- Ruben (3/5): I don't recommend it at all - Easy communication with the host It was quite dirty, especially the kitchen. The furniture is very old and worn out, and the worst part was that it was freezing cold—some of the electric heaters didn't even work.

- Donovan (9/5): - Very helpful and friendly owner who was more than willing to accommodate us at last minute (after having 2 bookings cancelled by different owners). Good location, nice quiet neighbourhood. Clean and comfortable apartment with a nice layout and windows in every room made for a bright and airy atmosphere! Amenities well catered for and free designated parking is a bonus in London. Nothing!

- Charly Glancy (8/5): Very good host, lovely cosy apartment, good value and great location. - Very lovely and responsive host. Good communicator. It's a very good location, the DLR stop is a ten minute walk. A nice cosy apartment. Very good value for money and a parking space which is very useful as I was travelling for work. If you like a more homely feel when travelling I can highly recommend. I would and have already booked again for a future stay next year. Well equipped kitchen, lounge, bedroom and bathroom. The shower could be a little more powerful, but I think this could be a water pressure issue. Towels could be updated.

- Natasha (9/5): Cosy, warm, clean appartment, 30 mins walk from Customs House station - Clean, lovely and warm. Comfy sofa bed and main bed. Quiet area and pleasent walk from Customers House station, about 30 mins. Nothing, all good.

- Cheryl Elexa (10/5): Clean and cosy london stay - The location was perfect. A lovely area, very quiet. The apartment was clean, cosy, very comfortable, and has everything you need for a relaxing stay.
Another bonus is its dog friendly, which is important to me. A very comfortable bed too. The host was very responsive and accommodating too. Easy self check in too and parking available. Nothing.

The owner met us on arrival (we were early) and couldn't have been nicer. There was tea and coffee, and most importantly during a heatwave, ice in the freezer! Very quiet estate, no problems at all. The flat was great, I would just suggest anyone staying there to travel using the DLR which is ten minutes walk away rather than the bus, because in three bus journeys we had three problems (one bus terminated it's journey in the middle of an estate with no bus stops, one terminated at London City Airport with no help or explanation.
This is, of course, nothing at all to do with the accommodation but just a suggestion for future visitors. The DLR connects with the rest of the tube network really easily.

- Kristina (10/5): Exceptional - Booked at last minute for an event at ExCeL. Location was perfect - 10min walk from the DLR. Location felt safe enough as a solo female in late evening.
Key was in a lockbox and the code was shared in an email. Really easy to get into it.
Accommodation was very comfortable. Lots of plugs. Fully furnished apartment - would be perfect for longer term stays. Fridge and freezer were on upin arrival, and clean. Microwave, toaster, oven, hob, kettle, and cooking equipment provided. Good selection of herbal teas & two packs of biscuits.
Plenty of towels, clearing equipment, shower caps, soap, shampoo (no conditioner). Shower was hot, water pressure was reasonable enough (I have thick curly hair so prefer strong water pressure).
Smelled clean. Nothing.

- Frances (5/5): Disappointing - It was spacious. The listing photos gave the impression of a clean, modern, spacious apartment. In reality, these photos are out of date. The apartment was tired, dated and grubby. All of the furniture has seen better days. The bath has black mould on the silicone sealant, the bath panel is broken, the 2 bath towels didn’t match, there was no hair conditioner and only one shower cap. In the living room, a huge dust bunny of human hair rolled out from under the sofa bed. The Lino in the kitchen was raised up and need sticking back down. There was something yellow and awful in the cupboard under the sink. There were no cleaning products as stated. The kitchen bin was dirty in the bottom. In the bedroom, the headboard was thick with dust along the top and the bed fitted sheet was torn. All the window sills were dirty. The floors were dirty and had certainly not been mopped for our arrival. I have photos to confirm.

- Nathan (10/5): Best stay for the Excel - Really good location, about a 15/20 minute walk from the excel arena - extremely comfy. Excellent, friendly communication from the host Nothing! Everything was perfect - the photos on booking.com could do with a little update as they did not do the space justice :)

- Nicki (8/5): Great place to stay - - It had free parking so we could leave our car and use public transport.
- It was close to the DLR station, so it was easy to get in and out of Central London.
- It was a lovely quiet area.
- Communication with the owner was great. Any questions that I had before and during my stay were answered quickly and lots of useful information was given to me.
- There is a bedroom with a double bed and there is a double sofa bed in the living room, so there was easily enough space for our family of 4.
- We went to see Abba Voyage and it was a quick 20 minute ride on the DLR to and from the Abba arena. This was absolutely perfect! There are a couple of improvements that could be made and I'm sure they will be sorted by the owner.
We are a family of 4 but there were only 3 chairs in the kitchen, 3 forks and 3 spoons, so it was a bit difficult to sit and enjoy breakfast together in the mornings.
