It was very clean with good A/C. Large private bathroom. Daily cleaning upon request. Roberta was so helpful and friendly. They let us store our bags until we could check in. Wonderful place and highly recommend! Nothing. It was perfect.

• Emer (10/5): Fabulous accomodation in central location - Beautiful and comfortable room with a nice view of the castle and a spacious modern ensuite. Everything was well thought out and spotless. Communication was very good and Fulvio met us on arrival and was so helpful with a few tips on getting around, places to see etc. We would recommend 100%. Nothing really.

• Aisling (10/5): Wonderful accommodation with an excellent host. - The room was beautifully decorated, it was spacious and clean. The bed was so comfortable and I had a lovely view. Fulvio came and met me at the metro station, he told me what line to get and where to get of, as I could not get a taxi due to the strikes. There even was complementary pastries on arrival with a bottle of water. Every day the fridge was replenished with a new bottle of water, which I greatly appreciated. When I was leaving I was stressed about getting a taxi to the airport early in the morning due to the strikes, Fulvio managed to get me a driver to the airport for a reasonable price. He really is a wonderful person and very helpful. I highly recommend this accommodation, I will definitely stay here again, the location is perfect and it is such a beautiful building. Nothing

• Charneill (10/5): The perfect haven in the midst of fabulous Naples - The location is fantastic, right on one of the main shopping strips in Naples, a two minute walk from the metro (which is on the direct line to the central station), a 10 minute walk from piazza del plebiscito, and the waterfront with a view of the bay. Despite this it is a haven in the midst of the busyness of the city. Once you enter off the road into the courtyard, it is calm, quiet and cool. Although on the 4th floor there is an elevator and only a few steps to the room. The room and bathroom are tastefully furnished and facilites such as kettle, iron etc are great. The assistance and kindness of Fulvio and Simone is an added benefit to a great stay.

When we return to Naples will be staying here again… In fact I would probably plan my trip around the availability of this particular room. The host was very helpful. The room itself was exceptionally comfortable and cool. It was exceptionally well appointed as well with a walk in robe and two desks. It had an lift to the fourth floor and a great little balcony for drying clothes. The actual location was unreal being right on the High Street. Really nothing to mention… It was a small older lift and there were a few steps.

• Ian (9/5): Superb host, Accommodation and Location and if I return to Naples I will try to stop there again. - On arrival the first impression was of an old (1800's) prestigious property that had been neglected, you could have imagined Vincent Price or Christopher Lee walking down the staircase. After that everything was superb. Concierge was extremely helpfully, our host was very good, attentive and pleased to see us. Arriving at the room was a spectacular surprise, the room was large and everything you could of wanted was there to make a weary traveller relax. Balcony view over the "Old Town" was a constant source of interest with an excellent view of the Castle, Location was excellent for Cafes, Bars and various eating establishments for all tastes. I would definitely recommend this place and will stay there in my future tr - The room was beautifully decorated, clean and very comfortable. It had a small balcony with a great view. It was within walking distance to restaurants and points of attractions. Fulvio our host was great. He met us at the place, showed us how everything worked, and recommended restaurants. He even set up a taxi to the airport for us and when the taxi didn’t show up he dragged our heavy luggage and helped us get a taxi nearby and made sure we were on our way safely. All was great!

Fulvio was very helpfull. Elevator is available, then only few steps to the room. We liked it a lot and would recommend it anytime!

The room window pointed toward the staircase and elevator equipment. Therefore not much of a view outside. Elevator seemed a bit old. The refrigerator was a bit small. • Mahnoor (8/5): Good location, sketchy entrance, nice room. - Room was large, open and bright. It is close to the train station which is a bonus making it convenient to go anywhere. Good communication with the owner, he was helpful. Although the room is clean, the entrance to the area is dogy. It is an old building with no lights, extremely small elevator. It was definitely not what i expected when I arrived on my first day. The room is nice so you don't feel it when you are on the main floor. Our shower was also getting clogged so the water wouldn't drain properly which was not ideal. Owner offered to send technician but we did not feel comfortable with repairs happening during our stay.

The room was big, beautiful and the beds very comfortable. The room we stayed in had an amazing view to the hill and the convent. It is very central, right in via Toledo, but since it's inside the Palazzzo you don't get almost any noise. Really recommend if you visit Napoli. -

There was water and a tasty surprise in the fridge for us upon arrival. Very very clean. The host met us late because I flight was delay. He helped with suitcase and was very nice. He helped me so much with the parking and we’re not to park. Also he gave us recommendations for best Pizza. Thank you so much 10/10 For me everything was perfect, the misses said that 20ml of hair body wash was almost not enough for her shower. She has long hair !! :)
• Victoria (10/5): Recommend with no reservations, will come back here when we return to Napoli! - Everything was perfect. Fulvio, the host, went above and beyond to make sure we were all set with places to eat, attractions, Q&A, and even helped us book a 23 euro/15 min taxi to the airport (highly recommend if you have luggage, especially in the summer)! The room and bathroom were spotless and beautiful. Fully updated suite in a 1700s historic building with wonderful location close to train and ferry port. I couldn’t ask for any better experience! It was the best of the 3 places we stayed in Italy by far. No complaints or improvements needed.

• Josephine (10/5): You're staying in a very old palace with lots of history. - On arrival, we we were slightly lost, but a staff member came to greet us and took us to the building. He gave us a lot of help and advice. Naples isn't 100% safe for tourists, but when you get in the big door of Palazzo Cavalcante, all that disappears. We had a comfortable stay. Would recommend.

The host, Fulvio, also made sure we had we needed and offered tips for places to visit. We were also able to leave our baggage before the check in and after the check out. This place has it all! Absolutely nothing.

Tons of great restaurants nearby. Yet very quite in the night! Comfortable bed, shower, and spacious space. What else do you need! Plus the host is very welcoming! Nothing!

The location is excellent, close to shopping, restaurants bars, it’s very central and a great base for our stay in Naples. The host Fulvio was brilliant so helpful with tips on what to see and where to go for great food, etc. check in was quick Fulvio met us at the door and brought us up to the apartment. The apartment is beautiful so clean and beautifully decorated. We would definitely stay again if we’re ever back in Naples and I would highly recommend.
