramp and shops. The apartment is clean and complete with all the amenities.

The host Valentijn was extremely helpful and attentive to anything I needed. Would 100% recommend and can't wait to be back.

• Wendy (10/5): What's not to like! - We are a regular visitor as our daughter lives in Berchem. This apartment is 5 minutes walk away from her. It has excellent transport links, a supermarket, cafes and restaurants near by, could not get any better. The apartment is always spotless, very well presented with everything you need. We'll be back in the new year! nothing to dislike

• Wendy (9/5): Our 2nd visit - The location is perfect for visiting my daughter. This was our 2nd visit, and we will definitely use it again if it's available. Transport links, supermarkets, and restaurants are also close by. The host is very good with communication, and when I left my charger plugged in and forgot it, he very kindly left it somewhere for my daughter to collect. Highly recommend. nothing to dislike

I was travelling alone, but is also great for a family that doesn't want to eat out very night the area is very calm and all the interesting city spots are conveniently connected by public transport and... the little terrace is a plus!

Apartment itself was very clean, comfortable and affordable. The Owner was always available for contact and very appreciative of his help on arrival. Will be booking again.

The location is in a quiet street close to the supermarket, olympic swimming pool and public transports. It is furnished with taste and love for details. The vibes are cozy, atmospheric. The AC is very modern, with a floor heating. On my arrival I felt like wanting to play jazz tunes which is possible thanks to the connected Sonos Speaker. Having been on a business trip, this is THE place to settle down and relax. The owner put a lot of emotion in furnishing. Everything fits perfectly together with a sleek and warm design. I felt so chill. Being difficult when it comes to bedding, I had a deep and sound sleep. The kitchen is well equipped. At my arrival I found coffee and a huge collection of quality teas. Just everything was there to make my business trip absolutely free of hassle. The owner is very friendly and proactive. A place I definitely recommend. I found myself so relaxed during the stay :)

• Gabriele (7/5): A nice appartment with flaws - The appartment ist conveniently sized and the patio as well, it is airy, light and modern. Most important places in Antwerp are easy to get to by public transport. Plenty of towels and some pads for the coffee maker are provided for. All in all a nice place to stay. The following are details which might be a matter of personal preference: Now and then the drain covers in the sinks should be lifted and the drains cleaned. The vacuum cleaner doesnt work, so some small things ( e.g. a bobby pin) are a sign that the cleaning maybe wasn't as thorough as it could be. Although Doonerlei is not a main street, it is rather loud at night, and in combination with the glaring streetlight opposite, curtains that are too short and the inconvenient mattress and pillows we didn't sleep well. In the kitchen we missed a large bowl for salad and soup/salad/pasta plates as well as a large knife. The dishwasher is more or less obsolete, because there are not enough dishes. The ventilation in the bathroom/WC doesn't work. Half of the wardrobe in the bedroom is "private", which leaves guests with a 50 cm half, eqipped with a rod and one shelf. To open that half, you need to move the rug which is blocking the door.
