• Dominika (9/5): Would book it again - Lovely view - you can see the glacier. Lovely interior, you've got pots and pans -- though a bigger bowl would be nice in case one wants to make a salad, there's nespresso coffee maker. Billa was very close, you could walk there in the morning to get fresh bread, the glacier or sigmund thun klamm is very close, you can also walk to the centre to get dinner or walk to the castle - lovely walk. You can hear the birds singing a lot. Comfy beds, plenty of towels, shower pressure was really good. The staff was friendly and replies quite promptly via whatsapp. We didn't really hear the neighbours. The tv is smart, which is great, but since the wifi connection has to be agreed via browser - our tv was disconnected and the agreement for the wifi didn't work, we had to use our hotspot to watch tv, so I'd suggest having tv connected directly to an ethernet cable or something to prevent this...or create a new wifi signal for tvs - with a fixed password and without needing to agree conditions via browser. Not having a main light in the living room and just the tall lamp was kinda inconvenient to me when you really needed a light :D the stairs in the main building are weirdly made, I almost fell two times but I always managed to balance myself out, but..yeah, these stairs are not made for me. I didnt like 300EUR deposit, usually it's around 200EUR max, but well.

Andrea von der Rezeption hat uns gut geholfen und wir durften schon früher ins Appartement. Die Ausstattung (kaputte Balkonstühle, Safe war verschlossen) musste auf unsere Anfrage erneuert werden, was aber schnell ging.

• Michael (7/5): Prima, niet bijzonder - Het appartement was groot en zag er netjes uit. Het had ook een bad en douche. De keuken was raar ingedeeld en servies kast was beschadigd. Daardoor kon deze lastig open zonder verder te beschadigen. Oven werkt niet juist alleen maar magnetron functie en er was geen ruimte om proviand neer te zetten. Het was wel netjes. Locatie iets uit het centrum. Eigenlijk te ver om te lopen naar de skiliften. Bus stopt op 300mtr.

Not a problem if you are driving our own vehicle, but if you are getting a taxi from the airport/train station its very inconvenient and should be told this at the booking stage, not after you have checked in and your taxi has already left!!
• Martin (8/5): - Pohodové ubytování v klidnější části Kaprunu. Jde o 3 apartmánové domy, propojené chodbou v suterénu. V krajních dvou jsou i sušárny na lyže a boty (přístup je do všech). Parkovací místa jsou přímo u domů. V apartmánu je dostatek úložných prostor, slušně vybavený kuchyňský kout a koupelna se sprchovým koutem i vanou. Zastávka skibusu není úplně blízko (jezdili jsme tedy k lanovkám autem). Téměř kamkoli se v apartmánu člověk podívá, tam je něco poškozeného. Trochu nás zaskočilo, že na jedné straně bylo v kuchyňce k dispozici množství čajů a kapslí do kávovaru a na druhé straně byla na toaletě jen jediná role toaletního papíru.

• Kholud (10/5): - واسع ونظيف ومتكامل وكل شي حديث، الموقع واطلالة البلكونه رائعة، يوجد مصعد ويوجد صابون وشامبو وفوط استحمام بدورات المياة، والمطبخ متكامل من كل النواحي. طريقة الدخول والخروج سلسلة ومنظمة وسريعة يأخذون مبلغ تأمين عالي 300€ ويأخذون مبلغ إضافي على قيمة الإيجار للتنظيف النهائي ما يقارب 190€ لا اذكر قيمة المبلغ بالضبط

Попросили дополнительный вентилятор получили ответ: вам не положено. Квартира находиться на первом этаже, окна не возможно отрыть. Нигде не написано, что берут залог заранее 300€.

• J (4/5): Terrible experience 👎 - Nothing special My worst accommodation experience in all my active years, on all travel platforms. The operator is like a real estate agency and/or third party property manager. The approach of the lady at the front desk was incredibly indifferent to the point of being arrogant at times, but most importantly, completely unprofessional. A separate gross criticism is the complete lack of response to emails, messages and other reports, especially regarding the excessive noise from the constantly running (days-nights) dehumidifier which was located in the basement but there is a free space above it with a staircase to the apartments. The lady at check-out was polite, but when asked "Why is it running all night?" she didn't answer and for the question "Why don't you answer the messages?" she was also silent.

Couple of things to improve: 1. remove the mold in the bathroom, 2. when we came, the extra bed was not prepared. I called to reception twice and nobody was able to help, but luckily we found a bedlinen, pillow and a duvet in the wardrobe ... i.e. improve the communication?
• Phillip (7/5): Nice apartment, decent location, don't get caught out by the cash deposit requirement. - The location was pretty great. For a small studio it was well enough equipped. The apartment block included ski and boot drying room, which was expected, but also appreciated. The bed mattesses were hard, but very comfortable. Just a few hours before scheduled arrival we were informed, via email, of the requirement to provide a €300 cash deposit. This is even though the room was fully paid in advance. Such a request was a surprise and unappreciated.

• Oldřich (6/5): Pleasant - Location was nice and quite convenient. Wonderful nature around compensated for inconveniences. Main office was quite far and actually did not work according to Its working hours. Did not answer calls and did not call back neither. After buying the stay for 400 euros, Office demanded another 300 euros deposit. In cash... Exact time for handing over the appartment must have been arranged. And because of the main office far and sometimes unreachable by phone, not a simple task. Last, something called Studio, appeared to be a single room some 25 m2, with balcony and separate storage room, next to the bathroom.

• Jaroslaw (9/5): Money well spent - Rented appartment with plenty of space and nice terrace. Good WiFi. Grocery 3 min. from home. Plenty of parking. Quiet neighbourhood. staircase could be cleaner but...it is partly up to the tenants ;@)
• Moran (3/5): nice apartment. not good location. didn’t like the staff - The property itself was very nice. The bed was very comfortable. and the kitchen was nice. It took the radiators 24 hours to warm the place, so in the first day it was cold inside the apartment. The safe was broken. The wi-fi didn’t connect for two days and the staff weren’t available to help us with this issue. They ask for a lot of money for “cleaning” but the toilet wasn’t clean and the floor in the living room wasn’t clean. a crib cost us 35 euro. (in all other places we’ve been the crib was free). The location is not in the center. It feels like the staff was not available for give us the basic services.
