• Cristina (8/5): Apartamento limpio y bien comunicado - Muy buena ubicación, bien comunicado tanto por metro como por tren. El barrio tiene mucho movimiento, lleno de tiendas y comercios, algunos 24/7. Hay un par de pubs muy cerquita que son muy agradables, sobre todo el irlandés. El apartamento estaba muy limpio. La cama era incomodísima, te quedas completamente hundido, infinitamente mejor la supletoria. El baño aunque limpio, es mínimo. El acceso al apartamento es un poco difícil si llevas mucho equipaje.

• SANDRA (5/5): Je n’aurais pas réservé à cet endroit si j’avais su. - Bien équipé. Propre. Prêt des transports. Trop petit. Vue horrible. Quartier insécure et précaire, surtout la rue principale. Salle de bain bien équipée mais vraiment très petite, on pouvait à peine bouger à l’intérieur. Porte d’appartement pas assez sécurisée, seul un code permettait de l’ouvrir puis impossible de la verrouiller depuis l’intérieur. Murs pas insonorisés. On est venu toquer deux fois durant la nuit à ma porte certaines fois à cause de mes ronflements… je n’étais vraiment pas tranquille!

Other reviews mention lots of stairs leading up to rooms, but we've found this everywhere we've stayed in London. We appreciated having a kitchenette with a hob. Good location just off main Kilburn road so not far from supermarkets and restaurants, as well as tube, train, and buses.

• Agustín (10/5): Una estancia tranquila y muy recomendable - Lo principal ha sido la atención del personal, atento en todo momento y proporcionando la información con todo detalle. Está muy bien comunicado y trasladarse al centro en autobús es una maravilla porque no está masificado. El precio también ha sido un factor importante teniendo en cuenta el precio del alojamiento en Londres. Por último, el apartamento está muy limpio y tiene todas las necesidades cubiertas para los días que hemos estado alojados. Puede que la primera impresión sea negativa. Hay que entrar en un callejón sin nada de luz en un barrio alejado del centro de la ciudad. No obstante, tener tiendas y lugares para comer sin el abuso ni el bullicio de las zonas más turísticas es para nosotros un punto a favor.

Had bin bags, washing up liquid, sponges, toothpaste, towels, shower gel, hairdryer, a cute table to get ready at, plenty of plug sockets, and a tv! We will definitely be staying at this place again, the street outside can be a bit noisy, but the location is perfect! Only 10 minute walk from both Kilburn Station and Kilburn High Road! • Laëtitia (8/5): Agréable séjour - Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement qui était très propre et fonctionnel, avec tous les produits de première nécessité. La communication avec Belal était fluide et ses explications très claires. Le métro à proximité est un vrai atout. Le matelas trop mou à mon goût. Beaucoup de bruits dans la rue la nuit il faut penser à prendre des bouchons d'oreilles.

• Alessandro (8/5): - Anche se l'appartamento é di dimensioni molto ridotte, ho apprezzato che i proprietari hanno cercato di sfruttare lo spazio al meglio, era dotato di tutti i comfort, molto apprezzato anche il cappuccinatore manuale per fare la schiuma del latte, lo spray disinfettante in cucina e il fatto che ci fosse un aspirapolvere nelle scale perché la scopetta in dotazione sotto il lavandino non fa molto per togliere i capelli dal pavimento. Affaccia su una via in cui trovi molti negozi per tutto quello che può necessitare, ad esempio noi abbiamo comprato anche degli appendini a ventosa per il bagno essendocene solo 2 ma essendo in 3 persone con altrettante asciugamani e in più le lavette molto utili trovate in dotazione. Ci sono molte scale anche un pò ripide per raggiungere gli appartamenti dei piani superiori, quindi chi ha problemi motori valuti bene questa opzione di alloggio. Il fatto che si aprisse solo una finestra, anche eravamo a settembre faceva caldo soprattutto con 2 donne che fanno shampoo ed usano phon e piastra. Nell'appartamento sono presenti 2 ventilatori che abbiamo lasciato accesi anche durante qualche notte, quindi se soffri il caldo o vai in periodi estivi, é da valutare bene. Rivaluterei l'appendino dietro la porta del bagno, perché mettendo cappotti e borse, diventa ingombrante cucinare in quell'angolo, si potrebbe sfruttare la parete dietro la porta di ingresso o l'angolo dove c'é la pianta. Visto che l'alloggio é molto piccolo, eliminerei i suppellettili di arredo non utili come le varie piante finte, i cuscini sul divano (li abbiamo dovuti mettere sopra l'armadio, visto che al suo interno abbiamo messo la valigia e le altre cose per non averle in giro e all'interno del divano la mattina riponevamo le lenzuola così da richiuderlo, soprattutto se poi si deve aprire per dormirci, creano confusione visiva.
• Celestino (10/5): Great! - The apartment was nice and cosy, with all the facilities mentioned, very clean and central. I didn’t like that much where the entrance was, specially if you arrived a bit late at night, I found it a bit scary. You have to entered through a passage that is very dark.

• nobradors (9/5): Allotjament còmode en el Londres més autèntic. - L'apartament està força bé, tot i ser petitet està ben aprofitat per semblar ample. Hi ha cafè, tè, sal, pebre, oli i sucre, que s'agraeix. Ben equipat amb planxa, aire condicionat, tele, mcroones, estris de cuina. La ubicació està molt bé si aneu a algun concert a Wembley, doncs són només 4 parades de metro. És un barri normal fora del circuit turístic. Les escales per pujar-hi són molt empinades (rotllo Amsterdam, pel que sàpiga de què parlo), per a mí no va suposar un problema però per persones grans pot ser un tema. Les parets molt fines, tot i que no hi havia xivarri se sentia bastant quan algú entrava o sortia dels apartaments.

• Ash (7/5): Good facilities, but unpleasant location - The best part about the apartment was that it was very clean. I liked that it had all necessary facilities such as a spacious kitchen sink, stove, refrigerator, etc. I forgot my spectacles at the flat when I left, and the host made a solid effort to try and retrieve them, which I appreciated. The location of the apartment was not the best. It's very close to buses and the train station, as well as shops and cafes. which was very convenient. However, the flat is situated behind a fish and chip shop, so there's a musty smell present. The flat was very hot and even with a fan and mobile air conditioner switched on, the room was still hot and stuffy. Perhaps is a better situation in winter, but smell, heat, and unpleasant view out the window made the stay rather uncomfortable. In the summertime, I don't think it would be a good place for a long stay.

• Elvina (6/5): Great facilities, but unbearable night-time noise. - The apartment was very well equipped with everything you might need – there was a microwave, toaster, hairdryer, iron, kettle and many other things that made it feel like home. It was clean, comfortable and the owner was responsive, even issuing a partial refund when we raised a problem. Unfortunately, the biggest drawback was the extreme noise at night from motorcycles and heavy traffic from two busy streets around. It was so loud that we couldn’t sleep, and this issue was not mentioned in the listing. Because of this, we had to move to a hotel.
• Anastasia (8/5): - The location is quite good, everything can be reached by public transport. Grocery stores are a maximum of 5 minutes walk away. The apartment has everything you need for a day's stay. The cockroaches were a horror for me. And I'm not kidding. I wrote to the owner about this and he said that there won't be any. As a result, after 5 days of living there, nothing changed, I had to constantly kill them in the kitchen, in the toilet and even by the bed. I lived in a single apartment on the 1st floor. Maybe this is due to the fact that there is a lot of garbage on the street, because of this they get into the houses.

• Francisco Javier (10/5): Gran alojamiento si vas a Wembley (y si no, también) - Es tal cual en las fotos: Limpio y sin esconder nada. Desde la ventana se ve una cafetería con desayuno a buen precio (para ser Londres). Desde Gatwick hay un tren directo que te deja a 15 minutos andando, y si vas a algún concierto en Wembley (ese fue mi caso) tienes una línea que te lleva directamente al estadio. No tiene nada malo, la ubicación no es perfecta pero eso ya se ve antes de reservar.

• Žalig (8/5): - Všeč mi je bila lokacija, saj so v bližini trgovine, lokali, podzemna, nadzemna in bus. Stanovanje je bilo čisto in opremljeno z vsem potrebnim. V stanovanju je na voljo šampon, zobna pasta, kava, čaj... Na stopnišču je grozno smrdelo po starem olju, smrad se je širil v stanovanje.

E vicino alla metro. Le tende. Io sono allergica alla polvere e anche se era tutto molto pulito i tendoni non credo li puliscano spesso. Ma ho preso antistaminici. E le finestre non si aprono e chiudono bene. Ma é meno importante di altro.

• Anita (10/5): Nice, clean little apartment in London - We liked the apartment which was very clean, full of kitchen appliances and everything else we needed. The coffee, sugar, salt&pepper, oil were waiting for us there, which was very nice. In the apartment were toiletries, very clean towels, toilet paper and even tooth paste. The apartment is small, since it's a studio, but it was big enough for the three of us. Self check in was very easy. The host sent us details about it one day prior to our arrival and was very nice and helpfull. The bus stops are 2-3 minutes away, which is very convenient if you have luggage. The neighbourhood is a bit noisy, but if you close the windows at night, it's not bothersome. The house is on the main road and the entrance to the apartment is on the back side of the house, through the back alley, but it has a light, so we felt safe, even coming back at 11.00 PM. The shower stall is a little small for big people, but I managed. The door to the toilet doesn't close completely (but I am sure the host will repair that). The only thing that we were missing was air condition, because it was hot in the apartment at night, with windows closed. Otherwise everything was perfect.

• Fabio (9/5): A good place - It was easy to reach the place and to get inside. The cleanliness of the room with all the furniture, even a corkscrew. The neighborhood and the fact that it's behind a fast food with the chimney inside the entrance of the building.

• Diana (7/5): Good - It is a good space for the price payed. The entrance is secure and the kitchen was well equiped. Both the bed and the couch were very comfortable. The stairway to the appartment is very narrow, it made getting in with the luggage somewhat of a challenge. Our stay also coincided with some sunny days and the inside of the appartment got very hot. • Gareis (7/5): Good - The apartment is close to the bus station and 10 minutes to the Underground and lays ON a main Road of a multi-cultural quarter with a lot of nice little restaurants and shops, mainly African and Arabian, also Oriental. The aircondition outside the window was a bit loud sometimes but I could sleep well
• Benjamin (10/5): Quiet, clean studio apartment a short train ride from central London. - Clean, quiet studio apartment with limited kitchen facilities. Basic furnishings met all of our needs. Ten-minute walk to multiple train lines. Property manager was very responsive to questions. Great value. Great dining options in neighborhood. Stairs to top floor are narrow and steep. Some might struggle with this.
