• Mary (10/5): Comodo y limpio - Tenia todo lo que necesitas durante tu estancia. Comodo y con mucha luz. Muy limpio y el anfitrión muy amable y resolutivo. 10/10. Los que tienen coche muy grande puede ser algo complicado el parking, pero como todos los parking de ciudad.... Yo lo sabia previamente y mi coche es chico... Pero igualmente muy cerca hay plazas por donde esta el parque.

• Enrique (9/5): - Impeccably clean, the bed is firm and *amazing*, the location is a dream. The appliances are on the older side and it's kinda small, but we still loved it!
• Aitor (9/5): - Muy buena ubicación, supermercados muy cerca, muy limpio todo y el trato genial, muy bien explicado todo, con parcela de garaje accesible en ascensor El sofá es algo incomodo, por lo demás muy bien.

• Nikita (8/5): Muy buen piso por el precio, especialmente para 1 o 2 personas, pero malos electrodomésticos. - Piso muy limpio, bien localizado en la zona que buscábamos (la Florida). Muy buen precio. Cerradura automática con código, no hay que recibir llaves y todo está automatizado. Excelente wifi. Lavaplatos y lavadora ruidosos y se manejaban mal. Grifo de ducha salpica por todos lados. Televisor a veces dejaba de funcionar bien.

• Marian (9/5): Buena relación calidad-precio - Estaba muy cerca de la Clínica Fernández-Vega que era donde íbamos.Muy tranquilo ,sin ruidos.Y si quieres ir al centro(calle Uría y la catedral)en 20-25 minutos andando estás. Todo estaba bien
• Patricia (9/5): El propietario del piso fue muy agradable, tuvimos un problema con el tema del garaje le escribimos y al poco tiempo nos - Estaba limpio, ordenador, cumplía con lo que buscábamos y lo que se ve en fotos La cuna que pedimos a mayores para el bebé, la cuna pensábamos que iba a ser una cuna normal y la que había era tipo cuna viaje/parque y a nuestro bebé no le gustó y tuvo que dormir con nosotros

• Miguel (8/5): Cumple sus funciones - Está limpio y bien situado para el lugar al que íbamos. El sofá cama era distinto al de las fotos pero mejor: fácil de abrir y bastante cómodo aunque al estar en el propio salón es lugar de paso por la noche si los que duermen en la habitación tienen que ir al baño. La plaza de garaje era muy muy complicada. Aparqué el primer día y el resto de los días preferí dejarlo en la calle.
• Sergio (10/5): - La casa estaba muy limpia y lo que más destacaría es el trato de los propietarios ya que tuvimos un problema por culpa nuestra y nos lo resolvieron sin problema. Volveria a repetir sin duda! Nada
• Daniel (9/5): Very good, highly recommended - The room is comfortable, quiet, parking is convenient, and transportation is convenient nearby The online checking system is quite complicated. We drove here and spent nearly half an hour in the parking lot to fill out the information and documents. We hope that it can be simplified or sent to us by email in advance so that we can complete the checking work early to save time on the road.

• Simon (8/5): Great value. Comfortable, well equipped. Lovely host. - Decent size, clean, comfortable, well equipped. Monica met us and showed us everything. On site garage a big plus but be aware it is for smaller cars. Large eat in kitchen. Sunny. Quiet. Supermarket about 5 mins away by foot and 3 more a bit further. If you want restaurants you have a 10 minute walk to a restaurant area where you can get traditional fare in bar settings. If you want more upscale then you will need to drive. We need to be local but for tourism you will need to get a bus/taxi/drive to the centre.
• Barbara (9/5): We had q lovely couple of days relaxing after a long drive and before taking the ferry from Santander - The property has everything you need and close to buses into Oviedo or easy take car journeys to the coast. The car parking space is very handy, small but not impossible There are quite a few bars and restaurants within a short walk The property has a smart lock which did not work well for me but the owner gave us a key to operate it manually
• Lilia (10/5): Exceptional - We had a great holiday. The flat was very clean, the beds were very comfortable. It had everything to make life easier while on vacation. About 10 minute walk to the downtown core, couple of minutes from a supermarket, a minute to a lovely park. Highly recommend it! Thank you for everything.
