• Kaavya (7/5): Good but you can find better - Good location and looks really pretty. Lots of space Wasn’t that clean. When you looked closely there was a lot of dirt and hairs around upon my arrival. The window near the kitchen sink didn’t close because of the faucet blocking it. So the sun would come in every day at 5 am. There is a random window into the bedroom where the stairwell is so people are constantly turning the light on at all odd hours of the night disturbing your sleep with the light and it stays on for a good few minutes too. The shower is only rainfall and it’s very cramped. The washer left my clothes absolutely sopping wet with no way to properly dry

• Anonymous (6/5): The apartment is well appointed. The location is good. You need a decent level of fitness to enjoy i - The decor and set up of the apartment. The location Good size fridge We would suggest that clients be informed that there are 3 flights of stairs to the apartment which is not helpful if you have knee, height or hip issues. Nor is it to have to carry luggage up the stairs. We would suggest a kettle and a clothes airer be in the apartment. Not everyone likes to use a clothes dryer. We would suggest the heafty deposit be made known at the very start of information about the property. Also to be informed that other people have a key and can simply walk in without notice! 10am is check out time we have never been harassed about checking out right on 10am.

• Susanne (6/5): Pleasant - It was nice and clean So much noise, the upstairs had parties untill very late at night and we could hear EVERYTHING. Also there was no closet space to put our things.

Very good location, steps away from the river bank, Conad shop, cafes, bars, restaurants, museums, etc. Internet was good, so I could work remotely without issues. Well equipped kitchen, bathroom, lots of towels. Check-in was on time as agreed, Domenico was very. helpful .Thank you! Minor things to improve your customer service: On the booking.com the deposit is mentioned in cash. It took me one hour to wait in the bank to payout euros just to find out that you prefer credit card which makes more sense cause you can refund it one week after check-out. Please be more precise. To issue an invoice I had to send several messages, emails, phonecalls.called English, Italian, Maltese nr, the last one answered only. TV works with breaks, needs to be checked. Bathrooms needs better air-condition since there is no window.
