• alice (10/5): Would rebook if back in area. - The host was very responsive and the location was good, within walking distance to all we needed. In a nice clean and safe neighborhood. Apartment was comfortable and had all amenities that were listed. Washer and drying rack were a plus. Updated recently. The windows were blocked with scaffolding during the Maintenance but that is just temporary.
• anaqueiroz (9/5): Ótimo apartamento, localização excelente, voltaria sem dúvida! - A localização do apartamento é excelente, o motivo da viagem foi participar da Semana de Design de Milão, e o imóvel localize-se em Brera, em uma das ruas que fazem parte do circuito de lojas e exposições. Fácil acesso para diversas regiões de Milão. O apartamento é bom, espaçoso, utilizamos também o sofá cama que era super confortável. Cozinha equipada e apartamento entregue com produtos de banho e várias garrafas de águas na geladeira. O prédio estava em obras (fachada e hall principal), mesmo assim o ambiente estava limpo e organizado. Possui elevador, o que ajuda com malas. Chuveiro funcionou bem, com água bem quente. A comunicação com Faru funcionou sem problemas. No térreo do prédio, existem bares e restaurantes que ficam lotados, com isso grande concentração de pessoas, música alta e barulho. Porém, como foi uma curta temporada, não nos incomodou. Acredito que a instalação de uma fechadura eletrônica seria ótima, pois a porta é muito antiga e pesada, e todos os dias tivemos dificuldade em destrancá-la para acessar o apartamento

The apartment itself was quite spacious and comfortable. It's a bit old, especially the appliances. The bathroom shower could do with an update.

• Sydygalieva (10/5): Amazing apartments in the center of Milan! The location is perfect, within walking distance to everything. The place was - Everything was perfect! The apartment is situated in the best possible location for exploring the city. It was incredibly clean, quiet, and equipped with everything one might need. I really appreciated the fast Wi-Fi and the coffee machine. The host was very helpful and responsive. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Milan!

Il bagno è in pessime condizioni, il termoarredo è pericolante. Abbiamo fatto la doccia fredda per 4 giorni, la caldaia funziona malissimo e fa un sacco di rumore (giorno e notte). Guardate bene le foto prima di prenotare

• Mary (9/5): Great stay and great area - Overall it was fab. The apartment was very well equipped and the location was fantastic. Brera is a lovely area. We had a really smooth check in and check out was easy too. The bed was too soft for us and wouldn't have liked to have spent many nights on it. However, I appreciate that bed firmness is a subjective thing and some people might find it absolutely fine.

• Lm (8/5): A lovely apartment which I would return to in future! - The apartment was clean and spacious. It had all the facilities we needed. It’s in close proximity to lots of metro stations which made it easy to get around Milan. It was quite noisy at night. I have nothing bad to say about the apartment itself.
• Deld (7/5): Good - Excellent location, we could walk to the Cathedral area, close to the metro. Also close to the Hop on/off bus stop. Lots of eateries nearby & a small supermarket. Vibrant area. There is a club/restaurant nearby that has very loud patrons each night we were there. Nothing ear plugs won't fix.

• Gerard (9/5): Perfect Apartment to Enjoy All of Milan’s Wonders - Spacious apartment in a wonderful part of Milan and extra amenities make the apartment a bonus. Plenty of coffee and water for us, all stocked. Washing machine if needed. Excellent location in a classy part of Milan with easy walkable access to all historic sights, wonderful restaurants, shopping and the city’s marvels. Faru is an excellent host and readily available for any questions. He also knows the interesting restaurants and sights and how to navigate the metro. Two busy restaurants below can be noisy with outside diners on a Saturday night past midnight and early, early garbage trucks on Tuesday morning was noisy.

It is in a superb location with good restaurants just in front of the house - however, this also brings some noise with it during the evening/night. Since I travel frequently to Milano for work, I will for sure come back. I was missing curtains to darken the room, with all the lights from the restaurants it is rather light for sleeping.
