• IRENE (1/5): BUGS, SEWER GAS - BUGS, SEWER 1) Anyone over 40 Yrs old cannot access stairs. Stairs are vertical. Not sure how property passed inspection. Contacted City and Province Inspectors to audit property as no Banister, stairs not to code PICTURES ARE NOT WHAT IS INSIDE UNIT. COUCHES NOT AS SHOWN, URINE ON COUCHES NOW, 4 SHARP EDGES ALL FURNITURE, UNSAFE FOR ANY ELDERLY OR CHILDREN. ABSOLUTE DUMP, 2) BUGS, Killed 6x Centipedes and 18x Spiders in 5x Days. 3) Sewer Gas, IF you flush toilet, entire basement wreaks of sewer gas. Its rancid. A lot of gas 4) No lighting at night, very unsafe for entry 5) Maggots all over back garbage cannot sit outside with garbage smell. Just cannot sit outside properly, no chairs, bugs, not comfortable 6) Air Condition broker 7x during stay. Kept contacting owner to correct 7) EVERY TIME PEOPLE UPSTAIRS WALK YOU HEAR EVERY MOVE, 8) BED. WORST, HARD AS ROCK, SQUEEKS. 9) AVOID, SLEEP IN CAR ITS THAT BAD.
• Stayfocused (4/5): - Access Bed very squeaky, no extra toilettes, stomping from above from 5am-9am with no communication from host when ask to control. Major headache while trying to sleep.
• Rhonda (5/5): Honest review - We liked the kitchen, bathroom, living room/dining and that it had a washer & dryer. Bed was uncomfortable & loud. Also you could hear people above. We didn't like that there were only 2 vents in the whole unit, and it was very hot.
