• Sarah (4/5): - It was clean but not as advertised in the flatfrom It saying extra bed for every room , but what I get was portable air mattress which not appropriate to give to stayer . And i didn’t received my deposit . On the day of Registering the staff mention only cash deposit which is RM300 . Nowadays as everyone going cashless for convenience but the demand only receives cash. Upon checkout I handed over the cards then the mention need to wait 10 to mins to get my deposit back. However due to rushing i forgot about the cash and left the place. After 30min only I noticed o didn’t get my deposit yet. Hence I called the receptionist and informed her about the incident . She told me that they don’t have banks transfers for the cash deposit.. And the staff mention that on Monday will check with manager and get back to me. I checked out on 25/1 and 29/01. I still didn’t received any feedback from them. I have been texting and calling but no answer.

• Thiban (5/5): Opus Residences Tower 1 - I booked a three-room unit, and all the rooms were very spacious with nice interior design. The wardrobes were large, and the bathrooms were clean and well maintained. The property offers facilities such as a swimming pool, spa, and others, but I did not have the chance to use them during my stay. The worst part of the stay was the late registration (check-in) time. They also provided a minibar with beer, drinks, chocolates, and some snacks. However, guests should note that these items are not free. All minibar items are chargeable, and the price list is clearly stated inside the unit. Payment must be required at the checkout counter. Another disappointing point was the parking situation. The hotel mentioned that free parking would be allocated for each unit, but due to a concert held in front of the building, most of the parking spaces were taken by concert visitors. As a result, free parking was not available. We had two cars and had to pay RM20 per night per car for parking, even though the parking was in the same building. Additionally, only one access card was provided for a three-room unit. This does not make sense, especially when multiple guests are staying and moving in and out separately. This caused unnecessary inconvenience during the stay.

Only little issue was cash deposit on check in and a wait of 20 minutes on checkout while room being checked to make sure everything was OK. They must not make guest wait if they need to check room. They must find a better way of doing it without wasting anytime for guest. Single glazed windows which let traffic and scooter noise in. This however is a common problem everywhere in Malaysia. Less forgivable in Kuala Lumpur due to higher noise levels

• Idris (8/5): It’s a pleasant stay except without the WiFi. - We like the location which is just outside the golden triangle of the city. It’s fairly quiet except the motorway especially at night when motorbike racing can be heard. Facilities are excellent with two swimming pools, open air Jacuzzi, Gymn, golf driving practice net and putting areas. They also have rooftop picnic area with the stunning view of KL city at night. The WiFi is always a problem. The 5G didn’t work hence the smart tv was inoperative. Even after we called in technician the WiFi was not working. A few of the bathroom fittings needing repair or replacement. There is no place to put your showers gels, shampoo and conditioner in the shower room.

• Yaameen (9/5): It was a pleasant stay and the whole family enjoyed. - The hosts were very friendly and hospitable. The apartment was spacious and with a lot of amenities. Facilities at the condo were excellent, a gym, sauna and pool. And the place was quiet compared to a big apartment complex. Not much, other than that the apartment is cleaned once a week. However, they replaced the towels and toiletries when requested. The stay was pleasant, and we didn't have much to not like.

• Mark (10/5): Exceptional - Everything from the location, facilities and excellent wonderful friendly staff. The train station was so close it allowed you to get into KL city centre and avoid all of the traffic. Petaling Street was a short walk away along with the new LalaPort Shopping Mall, with a great food/drinks food walking mall. The front reception staff Nurul and Aliaa were totally amazing people so friendly, happy and helpful always with a smile on their faces. There was a couple of incidents with the rude night security guard and gardener which was reported to management and they did address this with the two staff via formal warnings.

• Idris (8/5): Apart from the penalty of stained bedsheets everything else were good. - We are regular customers at this apartment because we love the place which have many amenities and facilities. It’s not busy with tourist and there have enough lifts for tenants.. We had to a penalty for getting a stain on the bedsheet due injuries on our legs. We thought that The stains can be easily cleaned but they insisted it cannot be done ..strange ..it just needs some soaking for a few hours before washing … At the end we were penalized from our deposit. The convenient store is still not functional yet - pity- it was there before which was very handy.

• Al (7/5): Nice place but needs more foucs to maintain good performance - Location is super Reception Staff were a bit rude ( some of them) and not friendly One of the blankets was dirty since we arrived
• Meishuang (7/5): Pleasant but needs some improvements on cleanliness and soundproofing - Location is central and secure. Facilities were good with a good sized pool. Staff is very responsive during working hours Shower area doesn’t have a ledge or anywhere to put toiletries. Carpet was not cleaned sufficiently well. The drying rack was moldy but staff quickly replaced it with a brand new one. Unit faced the main road which was quite noisy at night. Unit across had a resident that was smoking incessantly and unfortunately the residents opened up the door to air their unit which meant that the cigarette smoke wafted down towards our unit.

• Jin (8/5): Lovely sized space great for families - Quiet location, just slightly outside of the busy areas but still convenient. The suite is nicely designed and well-furnished. Concierge staff is warm and helpful. Size of the rooms are lovely and the toilets are pretty functional for families. You can walk to the lovely cafes in petaling jaya in 10 minutes. There's a modern mosque just opposite, and our unit faced a stadium. Checkin in and out was a breeze. We did have a wifi issue but staff came down on the second day to fix it. The standard double beds are comfortable and the space is nice and clean. The add-on bed was an airbed that wasn't too sturdy. I found it not very safe for my aged parents. The unit above happened to have very active people staying there.. we heard loud stomping and dragging of chairs every night for hours. Understood that it's not the fault of OPUS, hence we didn't mention it to them.
• Siti (10/5): Convenient and nice second home in KL without the fuss of traffic jams. - Opus is very clean and spacious. EV car charging is available on site. Location is away from all the heavy traffic areas but with easy access from the North South highway. Easy enough to drive to KLCC, and Bukit Bintang areas. There are road side food stalls in the area, but not the air-conditioned cafes within walking distance. However, with a car, we can go many places nearby for such treats - NuSentral, Midvalley Mall, Hang Tuah area. So, nice to have such places (halal preferred) developed in the vicinity in future.
• Adam (9/5): An excellent, modern, well run apartment/hotel. - Stored luggage as we arrived very early from a flight. Excellent apartment, good gym. Staff were efficient and dealt with all our queries. Easy check-out.
• Sandaru (10/5): This was truly one of the best places we stayed in Kuala Lumpur - This was truly one of the best places we stayed in Kuala Lumpur. The apartment was clean, with a touch of modern luxury that made our stay even more comfortable. The view from the 32nd floor was absolutely magical. I’m not sure why there are some negative reviews, because our experience was fantastic. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and the pool was amazing too. I’d highly recommend it nothing specific, but

Very safe and the apartments was also very safe and good We requested from the reception to get us the view rooms so they gave us that so we love the view very much and the pool area with the view
