• Said (8/5): Gute Wahl für jeden, der kein 5 Sterne Hotel erwartet. - Im großen und Ganzen waren wir mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. Das Appartement hatte 4 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder, Küche und Wohnbereich. Es war sauber und komfortabel eingerichtet. Der Einkaufszentrum gleich gegenüber mit zahlreichen Restaurants und Geschäften war super. Wer Padel Tennis spielen möchte, sollte Schläger und Bälle mitnehmen. Wir hatten leider keine dabei und konnten dort auch keine Schläger ausleihen. Gegessen haben wir ausschließlich auswärts. Die kleine Bar unterhalb hatte super Frühstück. Haustier erlaubt, war uns sehr wichtig, da wir einen kleinen Hund mithatten. Ich weiß nicht aus welchem Stockwerk und Appartement die eingestellten Bilder gemacht wurden, wir konnten die Aussicht so nicht wahr nehmen. Wir waren Ende April dort. Die Heizung hat leider nicht funktioniert. Es war ziemlich kalt in der Wohnung.

• MARCEL (7/5): - Le lave vaisselle ne fonctionnait pas La chasse d'eau d'un des deux WC ne fonctionnait pas. Lors du départ, pour la remise des clés, j'étais prêt à 9 H 30. A 11 30 on m'a indiqué que je pouvais partir en laissant les clés dans l'appartement.

• Julia (9/5): Piękny apartament 👌 - Przepiękny apartament, bardzo dobrze urządzony. Niczego nie brakowało. Piękna lokalizacja, super widoki z tarasu. Wszędzie blisko :) Bardzo przestronny i będąc dużą grupą (7) nie było tłoczno. Polecamy ♥️ Nie spodobało nam się, że przy rezerwacji apartamentu nie było informacji o depozycie (200€). Uważam że taka informacja powinna być podana od razu, a nie dzień przed zameldowaniem. Po za tym był problem ze zwrotem, gdzie czekałam tydzień po wymeldowaniu i nawet trzeba było zaangażować booking.

• Maxwell (7/5): OK. - The position of the flat was great. Close to big Shopping Centre. Easy access to transport. Good views from balcony. Gym OK. Pool OK. A Starter Pack would have been useful as there was hardly any food in the flat. We had to buy everything food-wise. The. Balcony was much smaller than we understood it was going to be and there was no way seven of us could have had a meal outside.
• Gatien (10/5): Exceptional - Super check-in, Ana is the best. Lots of equipment, calm apartment, good facilities, secured. We spent great time there, sleep well and the location of the flat os really great. The breakfast at L'adresse downstairs were the best! Checkout is super easy too. Nothing!
• Edward (9/5): Great apartment with pool, near the beach. - Superb apartment - spacious, very comfortable, great views, good location and excellent facilities. Lovely pool area with gym and padel courts. Kids absolutely loved it. Few minutes walk to the beach, right next door to nice shopping centre and lots of places to eat nearby. There was nothing that we didn’t like about the apartment. There had been an issue with the washing machine before we arrived so maintenance did have to call during our visit. Sure this was a one off and the owners were really helpful and keen to help - good communication and could easily WhatsApp if needed anything.

There were 4 bedrooms, 1 double and 3 twin with 2 bathrooms. The apartment had everything we needed. The pool area was lovely and had a padel court we could use. Walking distance to the beach with a large shopping centre opposite. Walking distance to the tram and metro. Excellent communication from the hosts. Only minor point would be that the undersheet on the bed was slightly noisy but wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

• Areal (9/5): Modern apartment in a very good area near the sea - The location is perfect if you come to Barcelona for the seaside. You have a mall near by, there is the pool, you get to the beach in max 10 min by foot. The apartment is big. The couch in the living room should be extandable.

A bit tricky to get the key & elevator down. The tram was out of order and made it a little difficult to get from the airport to apartment.

• Caterina (9/5): perfect location for a conference at the CCIB, lovely people and nothing is too much effort - the location for the CCIB is fantastic, quiet building and nice terrace there’s no fan in one of the bathroom so it steams up a bit

• Michelle (5/5): Great view, good location, too expensive for what you get, needs to be better cleaned between guests - The view from the apartment was beautiful. It was extremely overpriced for what you got. It wasn’t very clean, considering that you pay 100$ cleaning fee and have to clean before you leave. Beds were not comfortable, air conditioning was turned off so the place was extremely hot. When I contacted the host about it she said yes turn it on but didn’t respond to my follow up questions about keeping the bedrooms cool. The person who met us with the keys was a bit confused about the parking spot. We had double checked there would be a cot but they left us a cot for an infant, not a toddler. They quickly fixed that though.
• Ap_85 (1/5): Bad - Nice apartment with only some minor quirks like burned out light bulbs. You get what you pay for. The place is close to the beach, quite far from most of the other places. E.g. it takes an hour to get to the Camp Nou. Horrible customer service. My card was charged with an additional €52.80 and no explanation was given. Maybe it was the damage deposit, I don't know since nobody explained. It also wasn't refunded, so my money is still missing. I've been asking about it for a week but got no answers. So if you don't enjoy being charged with some random amounts of money and then being ignored, maybe chose another place to stay. EDIT: I finally managed to get my money back. They charged me twice for city tax by mistake. Had to reach out to Booking Customer Service to force them to reply and they still claimed that the charge was valid. I had to send screenshots of their own offer and all the charges, then argue a bit more. Ultimately they double checked and promised to return the money immediately, which took extra 2 days and me having to yet again ask about it. Dreadful experience, can't recommend this place to anybody.
