Le dépôt de garantie de 300 $CA prélevé de ma carte de credit n'a PAS ÉTÉ REMBOURSÉ après le délais de 7 jours ! (Durée contractuelle). Malgré des dizaines de messages avec l'établissement le remboursement est resté bloqué par l'établissement durant HUIT SEMAINES, malgré qu'aucuns dégâts n'aient été identifiés. J'ai dû passer énormément de temps et dépenser beaucoup d'énergie pour récupérer mon argent. J'ai appris par Booking.com que d'autres personnes ont été victimes du même écueil. De plus, malgré les instructions sur l'ordre et la propreté, la cuisine était toujours dans un état inacceptable, sale avec des restes de nourriture et j'étais obligé de nettoyer avant de pouvoir cuisiner. Des équipements étaient défectueux. Certains clients étaient aussi très bruyants. Le problème est que l'accès se fait par une boîte à clé et que PERSONNE n'est présent pour faire appliquer les règles et instructions. Seule l'équipe de nettoyage vient pour faire les chambres. JE VOUS DÉCOURAGE VRAIMENT DE RÉSERVER CET ÉTABLISSEMENT !!!

• Erin (7/5): - Exceptional value, great to have a kitchen available, the house is beautiful, host was kind. Bedding, bathroom, and common areas were clean. Probably the reason for the economy rate is some heavy staining on the mattress and carpet, though the actual bedding was very clean.

• Dmytro (5/5): While an overnight stay is generally acceptable, it may not be characterized as a comfortable experi - The property is situated in a tranquil area within the street plan, boasting an attractive neighborhood and an available parking space. The interior of the residence is aesthetically pleasing. Prior occupancy was permitted. Our expectation of a private bathroom facility was not met, as the assigned bathroom was shared, unhygienic, and exhibited mold. Regarding the room, while the bed was satisfactory, its location was suboptimal, being situated directly adjacent to the main entrance. The presence of large, albeit obscured, windows facing the corridor resulted in significant noise intrusion and light disruption from frequent foot traffic. Furthermore, on one occasion, a gathering of individuals occurred directly outside our door late in the evening after 10 pm and made noise for almost an hour. Additionally, the room lacked essential amenities such as hangers and a mirror.

• Erin (7/5): It was okay - It is nice house and in a quiet neighbourhood. Convenient to have laundry facilities on site as well as a kitchen. Room and living room were comfortable. The bathtub was not usable during my stay and I reached out right away but no one came to help or fix during my stay. I asked for a partial refund but was not given one. Cleaning in the bedroom could be better.

• Louisa (1/5): OWNER OF A SERVICE ANIMAL GETS RIPPED HUNDREDS BY OWNER OF THIS PROPERTY WEEKS BEFORE CHRISTMAS. - Nothing! I did not check into this ripp off property because they tried to charge me an ADDITIONAL $650 dollars because I had a service animal AFTER I had already booked. Not only that they broke booking.com service animal policy as well at BC Service Animal laws trying to charge me the extra cleaning fee and by asking for documentation for my service animal then they threatened me with a $500 penalty if I could not produce my service animal documents all of which is ILLEGAL to do! Then they wouldn't refund me for the 7 days I had booked taking all of the money I had left to survive right before Xmas! These people are RIPP OFFS AND WILL DRAIN UR LAST DOLLAR then claim they did nothing wrong because they are following booking.com's policy while breaking booking.com other policy's! They do not care about their guests and are only concerned with money! Everything: from start to finish, they could have had a REAL PERSON respond to my issues and not used computer generated AI responses. They could have understood what I was going through in my life instead of thanking me for understanding their points of view as to why they could not refund my money! They could have treated me and my service animal with the exact same dignity and respect that I gave them. They could have accepted responsibility for their wrongs and admitted they had made a mistake trying to overcharge me and did everything possible to make it right instead of thinking they were over and above the law and did nothing wrong. They could did everything better right from the start but they failed horribly!

This is the first time we had a experienced issues with cleanliness.we will be sta - We have used this location for family visiting, enjoying the deluxe queen room D This visit Jan 28-29 room E different being on bottom floor Very pleased with the attention to the fact that my card was locked to book the deposit we experienced a kitchen with foods half ate garbage left on counter and an unpleasant surprise with the shower full of personal products toothbrush & paste on counter in bathroom. We are not ones to complain but as we have experienced the Accomidation previously and shared the booking with friends and family.

• Mary (8/5): - The room, bed and bathroom were very good. Comfy bed, clean bathroom, linen etc Close to a shopping centre. Carpet by bed was stained. Two teabag were available, no coffee at all, which was a shame, just those things when your travelling would make such a difference. The bond that they are holding is substantial, I hope it doesn't take too long to refund.

• Agency (6/5): It was okay! - The convenience and the value of your stay - cheaper than hotels. The beds were still uncomfortable. I complained about the beds were very hard and you cant sleep comfortably. But seems like the owner still hasn't replaced the beds yet.

I booked and paid on booking.com. but just for the deposit payment, ($300 ! A lot compare to the classic hotel ) I got a problem with my MasterCard, the owner didn't want to get me the code of the entry door, I wait about 40min in front of the house , time to fix my credit card problem and finally made the deposit payment only after this, they give me the front door code. Look like the bedsheets have not been changed. Really disappointed. I don't recommend. Charged you 80 dollars for cleaning fees , that crazy when you see how the all house is not clean.

• Celia (1/5): I wouldn't go back - Nothing The place only exists to take money from tourists. When we arrived, it was already dirty and nobody cleaned it during our four-day stay. As you share the kitchen and living room with other guests, the house is full of ants. You can hear noise from the other rooms. There is only one climate control unit for all the rooms. They didn't leave enough toilet paper in our room, and when I wrote to them to ask for more, they replied that I should take care of it myself. I wouldn't go back.

I just wanted to drop my suitcase and go to downtown Vancouver. The front door, was not easy to open.The bathroom handle door was loose. I was not notified.

Stayed about 30 min. at the street till the issue was solved. The host holds the security deposit for almost 3 weeks after check out for no reason while it should be released 1 week only after check out.

• Javiera (5/5): Looks good but unsupervised so other guests do what they want - The house was huge, spacious and the bathroom was clean and comfy. The neighborhood was quiet too. The room and the bed were comfy. You could hear all the noise of the people downstairs, and since there is no one in the property to make sure everything is alright, noisy people do what they want at any time of the day or night. Also when we got there the common spaces were full of garbage of other guests that were using all the place as their own, so we couldn’t use anything because they would not clean or pick up their stuff. The main door of the property was open anytime too.

Very decorated with large communal spaces. Kitchen was not very well equip. We picked up a pot in the cupboard that was not washed. One of the mircowaves was growing spores of fungus.

There were other people living at the same time but the kitchen looked dirty as soon as we entered. • Clement (7/5): Watch the hidden fee’s. - Out of the way. It is really just a house that is segregated into rooms and rented out to travelers. Also they post a cheap price but have hidden fee’s that add up to over 120$. Not very honest but I guess effective in luring clients.
