Kamila (4/5): - Although the apartment is spacious and well-equipped, our stay was unfortunately marked by several serious issues. The staircase leading to the apartment is very narrow and steep, which makes it challenging to access — especially with luggage. We were also asked to take out the trash upon check-out, and not just to a bin on-site, but to carry it to the nearest public container on the street — something we found completely inappropriate for paying guests. The water pressure was very low, and it took a long time for hot water to come through, which is not only inconvenient but also wasteful. The most concerning part of our stay was the *electrical outage* that occurred during the night. The situation felt unsafe — especially since we were in a foreign city and country, and the emergency number provided did not work. The written instructions were far too general to be of real help, and we were left completely on our own to deal with the problem. It was a stressful and unsettling experience that should never happen in professionally managed accommodation. Additionally, the double bed in the upstairs bedroom was in fact two single beds pushed together, which kept sliding apart — not ideal for a comfortable night’s sleep. While the apartment has some strengths, these issues — particularly the lack of support during an emergency — made our stay disappointing.
