Gianmarco (8/5): Centro di Berlino - Posizione perfetta per chi vuole soggiornare a Berlino, zona centralissima e piena di vita. Mi è piaciuto molto il fatto che tutta la strada in cui si trova l'appartamento è piena di locali e di giovani Il portone esterno ha qualche difetto e abbiamo avuto non poche difficoltà ad accedere. Per il resto tutto perfetto
Cristina (5/5): - La ubicación era buena, a 20 minutos de alexanderpratz caminando, con supermercados en la zona y restaurantes. Barrio tranquilo y bien comunicado. No deberían ofrecerlo como un apartamento para 4 personas, sin tener los servicios adaptados para ello. Mesa con 2 sillas, con lo que para desayunar teníamos que comer en dos turnos. El sofá cama se desmontaba constantemente, con lo que las dos personas que dormían en el ,podían acabar fácilmente en el suelo al separarse la parte supletoria, teníamos que poner la mesa haciendo de tope para que no se separara. Limpieza superficial, al sacar la alfombra para poder montar el sofá cama salió toda la suciedad de debajo el sofá incluso ropa interior de otros inquilinos anteriores. La ducha no podíamos regular la temperatura del agua. A parte de las instrucciones de como llegar, el anfitrión no se preocupo por saber cómo fue nuestra estancia, ni se puso en contacto con nosotros durante la misma, ni antes de irnos.

Minnella (3/5): Great location, but thin walls and constantly disturbed - Location and well equipped for one person I wasn’t really able to relax the whole experience. The walls are thin so I heard noise from the front, parties and cops in the back, and the screaming baby next door in cycles the entire stay. The door knob on the inside of the door repeatedly came off making the door not as firmly closed as it should have been. One day I woke up at 7am to the baby from next door having pushed into my room due to the faulty close and had nearly made it all the way to my bed by the time his mom grabbed him. This was an alarming way to wake up. Another day an employee banged demandingly on my door saying I had overstayed and needed to check out, didn’t believe me when I showed him my booking, and only apologized after making a phone call in front of me. These were all reported during my stay and should not be a surprise to the owners. The owners did not do anything about it

Will (5/5): nie tzo best - de locatie er zou een koffiezet apparaat zijn. Douche moest je met de hand vasthouden. Geen haaljes voor de kleren. Geen haakjes voor de handdoeken douchr. Geen keuken doeken.
Robert (3/5): Nur kaltes Duschen möglich. Straßenbahnlärm in der Nacht - Die Heizung hat funktioniert. Die Dusche ist defekt und verschmutzt. Es kommt nur kaltes Wasser. Der Gastgeber hat sich auf meine Beschwerde über Booking nicht zurückgemeldet. Das Bettlaken war fleckig. Das Geschirr war schmutzig. Die Straßenbahn vor der Haustür ist sehr laut. Der Wasserhahn in der Küche hängt lose herum.
Timur (3/5): - Die Kommunikation mit der Unterkunft war schnell und einfach. Nicht sauber, Spinnenweben an den Decken, Dusche floss nicht ab, Raucherzimmer. Das schlimmste war jedoch, dass die Dusche kalt war, was bei Minustemperaturen problematisch war. Die Vermieter wurden direkt informiert, gehandelt wurde jedoch nicht.
Оля (6/5): Perfect location, but cleaning needs more attention. - The location is excellent — close to the city center, with everything you might need nearby. The apartment has basic kitchen facilities, which makes it easy to cook. I also had a small issue during check-in, and the administrator helped me very quickly, which I really appreciated The cleaning could be improved. There were spider webs, mold in the washing machine, and quite a lot of dust and garbage under the sofa and in other hard-to-reach places. The shower drain didn’t work well and had hair in it. While this wasn’t terrible, it did make the apartment feel uncomfortable for a longer stay. and there is very little light in apartment - that’s first floor with some constructions outside.

Sofoklis (9/5): Lovely stay in Berlin - Everything was perfect!! Great location 6 minutes from subway, clean room and a very helpful and kind host. Sometimes the internet was a bit slow and the pillows weren't as comfortable as I would normally prefer.
Ece (8/5): - Konumu çok iyi,birçok yere yürüyerek gidebilirsiniz,5 dk uzaklıkta metro ,tramvay,otobüs. Market restorant herşey var yakınında. Nezih,temiz bir semt. Odalarda ihtiyacınız olabilecek herşey var neredeyse. Her zaman sıcak,ısıtma çok iyi çalışıyor. Çalışanlar çok iyi,odaya nasıl gireceğimiz konusunda tesise varmadan açıklayıcı msjlarla iletişim kurdular,onlara ulaşmak kolay. İletişimleri kuvvetli ve yardımcı oldular. Heidi ye çok teşekkürler verdiği bilgiler ve ilgisi için. Genel olarak güzel vakit geçirdik ve memnun ayrıldık teşekkür ederiz. Dairenin tek havalandırma yeri tuvaletteki büyük pencere, odayı havalandırmak için çok büyük olan bu pencereyi açmanız gerekiyor.
Luella (9/5): Knus en compleet - Het red stond cosy appartement is knus en compleet. Dichtbij de metro, winkels en restaurants. T is goed geschikt voor 2 personen, het 140 cm brede bed is niet zo groot. De douche heeft veel water maar weinig warmte, dat is even afstemmen.

Matthias (7/5): Super Lage, unkomplizierter Gastgeber nettes Studio. - Gastgeber nicht persönlich getroffen. Alles lief einwandfrei. Hat sich vor der der Ankunft pünktlich gemeldet für die letzten Informationen. Hat während dem Aufenthalt gefragt, ob alles i.O. ist. Gerne wieder einmal! Die Dusch- und Handtücher haben gerochen und der Eingang war mit Pakete überstellt. Beides halb so schlimm, aber deswegen gibt es nicht die volle Punktzahl.

Lena (9/5): - Die Lage der Unterkunft hat uns besonders gefallen: Cafés, Restaurants, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, Späti, … alles direkt in unmittelbarer Nähe. Auch der Kontakt zum Vermieter Moayad war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert!
Sébastien (9/5): - L'appartement était très fonctionnel, le personnel était très réactif et à l'écoute en cas de problème. C'était propre. Et la localisation est super pour arpenter Berlin pendant un weekend. La cuisine était un peu petite et manquait de quelques équipements, mais cela était conforme aux photos.
