• Crystle (9/5): a great spot for a short stay with a few shortcomings - awesome views, nice and large, good spa and pool, great tv, little chocs, butter, milk, jam and fizz left for you to use. easy check in and out and very friendly owners. bed is really soft but comfortable. cleaning of the bathroom sink, plates and fridge was subpar, I’d prefer to skip the cheap wine and spend it on cleaning. the whole place is themed in “Versace”, would look better with $200 of plain linen in use.

• Julie (10/5): A comfortable stay with great views, close to everything you need. - The room had everything I needed and the view was wonderful from the 20th floor. Access to the hotel pool was great. Check-in was easy and the location was right on the tram line, only 2 tram stops or 30mins walk from the main tourist and shopping areas. The bed was very soft which may not suit some people.

• Wendy (7/5): Location, location and stunning views - Great location close to the beach. The view was beautiful. Easy walk through to Crown Plaza for meals. Nice clean swimming pool and walking distance to beach. The tram stops right outside, very convenient! Lovely touches like champagne and chocolate included, well stocked kitchen with cereal, tea and coffee supplies. Nice big room with separate toilet. The only thing letting it down was the cleanliness and things that were a bit dated or needed repair. There is no lock box and key can’t be left with concierge. Meet the owner Graham, who is lovely in the foyer and he explains how everything works and takes you up to the room and gives you the key. Might be an issue if you’re flying in late. Our plane was delayed by 3 hours and I felt awful having to change meeting times to collect the key. Graham was very flexible about it.

Fast direkt vor dem Eingang ist eine Tram Station, mit der man sich gut bewegen kann. Das Appartement ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Es gibt sogar Schokolade und Wein. Die Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Kontakt hat super funktioniert. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und kann die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. Alles war super und hat gut geklappt

Бесплатная парковка на улице сзади отеля только по выходным, в остальное время придется брать платный подземный паркинг за 20 долларов 4. Была плохая уборка, волосы вокруг раковины
• Neha (8/5): Awesome location, great view. - Location was awesome, great ocean view from balcony. Host was a sweet lady. Good choice of board games, They might add and update glasses, cutlery, dining plates. Kettle needs to be cleaned/replaced. Beds were uncomfortable.
• Siyu (9/5): - The room has a breathtaking view of the Gold Coast. The host is extremely nice and responsive. Check-in was smooth. It is located inside Oaks but is managed separately by a private host(in a good way). We were able to use the hotel pool and jacuzzi. It is very close to the G-link station Florida Gardens which connects you to everywhere in GC. The host even prepared us a welcome sparkling wine and some cereals for the breakfast. There are no so many restaurants around within walking distance.

• Loreen (8/5): Stunning view! - We stayed two nights at this apartment. It has everything one needs for a short stay at the Gold Coast. You have a breathtaking view of Surfers Paradise and you can also watch the sunrise from the balcony. It came with a full kitchen with snacks and a bottle of wine, free of charge which was nice. If you come with a car I would recommend parking on the street behind the hotel since it’s free and you can access the hotel through the back gate. You are at the beach in a view minutes of walking. If you want to go into the city you can take the tram which is cheap and quick and stops right Infront of the hotel. Overall a great experience! The decoration might not be everyone’s taste, but it is nothing to loud. Unfortunately we could not use the laundry machine since there was no detergent. The bed was also a little to soft for us.

• Karen (10/5): Loved the room with a great balcony. Balcony was also visited by Lorikeets. - The hosts left lovely surprises in the room by way of wine and food. It's not a dislike but just to make aware - make sure that you know (from the host) what to do when you arrive. It requires a text to the host for a direct check-in from the host, it's not a check-in via Reception. The hosts are most helpful in getting to your room.

• Samantha (10/5): Fabulous Stay - Loved this studio apartment. The location is amazing, tram stop outside front door, so easy to get around. The view from the balcony is amazing. The owner was lovely, friendly and helpful. We were sad to leave.
• Katrin (8/5): Hat alles gepasst. Wir waren zufrieden. - Freundlicher Inhaber, tolle Ausstattung und mit der Straßenbahn ist man gleich im Zentrum. Schöne Aussicht. Der Eigentümer hat uns sogar Schokolade, Marmelade, Milch usw. zur Verfügung gestellt. Habe ein Haar im Bett gefunden, welches nicht von uns war. Badewanne nicht ganz sauber. Es war ein bisschen kalt- aber das is in allen Unterkünften. Die Klimaanlagen heizen allgemein nirgends gut, wo wir bisher waren in Australien. Auch die Isolierung der Häuser ist nicht mit Österreich zu vergleichen. Aber dafür kann die Unterkunft Nichts. Das ist hier überall so und die Einheimischen sind es gewohnt.
• Porscha (3/5): Stay was good apart from aircon and owner being extremely rude after being informed on departure. - Bed was comfortable. Pretty clean and tidy. View was amazing. The owner Graham was extremely rude after I had told him for future reference the aircon didn't work properly in the room. Made a nasty comment about using things out of the cupboard i.e spreads etc after being told to help ourselves. And told us not to ever book with you guys again.

We appreciated the special touches of the complimentary chocolates, wine, water, cereals and tea/coffee. Being a cold winter stay, we also loved the spa. The motor is quite loud though, which didn't bother us but we wondered if it would have been noisy for neighbours so didn't use it too long. We loved the size of the King bed but unfortunately the mattress was so ridiculously soft, that we woke up with a sore back and spent the next night sleeping on the pull out couch, cramped but pain free. Our child is too young and light to care and happily swapped to sleep in the big bed. The walls are extremely thin, so we were woken at 6am from the family next door. We could almost make out their conversations. The kitchennette had all we needed but for some reason the bench was built quite high, making it difficult to prep food. We would have also appreciated a lot more cupboard space with more shelving and coathangers for jackets, dresses etc.

Apartment was clean and tidy and the sofa bed was already completely made ready for our 5 year old boy which made things extra convenient. Location was perfect and far enough away from central surfers paradise to have zero noise during the night but still had the tram stop right outside the hotel for when we wanted to head into Cavil Ave to get amongst the night life. Beautiful view from the balcony. Overall I could not fault a thing and would return again Leaving so soon

• Lauren (10/5): Wonderful place to stay and very accommodating! - Vivienne was super helpful and accommodating and made our stay very relaxed. She also stocked the room with essentials such as jam, butter, cereals, milk and even a bottle of fizz and chocolates (which was a very lovely and kind surprise). The view from this room is beautiful! Would 100% recommend staying here! The only thing was that the mattress was a little too soft for our liking, but that’s just personal preference.
