Fatoumata (8/5): Nous reviendrons :) - Nous avons beaucoup aimé cet endroit. La literie était très confortable, l’appartement est joli et très spacieux, la piscine parfaite pour les enfants en bas âge et assez grande pour faire des longueurs. Le personnel était très réactif et sympathique. Juste à côté, nous avons trouvé un restaurant superbe où nous avons mangé le meilleur ceviche depuis longtemps! Également le centre commercial est à 10 minutes à pied ce qui est appréciable. Nous recommandons totalement. Pas grand-chose. Il serait utile de laisser des torchons à disposition pour la vaisselle et une vraie bayette pour nettoyer les surfaces. Quelques appareils étaient également poussiéreuses ce qui ne motivent pas à les utiliser.

Mélanie (5/5): Déçue de cet hôtel. - Chambre propre Salle de sport en très mauvais état d’entretien… la moitié du matériel est cassé, pas de clim dans la salle alors qu’elle est exposé plein soleil, il est donc très difficile de s’entraîner. 3 vélos mis à disposition, ils sont pas du tout entretenus, pas de freins, pédale cassée, bref ils sont inutilisables… embêtant vu la localisation de l’hôtel si vous n’êtes pas véhiculé il sera impossible de vous déplacer. Assez déçue dans l’ensemble de cet hôtel car le prix est ne reflète pas la qualité des services proposés.

Marta (9/5): Good choice for the short stay in Cancun. - I liked my quiet, clean room with a very comfortable bed and a tranquil golf course view. The hotel is close to the Puerto Cancun Marina, and if you are a runner, there is also a space for that around. I actually like the fact, that the hotel was a bit away from the crazy 'Zona Hotelera' in Cancun, but if you up for the constant hustle and bustle of touristic destinations, this is probably not a place for you. I would probably improve a bit the swimming pool area - it felt a bit uninviting.
Dalius (10/5): Clean and nice - We stayed only one night, but it was really nice! The pool was clean, but there weren’t many sunbeds. However, we stayed there for a few hours and no one else was there. Also there was big kitchen. Unfortunately, there is no bar or snacks available. The nearest convenience store is about a 10–15 minute walk away.

Siobhan (8/5): It’s a nice place just not for us this time! - Close to the Mall where all the restaurants are. Great view over the golf course and a bonus it has a pool. Staff were great and very helpful. Spacious apartment. Both the gym and bikes are to be avoided. The gym equipment was old and worn, the weights were odd. The bicycles were frankly dangerous. One had no brakes and the other had very dodgy steering. The pile driving on the adjoining property was very intrusive too. We were really looking forward to this downtime after a busy trip to Costa Rica - somewhat spoilt!

Almatooq (5/5): Nice location and balcony view but staff ruined my stay for me - I like the location and view they had of the golf course from the balcony rooms What I didn’t like about my stay is that the staff ruined it for me on the final day , when I first checked in the manager that checked me in made it clear to me that smoking is not allowed in the building no room no balcony no corridor etc and there will be a $200 fine if so , I came in to the hotel on my final night to go sleep and check out in the morning once I arrived to my room that had personal items inside I tried unlocking the door with the code and it never open so I went down panicking to reception and the person at reception told me that they have been inside my place which had my personal stuff including money and it stinks of smoke which was a lie as I genuinely didn’t smoke in the room and they where not unlocking it if I don’t pay $200 I started losing my cool as I could see this is all a big scam because they seen a young man that was well presented and thought they could make a quick buck or two of me but once they seen I was persistent and wasn’t giving up and paying for something I did not do they gave up and gave my room back but I just find it unacceptable how staff can go inside your room when you are not there

Sara (7/5): Kann man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt machen. - Der Ausblick auf die Golfanlage war super. Hotel ist nicht so weit vom Hafen Puerto Juarez entfernt. Sehr später Check-In war kein Problem und lief reibungslos. Das Zimmer in dem wir waren, war nicht ganz so sauber. Der Türrahmen zum Badezimmer war so beschädigt, dass man die Tür nicht zu machen konnte. Generell sah das Zimmer aus etwas heruntergekommen aus.

We also liked that we were close to the city. We had a great stay here the staff were very friendly. Would highly recommend this place to anyone. When I booked this I thought it might be easier to get to the hotel zone. Would have been nice to go and check it as we were quite far away without a car.

Paula Cecilia (8/5): El aire acondicionado nunca lo arreglaron como habían quedado. - La ubicación es excelente, el edificio bien, habitación bien. la atención de la sra de recepción y de estacionamiento muy amables. El Sr Gerardo nos quedo super mal, el primer día se descompuso el aire de la habitación y quedo de ir con el técnico a repararlo, os ofrecío otra habitación y se le agradece por eso no lo evaluo tan mal, pero le comente que no estaríamos y no teníamos el tiempo para volver a empacar todo, que prefería la reparación quedo muy formal de hacerlo y luego ya no nos contesto hasta el último día. El quedo muy formal de ir que estar con el técnico que no nos preocuparamos, etc y no hizo nada.... muy incomodo estar sin aire en la habitación, se despego del techo estaba a punto de caerse con el riesgo hasta de un accidente. le escribi los días siguientes y ya nunca me contesto.

Hajnalka (9/5): Nyugodt pihenés, gyönyörű kilátással, ajánljuk mindenkinek - Nagyon kellemes tartózkodásban volt részünk Cancúnban. A kilátás egyszerűen gyönyörű volt – minden nap egy gondosan karbantartott golfpálya zöld gyepére láttunk rá, ami igazán különleges élményt adott a nyaralásunk elején. Az elhelyezkedés kiváló, a környék csendes és nyugodt volt, sem reggel, sem este nem zavart bennünket semmi. A szállás rendkívül tiszta volt, a személyzet pedig nagyon barátságos és segítőkész. Összességében tökéletes helyszín volt a pihenéshez és a nyaralásunk kezdéséhez Az egyetlen negatívum az volt, hogy az apartmanban folyamatosan érezhető volt egy enyhe, furcsa nedvességérzet. A levegő párásnak tűnt, és emiatt a ruháink sem száradtak meg rendesen.
Chantal (9/5): Un endroit idéal pour des vacances au calme - Le calme de l'appartement face au golfe, le confort et l'agencement de l'appartement, tout comme la qualité du linge et le service de nettoyage. L'accueil à la réception et le sourire du personnel. Machine à laver disponible si on a besoin de faire une lessive. Le quartier est agréable et calme sans bars ni discothèque à proximité immédiate, mais quelques restaurants dans le grand centre commercial de la marina et un supermarché pour les courses à 10-15 minutes à pied; bus à proximité pour aller dans le centre de Cancun. Deux plages à environ 25 minutes de marche mais aussi accessibles en bus. Très peu de vaisselle, mais le minimum est présent et fonctionne bien. Autrement rien à signaler!

Rose (9/5): Lovely Affordable Safe Place to Stay - Very nice staff and safe and easy to access location with security and free parking. Near shopping and beaches. Clean and quiet. There were no knives at all for cooking in kitchen nor a coffee maker. There were no dish clothes only 3 small napkin grade towels which was problematic. They were very accommodating and provided missing knives and coffee pot quickly upon request

RANIEL (10/5): Quiet, clean, spacious, modern, enjoyable apartment with a great view and friendly staff. - We could cook our own breakfast. It was a 15 minute walk to downtown or a 15 minute walk to the mall in Puerto Cancun which had several food options. Amazing view, could see all the way down the golf course and other condo buildings in the distance, unobstructed view of the sunset and was amazing to look at on the balcony. The place also had a premium Netflix subscription for us to use (that's all we used on the TV). The location is a bit of a walk away from either downtown or the beach (30 minutes walk), however this cannot be helped. It was a quiet walk around the hotel which was nice. The tour guides were still able to drop us off back at the hotel after, but tours could not pick us up at the hotel, so instead we needed to walk 15-30 minutes to a common meeting spot.
099999999999 (5/5): It's a clean, self-providing, self-contained apartment. Best for traveling couples/family with car. - Very clean overall, nice view of golf course. Bathroom shower very modern, clean, nice big towels. Quiet except for barking, wild dogs all night. Located a nice Japanese restaurant and other shops as a result of staying in this Puerto-Cancun/ marina area, but it's a bit of a walk to anything. Unfortunately, it created a sense of isolation. The worst thing is that there is another building that sits directly in front of this condo building; you have to walk up through and past it to get to your hotel/condo entrance and the people hanging out in front who "work" there give you a nasty look every time. But more of a problem is that this first building completely blocks out the sun on the condo's rear common areas including the pool which remains in the shade all day. My front door however did catch the early sun; nice but right below is the parking lot. No cards or keys: access codes work fine and the door talks to you. Careful walking in and out of the entrance; cars enter rapidly and frequently. There is also a constant wind/breeze. OK for summer but I was cold the whole time there (February). There is also no heating mechanism in the room. I was thankful however that they provided an extra blanket. There is also no snack bar or place on the property to buy anything. There is nothing with respect to beverages or snacks provided: no morning coffee or anything in the lobby. However, a courteous employee did bring me some ground coffee which I then used in the coffeemaker. It was good, but no milk available. There is nothing you can buy without leaving. There was a purified water dispenser available on the ground level, but it did run out of course. The rear pool and seating area could have been a nice place to sit but the lack of sun and the wind made it impossible. It would also help to have someone at the front desk in the early mornings. There's likely is a limited desk schedule in that this is more of a private condo property. And last, the TV had YouTube access and videos to watch, but anything else required signing up or subscribing, etc. No news channels, etc. This hotel will work best for people who are more used to time share where you bring everything you need and use the kitchen and/or eat out for meals.

Leo (10/5): Erholsame Tage in guter Lage und mit besten Blick - Vorzügliche Lage mit einem schönen Blick auf den Golfplatz, genau wie in der Beschreibung. Die Zimmer groß, hell und modern eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung war klasse, alles Nötige war vorhanden. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld, sowie der Empfang waren sehr freundlich (Gerardo). Cancun Downtown, mit unzähligen Bars und Restaurants, und die zentrale Bushaltestelle erreicht man in ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß. Sollten wir demnächst Cancun nochmals besuchen, so wird es wieder Ehden Suites werden. Im Badezimmer gab es nicht genügend Hacken um seine Handtücher/Badetücher aufzuhängen. Auf dem Balkon wegen Wind nur bedingt möglich und auch da nur am Geländer (kein extra Teockner/Ständer).

Catherine (8/5): Very uncomfortable mattress ruined what would otherwise be a great stay. - Clean, modern, spacious, free parking, view. Full kitchen- a good value if you don't care about having beach access. Also free washer and dryer. 20 minute walk to real grocery store. Mattress was very firm and very uncomfortable for 3 members of our party so we didn't sleep well. Water pressure in shower was poor and water was not very hot, and there was no place to hang your wet bath towel.

Las vistas maravillosas :) El personal super amable y atento hasta el punto de que cuando llegué, las puertas y ventanas estaban abiertas y el alojamiento con muchos mosquitos, les pedí si tenían un matamosquitos y me dijeron que no, pero que iban a comprar uno y me lo traían y así fue. La única pega es que no tiene la playa al lado.

Disponibilità di tenere i bagagli dopo il check out e di poter usufruire dei servizi dei bagni prima di recarci in aeroporto. Non troppo vicina al centro ma facilmente raggiungibile in 20 minuti di camminata.

The managers were very friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. There was nothing I didn’t like. Everything met or exceeded my expectations.
Giulia (7/5): Potenziale da sviluppare - La struttura è nuova, con una vista splendida sui campi da golf e sul porto. A piedi si può raggiungere il centro. C’è un parcheggio gratuito molto comodo. La palestra è inesistente, pochissimi attrezzi e stanza minuscola. La piscina è all’ombra. Mancano i portasciugamani nel bagno e la pulizia può essere migliorata.
