• Simon (10/5): Excellent stay, location and summed up with great weather, day in day out. - Excellent location near all amenities, very central to a super market, great restaurants and a stunning beach for those long strolls. The apartment had absolutely everything you’ll ever need while on holiday, very clean through and well maintained. The balcony wall excellent to relax on and have those evening meals if you fancy a night in. The sun shone on us around 3-4pm letting you watch the sun go down over the mountains around 7.30pm. This is October remember. Can’t recommend this apartment enough, excellent stay with no issues whatsoever so ever. Great lay out with a large walk in shower, 2 decent size bedrooms with good storage. Large kitchen area and very well equipped, you could move in and not need anything. We were recommended to stay here and weren’t disappointed. Would stay again for sure. Not a single thing. If anyone finds a fault then you’re being very picky.

Apartament był bardzo dobrze wyposażony, pralka,zmywarka, parasol i leżaki plażowe, kostki do zmywarki, kawa, filtry, no wszystko wszystko o czym pomyślisz Nie ma takich rzeczy

Perfect location and just 10 min walk to the sea front and restaurants.Spar opposite and bars close by ....the best part though was the comfort and cleanliness, bed was fabulously comfortable and huge, great shower, comfy sofa , everything looked new and we felt like no-one had used it before us it was that immaculate and everything you need for self catering was well thought out . Balcony was a great size with lovely views and comfortable chairs . Lovely touch was a bottle of wine and cheese on arrival. Pictures were sent by what's app to help find the accommodation and there was always parking spots close by . If you are scrolling through booking.com , stop!! and book Ipa Gonca !! Having to leave !

• SYLVIE (10/5): Appartement au top - Appartement exceptionnel. Tout est très bien pensé même une petite attention une bouteille de vin excellente et d'eau et du fromage très appréciable et très bon. Des prises diffusant un parfum agréable à notre arrivée Pleins de prestations parasol fauteuils de plage linge de maison torchons serviettes de plage etc et tous les équipements de repas plus que complet ainsi que lave vaisselle et lave linge. Vraiment le top. Vue magnifique terrasse très bien équipée Très calme sauf qd les locataires du dessus décident de courir le matin très tôt mais notre loueur n'est pas en cause. A savoir les escaliers pour atteindre l'appartement mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé mais peut être un problème pour des personnes qui ont des difficultés à se déplacer. La chambre avec les lits jumeaux n'est pas climatisée mais avec la climatisation de la salle à manger et celle de l'autre chambre cela ne pose pas de problème

• Kirsty (10/5): Fantastic holiday in Morro Jable - The apartment is in a great location right by the beach, lots of parking available if you have a hire car. Views are incredible. Apartment is newly renovated and has all the amenities you need for a holiday. There is a smart tv which you can use to access streaming services if you fancy a chilled evening in. Beds are comfortable and the rooms are spacious with plenty of storage. The shower wasn’t great, hot water would run out and the pressure was a bit low.

• King (10/5): Chill out and book - I have no idea why there are not many reviews on this property well here's one. The apartment is set on the side of a hill which is accessed by steps only amongst the friendly local population which we liked.Parking is across a road in abundance of which YOU WON'T here traffic you are facing south looking at yachts and over Morro Jable littte town.When you open the door you are met with a modern interior throughout a fully equipped kitchen smart TV Netflix YOUTUBE etc the open plan space is exactly like the pictures The main living space and main bedroom has AIR CONDITIONING which WORKS yes WORKS (YIPPEE) The place is spotless bathroom fully equipped and hot cold water on demand. We went to have a couple of drinks locally the owners said cash only so we left and went to the large SPAR SUPERMARKET 5mins walk away from the apartment where they have EVERYTHING fresh fish counter bakers butchers etc we shopped in there and had breakfast and evening meal on that FABULOUS large terrace after that I think about 20 foot by 12 foot . The beach is about 7mins walk max and there's a beach ball in one of the cupboards we swam in the beautiful water and which have shower facilities.The apartment is homely the sun is on the terrace from midday to sunset sun shade is provided on the terrace.. It was our first foreign booking.com experience this property and our goodluck has set our next expectations HIGH well done to the owners NOTHING NADA
• Krzysztof (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is located in a handy spot close to shops and restaurants but the most important for me and my family is provided safety, space, comfort, a kitchen and equipment, an outstanding balcony view, comfortable beds, spacious bedrooms, and an approach to guests which is clearly the best proof that these people are running this business with the knowledge and passion. This time my rate can't be any less than 11 out of 10. Pure pleasure to stay there. Well done !!!
